Great food, decor and proximity to airport plus beautiful sea to swim in only about 10 mins walk when turning left and walking along seafront to cafe/bar 15.

Reception staff were disinterested and unhelpful (given it's only June good luck for rest of the season)! Didn't tell us anything about meal times, where anything was which was the opposite of all other staff who were simply fantastic. Walls way too thin - could hear everything next door. People smoking in a non smoking hotel is also vile. Some guests arrived clearly thinking they were in Ibiza and ruined the stay for their neighbours who happened to be a young family and Reception did not take their worries seriously and offered no safe solution. Local boys walking in off the street to use the pool towards the end of the day was gross. Pool way too small for the number of guests and way too few sunbeds means I won't be back - no one needs that stress o their holiday.

Very good location for those who want peace and relaxation, close to the airport. Excellent beach, promenade full of restaurants for all tastes, but also wild rocky area nearby. Shops and restaurants right next to the hotel. You can reach Palma de Mallorca in 10-15 minutes by bus 25, the station is 5 minutes walk away. Also by bus 25 you can reach Intermodal - Placa Espana, from where you can reach Port de Soller or other wonderful places on the island by train or bus. Modern hotel, with generous lobby, restaurant and bar, sensational pool, very friendly staff. Very well equipped room, comfortable beds, minibar. Upon arrival you are greeted with water, olive oil and crisps. Also a handwritten welcome message from the O.P. manager Margherita Petito, very impressive. An unforgettable experience, 4-star amenities, excellent value for money.

The bed was not one queen size bed but two twin beds, and it was slipping time to time. No issues other than this small one

We spent our honeymoon at the Helios Hotel. It was amazing, we truly relaxed and recharged and very much enjoyed our stay. The hotel is modern and very well maintained. The room was clean, spacious and had a very comfortable bed. We were pleasantly surprised by the personalized message that was left for us in the room, along with a gift. The best thing were the employees; absolutely everybody was polite and helpful. The host Natalia was super friendly, remembered our names, always checking if we had everything we needed. She and her colleagues did their best to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The food was amazing. So much choice, and everything delicious and fresh. They even have live music during dinner. The chefs and restaurant staff are fast, efficient; really all praise for the whole team. The indoor spa and pool area is lovely and perfect for relaxation. The location of the hotel is great, very close to the seaside, restaurants and bars. Will definitely recommend and we are looking forward to our next stay at Helios. :)

From the minute we arrived to the minute we left there was nothing we could fault this hotel about. We had a total of 3 rooms split over 2 different floors, all rooms were very clean with great bathrooms and really comfortable beds. As an added bonus, we all had bottled water and some snacks provided. The breakfast buffet at the Helios has got to be one of the best I've ever seen, from a great selection of continental meats, cheeses and breads through the hot bacon, sausages, eggs cooked fresh and all the trimmings. Pancakes and cereals were available along with yogurts, muesli and honey, there was something for everyone. We're coming back if only for the breakfast! We arrived late evening so we ate at the pizza / Indian restaurant just over the road - great pizzas and cold beers. After seeing the Indian dishes being served, we wished we'd ordered those.

The only downside we could find was having to leave.

The location is great, 3 minutes from a gorgeous sandy peach, staff is super kind and helpful. Our room had a nice beach view, with a kind welcome message. After checking out, we were provided with luggage drop and a guest shower in case we wanted to spend the remaining time on the beach.

The breakfast and dinner were amazing, plenty of healthy choices on all meals. The staff were so friendly and couldnt do enough. Ive never been somewhere where they are cleaning and clearing away all the time. I love the fact that no one is allowed to put their towels down and save beds and if they have been there too long they are removed. More hotels need to follow this. Excellent hotel and will certainly be returning. Thank you to the reception team for sorting a wheelchair out for my mum.

Hotel is located just a block from the beach, where you will find planty of bars, restauranrs an shops. Appartments are situated in an dislocated building opposite the main hotel building and have a nice view of the pool.

Hotel has a very strict sunbed policy. If you leave your sunbed for more than half an hour (be it lunch in the hotel restaurant, swimming on the beach or a nap in the room) they will take your towells and all the personal stuff and take ithem to the receptions. Lots of guests found that rather invasive!
