We loved the location of the hotel next to the promenade and beach - you can walk or cycle miles in each direction along the promenade. It was 15 - 20 mins by bus to Palma city (which is really worth visiting) and 15 mins by taxi to the airport. The sea was beautifully clear and very safe for swimming. Many yachts on the sea which was interesting. We had a fifth-floor Junior Suite at the front of the hotel which was well worth it, the room was a really decent size and the views of the beach and sea, also across to the mountains were amazing. The hotel was very clean, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food we thought was exceptional quality and also very varied. There is a lovely restaurant terrace close to the pool. The bar area has a very comfortable and attractive two-tiered terrace (which is not really shown in the photos) where you can enjoy lunch or drinks and a view of the sea across the road. The pool is safe and clean and the pool area is very well maintained, there are always sun loungers available, and the pool is not busy. A lovely hotel.

The location is amazing, see view room on a level 5 is wonderful, beach and see one of the best, special thanks to the chef....food was done with love, also much appreciate for the opportunity of late check out!!

Perfect location. Just few steps away from the beach. The bus stop is at the door of the hotel. It was easy to reach everywhere (Palma city, airport, bus and train station, etc.). Walking distance from Palma Aquarium. The whole hotel was very clean. Good sized and comfortable room with amazing sea view. Nicely cooled with air conditioner. Nice and friendly staff. Everyone was very helpful at the reception, bar, restaurant and the cleaning ladies. The breakfast and dinner were amazing and very delicious. Huge selection of food varieties from soups, salads, mains, sides to desserts. Even they offered coffee and breakfast for us at 5:30am on the day we left the hotel. Good sized and clean swimming pool. The hotel is at the B13 area which is calm, peaceful, clean and well organised. Far from the party district. Perfect for a relaxing holiday.

A kettle would be nice in the room to make some tea or coffee. Some drinks, at least water, could be included with dinner. We had to buy drinks every evening and were not allowed to bring our own(bottle of water) in the restaurant. Unfortunately we could hear when someone was taking shower in the next or top room. It felt like the water was running in our bathroom. Also some morning a very unpleasant smell was coming from the drainage. Still it was good value for money and would definitely go back.

We have never stayed in a holiday hotel before as we usually rent a villa or apartment. We were unable to find one for our dates and this hotel was recommended by a colleague. We really enjoyed our stay. It is spotlessly clean and the reception staff, cleaners and pool staff were very friendly and helpful. The majority of the guest were German and although we don’t speak the language we were able to say hello and good morning. We loved how quiet the hotel is. If you want noise, find another place. Location, location, location! And we soon got into the way of the bus network that stops outside the door. There is a fast bus to Palma although it is slower on the return journey and often crowded. There is also a bus to the shopping centre at Fan Mallorca which is worth a visit - we are now regretting that we did not buy more Spanish made clothes, which are high quality and well styled. Children’s clothes are worth buying and cheap with the exchange rate. The hotel is within walking distance of the aquarium and there are two excellent supermarkets across the road, one of them is a more specialist shop and, again we regret not buying products to take home. We went on the train to the market at Inca and that was an easy journey. We wanted to go to Port de Soller which is where we have stayed before but in the end we just relaxed and enjoyed the restaurants and beach on our door step. Forgot to mention the extensive breakfast. At home, I rarely eat breakfast but loved the relaxed atmosphere and the variety each day. The restaurant staff are so hard working and helpful.

Excellent hotel with perfect location on the beachfront of Platja de Palma. Lots of good restaurants and shops nearby. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast with lots of food options and good quality. The bicycle rent office in the hotel is good value and does not need deposits (for hotel guests). Overall the stay was a great experience.

Great location - close to the beach and close to the airport. Beautiful sea view from the room. Lots of cafes and a big supermarket nearby. Good food in the restaurant. Nice staff. There is free parking nearby.

Cold air conditioners in the restaurant and in the hall in autumn. The water in the pool was colder than in the sea. No ramp for a stroller to the sea site. No shower near the exit from the beach. The coffee from the coffee machines for breakfast was not tasty.

Excellent location, we (a family of 3) had a Junior Suite with excellent sea views, the hotel is ideally situated right on the beach front, the hotel is clean overall, it is close to restaurants, shops and amenities, it is also close to "animated" areas, yet very quite. The personnel is friendly overall and ready to help (for renting a bike, a car, or to give you an advice). Good choice of food and drinks in the buffet.

Wifi speed and coverage would need to be improved. All staff were very friendly and helpful, except one guy in reception who had a bit of an arrogant behavior (verified with other guests)

Me, my husband and my 18 month old stayed for one week and felt very comfortable. The room was decent sized and comfortable. The kids pool was our favorite. My son spend most of his time here, playing with other kids and toys. He had a blast. Lunch, snacks and drink around the pool area were great. The staff was very very friendly. Location was amazing. We were able to go to the beach throughout the day as it is so so close, just crossing the street. Breakfast buffet was delicious always. Will stay again for sure!

No black-out curtains. I would have liked a parasol on the balcony as the sun would be blasting during the evening and it was difficult to sit comfortably outside, specially for my 18 month old.

The location was great. Beautiful view of the beach and sea. Only 7 minutes from the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of umbrellas, one for every 2 beds plus a little table. On some nights there was entertainment. There was a nice ambience to the hotel, mostly catering for families and couples, no rowdy groups there.

Not enough plug sockets in the room, 2 isn't enough, no stand to put your suitcase on so had to put it on the bed to unpack which isn't hygienic. Bed wasn't very comfortable and everytime you turned over it creaked. I think the food could of been better, I did struggle to find something that I enjoyed, perhaps they could have themed night like other hotels that I've stopped at.

The pool side was cleaned every morning. Very clean hotel, with nice, helpful and kind staff. Really. The food was delicious and we had a large variety. The view from my room was amazing, the kind of you wouldn't want to go home anymore. Close to bus stops, close to the local aquarium, close to the airport. Next to the hotel there is a very good restaurant. 8min walk from a pharmacy that it's opened every day till 10pm.

People leaving towels on the sunbeds by the pool for a very long time just to keep it occupied, and by long time I mean even half a day. This doesn't really have to do with the hotel. I guess they could have a rule of not leaving you seats unattended for more than 1h or something like that.
