The hotel has a beautiful location right by the beach and is overall very nice. Everything was clean and well maintained. The rooms, although a bit small, were comfortable and had everything we needed. I would also like to highlight the gentleman at reception, who was very kind and helpful, and Carlos in the restaurant, who was always smiling and was so kind.

At breakfast and dinner, some items were often missing. For example, by 9 AM there were no eggs left, and in the evening desserts would run out quickly too. Unfortunately, no one seemed to make sure these were replenished, which was a bit disappointing. The biggest issue for us was that the hotel allows guests to reserve sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool. If you arrive after 8:30 AM, it is nearly impossible to find a free spot because people put their towels down early in the morning.

A lot of space inside and outside. Cool view to the sea and there is amazing view from rooftop especially at sunset highly recommend to go there to see it. Nice service and people at bar and restaurant. Swimming pool at rooftop has warm water in the evening. Room is clean and white. 2 minutes to the sea. You can rent towel for sea. Was pleasantly stay despite some moments.

There was no double bed, despite when I booked a room there was a choice in settings and I took more expensive room for this bed. And there were two beds with wheels. So they were moving all the time. Have no idea how to go there being a couple. No romantic nights with such beds. Food is really not so tasty, eggs have no taste at all. But diversity is good. There are mosquitoes in room. Take care. Some stuff was not happy to help. No food and snacks in bar in the evening, And no tea and coffee in the room. That’s was a bit pity. Usually at 4 stars hotels it is included in rooms.

Good location

We did not know that we could not eat beside the pool area. This needs to be clearly explained to residents. We didn’t intend to break the rules. Additionally, the package for Bali beds included drinks. I was traveling with my daughter We’re not big drinkers. I had intended booking a Bali bed as a treat but couldn’t justify the price as a non-drinker. A separate option for those who don’t want alcohol during the day would be great as not everyone does!! House keeping knocked on our door at 8:30 a.m. which to me is too early. We were on a deep sleep.

The pool facilities are lovely, the rooftop bar and pool especially. You do have to pay for the 'Bali beds' which I think should be included in your stay, with the rest of the sunbeds. The staff were outstanding, especially the hotel manager, anna, who went out of her way to solve a mistake. The housekeeping accidently broke a makeup where they were honest and told me straight away. The hotel manager then personally drove myself and friends to the shopping centre to buy a new one, and dropped us off at the airport. I have never known customer service like it, and could not recommend this place more highly. The location is perfect, right on the beach, 2 minute walk to the bus stop to get into Palma, with everything you need in walking distance. It really was the staff that made our stay here special, every time we spoke to reception they were so accommodating and helpful!

The hotel is located on the first line right next to the sea. Not far from the airport and the oceanarium. Clean cozy rooms, excellent food in the own restaurant downstairs, an unusual rooftop bar with a swimming pool. Nearby there is a supermarket and a bus stop, from which the bus takes you to the center of Palma in 20 minutes.

I liked everything and in my opinion I was lucky that I chose a hotel in this part of the beach, since I was on holiday with my family with teenage children and this part of the beach was quiet without bars and noise.

Location is amazing, close to Palma, airport and sea life. Beautiful hotel, offers a good breakfast, I think everyone could find something they like. Great path to walk by the beach and hotel, everything near by, including shops behind the hotel across the road

Not sure if it was just our room but bathroom was not 4 stars. Smell was bad as doors remain shut all the time, they are heavy and difficult to open which doesn’t allow air to circulate. Hot water was taking ages to come. Room comes with kettle and tea options but no coffee

Rooms were clean and comfortable. We had booked the partial sea view room but I think an upgrade to a sea view could be worth it. The breakfast buffet was good. The hotel staff is helpful and nice; especially Stephanie at the Lobby's bar.

The hotel is located near the airport and this area is not the nicest in Mallorca.

Everything was beyond our expectations. The staff really makes you feel welcomed and the breakfast is great (i do wish they had a bit more fruit selection like peaches and strawberries) other than that, it was great. A special mention to the staff in the sky bar area, they were great and friendly and made us feel very comfortable at all times. The hotel is beautiful, modern and very clean. As soon as you enter the lobby you can feel the great smell thats the signature scent from HM tropical. Many times I was left wondering what it was and I wish I had it at home. This hotel has a special meaning to me since it was where me and my family reunited after not seeing each other for 4 months, so it made it extra sweet. Beds amazing, we had coffee in the room if we wanted, free drinks. The cleaning staff did an amazing job everyday making sure our room was clean and perfect for our arrival. Thank you so much cleaning staff!! I specially enjoyed seeing all my sandals in a straight line, ready to be worn :D It was very spacious. The pool was great, my boyfriend was in love with it and wants to go back as soon as possible to experience it once more, with the great sunbeds and shades. All in all, amazing. Oh, can't forget about the location!! Right in front of a great beach. Truly a beach vacation dream (with water being warm). Thanks for having us!

2 things me and family didn't really enjoy: - The smell from the pipes on the bathroom. Sometimes we would come to the room after a long day at the beach and we would be greeted with sewer smell, not the best to be honest ... - I am assuming that the elevators were quite old, and can be a hassle replacing them, but they were quite slow and a bit older. Didn't make much difference but sometimes could be quite annoying.

Everything was lovely at this hotel the staff the pool and the food. The restaurant was very busy at certain times as expected but always managed to find a table and always plenty of food and lots of choice. The pool area was lovely and clean and the one on the roof superb views! The rooms were so lovely and nice and clean and beds very comfy. Such a great location being right on the beach will definitely be returning! 😊

I wouldn’t say I didn’t dislike anything but would be nice to have a shower room for early arrivals like ourselves there was a toilet to change in but not a shower same if need to check out and don’t have a flight until late.

The Hotel was beautiful with different pools to catch the sun. The vibe about the hotel was so chilled and the staff were so professional and welcoming. The hotel lobby and the hallways had the most amazing smell! To top it off the food was amazing and very reasonable. Sitting on the quieter side of the resort it was perfect for all the lovely restaurants. Would definitely go back.
