Great location, when we went most things were shut down in the area. Lots of cafes/restaurants still open close by, otherwise the whole area would be booming in peak season. Located a couple of minutes from the beach, all other places named above within minutes of the hotel. Bus stop 200 yards away, into Palma €2. Staff were brilliant, in particular the bar/restaurant/general manager, we were looked after every day. Nothing was too much hassle, very friendly and secure hotel. Clean, all facilities what we needed. What more could you ask for! We all highly recommend, what a great place and great trip. Thank you!!! 🇬🇧

Very welcoming stuff, took care with the taxi and in general were open to solve all our problems, huge thanks for that! Room was good cleaned, simple but nice ☺️ It was perfect for 1 night stay as we had very early flight the next day. Location is great, not far from the airport, close to the beach, bus stops and it takes less than 15 min to the shopping center.

My husbands bed creaked badly, he barely could sleep, but mine was good And something was ticking, although there were no clock in the room All that affected our sleep

Very helpful reception. You can keep your stuff in a luggage room before check-in and after checking out. We came very early and they got us a room ready at 10am even tho check in is at 2 pm. That was really nice of them and I am very thankful. There is a restaurant right next to the pool with great food and drinks. Very comfy beds, good room with all needed utilities and the location is perfect- just a minute or 2 away from the beach

The staff were so friendly and approachable. The room was amazing value for the price. I’d definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

Beds are very basic but still comfy. The shower heads where really difficult to adjust it practically fell off anytime I adjusted it.

The reception staff are lovely and very accommodating. Made me and my son feel at ease. The facilities were ok.

There was only one fault, one pillow was soft and the other hard, but ok for a short stay.

Great hotel, close to airport if one likes to walk it takes max 45 minutes from airport. Clean, nice neighbourhood, really close to beach, shop and bus stops. Nice personel, clean swimming pool outside. Room with Heating and/or cooling.

To heat water you had to run it and wait for a while, sometime even longer.

We had a late check-in and there was a problem with payment but the reception staff stayed open so we didn't lose our room. Very happy with the service they provided would stay again

The entire stay everyone was very friendly. Seemed like one big family working together. The food at the Restaurant was also great! The Staff is one of the big reasons I will be returning here

Perfect for an early flight. Staff were excellent and organised an early taxi. Taxi driver was brilliant came and knocked the door as our alarm didn’t go off and got us to the airport so we didn’t miss the flight top man

The apartment was spacious and lovely. The kitchen was large and open to the living area. The bedroom was a bit small, but comfortable. The bathroom was nice too. Easy to get around Palma (and surrounding areas) as there are buses running about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Bonus: you have a small porch area that overlooked the pool. The staff that greeted us when we arrived was friendly and spoke English. Nice place, would recommend for a stay in Mallorca.

The room got a bit too noisy from the sounds off of the street. Additionally, the rooms could have been better cleaned. Our feet got extremely dirty just by walking around barefoot and we found miscellaneous hairs scattered about the apartment
