11/10 We had an absolutely perfect stay at this hotel — there were no negatives at all, everything was amazing! The reception (by the way, open 24 hours) and all the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially the chef and the cleaning lady Elena, who was so kind and even gave us a beach umbrella and a swimming mat for free! The hotel itself is very stylish, and the rooms are extremely comfortable. One of the highlights is the top-floor jacuzzi with lots of sunbeds and a breathtaking view — a truly special experience! The location is perfect — it is very close to the airport (we took the A2 bus for 5 EUR per person, payment can be made directly on the bus in cash) and it only took us about 15–20 minutes to get to the hotel. There are many cafes, shops, supermarkets, and rental services for cars, boats, or bikes nearby. You can find everything you need, from pharmacies to water and souvenirs, all within a 5-minute walk! The food was always delicious, and because the hotel is right on the beachfront, with the terrace just a couple of meters from the beach, it offers amazing sea views. Having breakfast or relaxing with a tasty cocktail outside, enjoying that view, was indescribable — such a magical feeling! We will definitely come back. This hotel is perfect! The staff were really kind ‐ upon arrival, we were ushered into the restaurant so we wouldn't miss dinner even though we weren't done checking in. The food was amazing, lots of options for everyone. Despite the hotel being fully-booked, it never felt crowded. Staff is kind and they were quick with the drink orders. The room was also perfect, great storage space, bed felt comfortable, and bathroom was clean and spacious. The water pressure in the shower was awesome! The AC was a life-saver given the temperature. The beach is very close, and the hotel provided a taxi for us once we checked out. Highly recommend spending some time in the solarium, the views during sunset were incredible. Special thank you goes to the cleaning staff – they were on top of everything and were also very kind. Overall perfection! We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to spending time here again:)

Minor detail is the wait-time for the elevator, as there is only one. The WIFI was also a bit buggy, but nothing that wouldn't fix itself within a few minutes!

We had a great stay at this hotel! The value for money is excellent. The hotel is located right on the beachfront, which was perfect. Before check-in and after check-out, we were allowed to use the common areas like the lobby, rooftop terrace, bathrooms, and even a shower, which was very convenient. We booked a stay with breakfast and dinner included. Both meals were delicious, with a wide variety of dishes – cold and hot meals, desserts, fruits, and even ice cream! Drinks are not included with dinner, but that was fine. The hotel looks beautiful inside, with very nice renovations. The location is great! Close to the airport and Palma. It’s a perfect starting point for exploring the whole island by car. There’s also a bus stop nearby, just a few stops from the airport and to the Cathedral in Palma.

The only thing we didn’t like was the cleanliness of the room at check-in. There were some hairs, dust, and sand on the floor, especially in the corners and behind the chairs.

We booked a seaview room which was more than the standard room but the view was worth it . Housekeeping was very good . Fresh towels and beds made daily . The receptionist checked us in earlier than 2pm so we could start our break quicker . Newly decorated and furnishings new in June 2025 . Beautiful bar and balcony . Bar staff very friendly and polite.

Some of the guests staying during our stay were attending a DJ set further down playa beach . Very loud and drunk outside . No fault of the hotel but be aware that’s it’s not far from the party side of the playa de Palma !

Location is just amazing, it takes 10 sec to go to the beach, also it’s very close to airport and the city. Food was really good, we had breakfast + dinner, everyday there was a grill station with fish and meat. Staff is helpful. The bar on the 1st floor of the hotel was amazing, they served really good cocktails.

One night we couldn’t fall asleep because these walls between rooms are like from carton, you can hear your neighbors very clearly, both rooms near to you, so if your neighbors will watch TV at nighttime - you will definitely will not sleep, so take earplugs for sure.

The staff are so friendly and attentive, and have plenty of recommendations for things to do. The food was amazing, so much choice and everything tasted fantastic. We hired bikes from the hotel on 3 occasions, perfect for exploring, with baskets for bags and towels. The hotel is on the quieter end of the coast, it's lovely with plenty of mellow atmosphere around.

Unfortunately, our balcony looked on to another hotel having building work done. The workmen were opposite most of the time, so we didn't use it as much as we would have liked to. It's totally just one of those things. It did not in any way ruin our stay. 100% recommend Hotel Playa Adults. There wasn't a full-length mirror in the room, which would have been nice to see complete outfits. There are two smaller mirrors in the bathroom and above the TV that are great for hair and makeup.

We have stayed at this hotel several times already, and every visit has been a wonderful experience. The location is perfect – close to the beach and with beautiful views. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff are always friendly, professional, and make you feel truly welcome. The food is excellent with a wide variety to choose from, and the atmosphere is relaxing and enjoyable. Each time we come back, it feels like home away from home. We can’t wait to return again!

The bathroom equipments are too old. In my opinion, they need refurbish bathroom if they want to be considered as 3 stars

Adults only. Good value for money. Beachfront located. Clean. Close to places to eat/drink, supermarkets, car/bike rentals. Decent breakfast included. Very close to the airport. If you come to Mallorca and you don't plant to rent a car this hotel is for you.

Quite small room. TV on the wall very small. No fridge in the room, nor minibar. The wifi was too weak to connect from the last floor. You need to be very lucky, but not impossible of course, to get a (free public) parking space in front of the hotel and there are no options for paid parking.

It is visible that the hotel is freshly renovated. Breakfasts and dinners were nice. Personnel was really helpful and nice, especially Juan :)

There was not so nice smell in the room when we first went in. Probably it was something with the sewage system. This smell appeared from time to time during our stay. Could be more vegetarian dinner options. No swimming pool in the hotel, and no beach towels for guests.
