Stylish and very clean hotel. The staff were excellent and welcoming. Lovely, chilled family-friendly atmosphere around the pool. We enjoyed a cool swim, cocktails and snacks whilst reading our books. There was a lifeguard by the pool and although the water was cold, our children swam all afternoon having a great time after our daily sightseeing. We needed a comfortable base for a 3 night stay, we were able to have two rooms located next door to each other as a small family, ample choices for breakfast each morning available from 8am. The airport was an 8 minute drive. We used the bus from the airport which was cheap and then took a taxi back for approx 20 euros. We felt well placed to access public transport throughout our stay, a short stroll to the bus stop and for 6 euros we were able to reach Palma Old Town. A short stroll the other way led to ample seafront restaurants (recommend El Patio) and a beach (it wasn’t our cup of tea and preferred the beaches at Sóller). The hotel was quiet and we all slept really well! Overall, we would highly recommend for adventuring families or couples looking for a well-located base in a smaller, accurately-priced and clean hotel. We would use again if flying in and out of Palma!

Everything at the hotel exceeded expectations and beyond! very good. breakfast 10/10 food was lovely. the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. the hotel is newly refurbished and has a very modern style, with new TVs, Beds and furniture. on our last day, our money, phones, bank cards, passports and all other belongings were stolen at the beach. The manager at the hotel, Juan helped us buy milk and nappies for our baby and also gave us lifts to the airport, another lady called rachel also helped us by driving us to the british embassy to sort out our emergency travel. they was so helpful and good to us. Our stay at Hotel Vibra Palma Cactus was fantastic from the moment we arrived. Check-in was smooth, and Ana made us feel so welcome with her warm and friendly approach. The hotel is in an ideal location, just a short walk from the beach and close to my favorite local spots, Nitos and Ginger Beach. Breakfast was plentiful, offering a great variety of options to start the day right. You can easily buy bottled water from the hotel or from the many supermarkets dotted around the area. The location couldn’t be better, just 10 minutes from the airport, making it convenient for a quick and easy arrival. The hotel is fresh, clean, and modern, perfect for families, couples, or groups. Overall, it’s a great place to stay for comfort, convenience, and excellent service!

It was over too quick!

The location of this hotel is quite convenient, with just a 5-minute walk to the beach and easy access to a bus stop that takes you directly to Palma city. The hotel was super clean, and the pool, though small, was cute and a nice place to relax. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help, which really enhanced our experience. The breakfast was okay, and the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel were impressive. The Wi-Fi connection was stable. The gym, although small, was well-equipped with a cable machine and a squat rack. The terrace in our room was a cute and cozy spot to unwind.

The design of the shower room caused water to leak out of the back and flow toward the door and bedroom, so we had to put towels on the floor to soak up the water. The overpowering fragrance used throughout the hotel was a bit much; both the room and the lobby were filled with a strong artificial scent, which gave me a headache. Another thing to note is that this area is very touristy. Finding good local restaurants nearby was challenging, as most options were overpriced.

Everything! Wonderful and helpful staff. They found out we were celebrating my daughter’s birthday and surprised her with cake and champagne. Ana was especially kind and patient. To be honest they were all wonderful. The food was delicious, the rooms were airy, bright and clean. We can’t wait to go back! It was such a safe are to stay about 5 min walk to the beach.

I like that the facilities were clean and tidy. The hotel was vibrant and colourful. Staff were really nice and sweet, always happy to help and positive. WiFi connection was strong. Location was great - hotel was located 5 minutes away from beach. Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Airport is 15 minutes away from hotel.

Breakfast wasn't great, it was the same everyday. I wish they had more hot vegetarian options. It would've been nice if they had tea and a kettle in the bedroom.

Breakfast - plenty of variety, self service. VERY happy and willing staff. Cleanliness in all areas. Tranquil surroundings.

Insufficient hooks/shelves in bathroom at convenient heights. No tea making facility in room- but rectified by superb management. Very small single drawer for personal item if clothing. These are minor items so didn't create a problem. Pool and surrounds basic.

Hotel smaller than expected. Breakfast was a nice selection, balconies are lovely and rooms are new and clean. The decor is really nice, there's a bar by the pool. The staff are lovely. They have oat milk!! :)

Not much I disliked, you can't help the noise from other guests, just use earplugs. Only thing I could suggest is more variety of cocktails at the bar and bigger cups for the tea/coffee lovers.

Very clean hotel, helpful staff who are smiling at the guests, nice pool area and excellent, varied food choices both at breakfast and dinner. The hotel is easy to get to from the airport and close to the beach too. This was our first stay in Mallorca and we loved every minute of it.

Staff was very friendly Roberto , fibi and a few other members of staff which i didn't get the names of one was reception and others was in dining area excellent staff amazing value for money excellent location too restraints bars and beach all within walking distance

No kettle in rooms which wasn't a massive issue
