The hotel has all the right facilities,beautiful pool with a food truck,and the breakfast is amazing.

The problem was that I write in advance that I want a room up to have a good sleep,they said that is OK,and then I was given a room at first floor,so I have many nights with not so good sleep. The second problem is that the hotel is full with the most pathetic young generation of germans,they come very drunk every night at yels in the hotel,a total nightmare,the problems is resolved by the older generation of germans that come outside the room and threaten them with the police.

The property is modern,and the location is great for the airport and the beach. It looks like it’s been recently renovated. I’m not sure I like the sink in the bedroom space but that seems to be the space saving thing these days. The breakfast was excellent and worth paying the little extra for. The staff were really lovely, from reception to maintenance everyone was so helpful.

English Tv channels would be nice. Although you can watch one or two channels in English it’s limited. There’s no room service and food outside of mealtimes is a food truck which is great during the day but once that’s closed it’s dinner in the restaurant or you have to go out.

Spacious room and balcony. Hot water in the shower with great water pressure. Good food. Friendly staff. The gym looks very well equipped. Sauna. Big swimming pool in the garden. The hotel it's in a quiet location with direct access to public transport to Palma de Mallorca, 10 minutes walk from the beach shops, and nightlife, and 15 minutes walk to a big, well furnished, supermarket, located close to a small natural Park, great both for exercise, and kids entertainment.

The pillow was too hard for myself, couldn't sleep very well. TV programs were either in German or Spanish, but I managed to find a good radio station with classic music. There was only one small bin for the rubbish in the bathroom. The indoor swimming pool is actually very shallow and contained, good for sitting in it, basically it's just functional to the sauna and drying room, but not for adults swimming.

not particularly near anything - but good transport links. quite a large hotel, which could feel a little sterile, but this was avoided through friendly staff

Very modern family room. Seems to be renovated completely lately because the pictures on booking were of a much older room :) Good beds, perfectly clean, good air-condition, nice en suite bathroom. Excellent breakfast, also with lots of fruits, vegetables and healthy (vegan) options. Last but not least great staff who are very friendly and helpful. Only 10 minute drive to the airport and close to the beach. We stayed here end of September after the high season. Would definitely recommend.

Swimming pool was a bit cold..

Excellent facilities and kind, friendly and helpful staff. Newly renovated. Fantastic shower and comfortable bed. Vicente went out of his way to make me feel welcome - gracias!

A little “off” from the beach, but much more quiet and comfortable as a result. Easy walking distance to get to the two bus stops that will take you into Palma and the Airport.

The staff were really delightful and helpful. Food at the hotel was pretty good especially the desserts. Loved the decor of the rooms so so beautiful and light. Slept like a baby every night. Loved the shower style, the highlight of the room along with the mirror! Perfect size!

The cleaning of the rooms could have been better, also the little treat and water offered was never given.

A clean, well maintained, quiet hotel with everything an average tourist may need for a couple of nights. Not far from the airport, but a walking distance from the beach, too. The rooms had all the usual facilities and our stay was uneventful. The reception staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating and deserve a medal.

Rooms were small, and I mean it. Breakfast was a slight disappointment. It was very crowded, especially that breakfast closes rather early. Despite the season (October), very little was on offer in terms of fresh fruits and vegetables. Coffee was barely drinkable. Otherwise, the food variety was reasonable. Pool water was not heated, or very cold anyway, so it was difficult to take a swim despite the weather of 30 degrees/

Cleanliness - the staff work so hard to keep everywhere spotless- the pool area is beautiful, sun sun bed towels provided and poolside service. Breakfast offered a great selection. Bus stop opposite the hotel takes you into Palma - 2 euros each person, buses are regular so staying outside of Palma not an issue for us …
