Good hotel in the first row to the beach. The food for breakfast and dinner is very good and varied. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Good location in the liveliest part of Playa de Palma. The pool is not big but it is ok.

Nothing very important, but there is always room for a little improvement: you should install coffee machines (nes, machiato, cappuccino, ...) in the restaurant, maybe serve real ham more often. It didn't bother us, but it can be noisy from the nearby Bierkonig (our room faced the street).

The food was superb, really spoilt for choice. Staff very attentive. Very convenient for bus to Palma(2 euro every 15 mins takes 30 mins) and airport (5 euro every 30 mins takes 20 mins).

As January not very much open near hotel.. some bier Kellers, restaurants and supermarkets all close by though. Playa de Palma caters mainly for German tourists....will get asked what you want in German....answer in Spanish or English and all make an effort to understand. There is no sauna, only a Turkish bath. No indoor swimming pool just 2 large jacuzzis, which you have to book a 30min slot for, but then you get all the spa to yourself.

when we arrived it turned out there was full booking so we were transfered to a different hotel - riu bravo. it was closeby, we had an amazing stay. riu bravo was allinclusive with food and drinks all day long. even coffee machine worked all day long. very good location - bus nearby was running almost every 10 minutes, very short walk to the beach. wifi worked perfectly. the staff was great and very helpful. we received welcome bottle of champagne per room and I got another bottle as a gift for my birthday. food was delicious with wide range of choices, fresh fruit. there was even a la carte restaurant with spanish dishes included once per stay

location and staff all amazing . The food in the restaurant is wonderful. for a buffet dinning room it’s never the same , great care in preparation and presentation. The reception staff are always so happy and great you all the time . 10 minutes in a taxi to Palma but you can walk it if you love walking . lots of buses if you prefer . good gym and spa .

The property is mainly German guests so the entertainment and tv channels are for those guests . which is my only complaint. which is a shame as being a Rui hotel it should be for all nationalities.

Good location. Well managed. High standards. Helpful and friendly staff. Good and plentiful food.Public transport i.e buses and taxis, incl. airport bus minutes away from the hotel. All needs quickly attended.

No electric kettle in the room. Signing blank cheques for drinks in the dining room and no tariff offered. Corkage seemed to be applied on some bottles of unconsumed drinks when returning to the dining room at subsequent meal times.

The staff are wonderful. So friendly, warm, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. I've stayed in hotels all over Europe and the staff in this hotel are up there among the best I've encountered. All areas of the hotel are very clean. I loved the Jacuzzi and Sauna. Pool was wonderful and we never had a single problem finding a sunlounger! The food is exceptional. Great variety.

The air conditioning played up a bit and some evenings the air con was a bit noisy. The bath towels in the room are a little on the small side! The entertainment could have been a bit livelier. There were a couple of evenings with a young singer playing the guitar and these were fantastic evenings, very lively and lots of people were dancing however many of the other entertainers weren't as engaging. Nothing to do with the hotel but the area is very noisy... lots of glass bins being emptied, drunk young people singing and shouting in the early hours of the morning.

Food was great! Even for vegetarians! The staff was super friendly and kind! Weather was also great and for party people the location was THE BEST!! We had a lot of elderly people in the hotel… kinda wished it were more young people, but ok :)

Food was amazing. Service friendly. Clean hotel. Good location.

No kettle in room, hot water difficult to find. Spa pool was a bit too cold/ partly broken. Necessary to sleep with earplugs. The beds often screeching loudly on the floor above/rooms next door when rooms are being cleaned early in morning. Dimmable lights would have been a bonus as a little too bright.

Excellent Breakfast each morning, with different options each day Staff exceptionally efficient. Very impressed with the young gentleman who wheeled in the trolleys from restaurant to the kitchens. Overall a happy pleasant atmosphere.

The staff here are exceptional. They made the stay extra enjoyable. Very impressed. We got half board and it was definitely worth it. Great selection of good foods to choose from. Room was always cleaned to a great standard by the cleaners. All in all, great hotel, great staff, great location.
