Plenty of swimming pools: two beautiful ones outdoors, one always warm inside (good for children). Kids club and its organizer - Livia gave us parents additional free time. Livia was gentle and kind with children and spoke at least three languages with them 🙂 There are all the necessary amenities: washing and drying machine, gym, cafe. We enjoyed the food in both the restaurant (morning and evening - sweden table) and the cafe. It was delicious and comfortable to eat out right in the hotel. Also, the price was not high compared to the surroundings. Another thing we liked, is that there was stove and everything to cook in the room. So, sometimes we cook ourselves during our long stay. We would love to visit this hotel again in the future.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location is perfect – right on the promenade, with a bus stop directly in front of the property offering a convenient transfer from the airport. Our room was spotlessly clean, with brand new furniture and a breathtaking sea view. We enjoyed magical sunsets every evening from our terrace – a truly unforgettable experience. The on-site dining options were also varied and satisfying. Traveling with our baby was made incredibly easy thanks to the thoughtful amenities provided. We were given a baby cot and a high chair both in the room and at the restaurant, which made everything so much more comfortable. The staff was exceptionally kind and responsive, always ready to help with a smile. On our last day, they even prepared a takeaway breakfast for us to enjoy on the plane – such a kind and thoughtful gesture. Everything exceeded our expectations. We felt truly at home and can’t wait to return!

The location was just perfect, 2 minutes from the beach and all cafes & restaurants and shops. We loved the hotel and its facilities, pool indoor & outdoor, the gym and the restaurant buffet, the ping pong table use for the kids and husband ! The apartment was serviced everyday, lovely staff. The staff on the reception were all so lovely & helpful, a big thanks to the lovely Italian girl from Naples, so friendly and helpful !

The buffet was a great choice for us having a toddler with us. Thus we could easily switch between dishes. I liked that the bedroom was separated from the living room. the swimming pool was great. there was sun the entire day, so at the end of the day the water was very warm. hotel was family friendly. not too much of noise and parties, however the walls are very thin, you can hear a lot easily. the bus stop was in front of the hotel and there was a direct bus to the airport. very convenient. Only 10 - 15 mins from the Palma Aquarium. the staff was very very friendly, all of them where very nice. it was a pleasure staying at the hotel.

it would have been more convenient if we had a room on the ground floor. now we had on the 2nd floor, not so easy to access with a stroller and lots of back and forth stairs caring an 11kg todler who's protesting for staying a little longer in the pool. but our room was quite nearby the restaurant and pool so that was already something and we booked quite last minute, so maybe indeed there were no other options.

Amazing location, beautiful views (stayed at the 5th floor in the mail building, I don't know about the other floors), great apartment, friendly staff

Cleaning was sometimes very late, pillows and sheets sometimes missing. I don't think it was the cleaning team's fault, I think their schedule was just too busy. Entertainment team was too aggressive trying to make us participate in activities even though we didn't want to.

Location really close from airport around 20 min by bus even less by car, great value for money and amazing breakfast, perfect for families with kids as have indoor pool and playground !

1 Day was a huge noise coming form neighboring balcony , i have escalated to hotel staff and it helped somehow. As recommendation for families with kids need to consider it as a risk, but overall hotel is not suitable for partying people so the risk is low ( maybe 1 night will be unlucky )

Small scale resort with lovely trees that give shade and a relaxed outside atmosphere. We really loved it there, my daughter (4) had so much fun. Swimming all day and especially mini disco at night. The animation team are lovely people. The 2 male lifeguards were always very friendly with guests and one gave tips on how to help my daughter learn to swim. She was swimming by herself when we left:) The apartment was really spacious. Overall we were just really happy there.

More relaxed chairs at the swimming pool, but reception mentioned that they had ordered extra.

Service at the snack bar was very slow but food was good and staff were working hard. Hotel/ entertainment more suited to families with younger kids, not great for teenagers. TV not great

Location is perfect. The food and dinning is very good. Thee is a good selection of different dishes and there is not too much repetitions especially at the dinner. The selection of wines (you have to pay) is reasonable. The service in the restaurant and at the reception is very good and people are very helpful. The view from the balcony is very nice. In the reception there are many different offers like tickets or car rentals etc. There are three swimming pools.

Everything was very good.

The room we had was very comfortable with a nice spacious balcony overlooking the pool area. Well equipped apartment with everything you could want. There were toiletries in the bathroom including hair conditioner. Good location with a couple of minutes to the beach and taxi rank and bus stop very close by too.

It was very quiet in the hotel as our of season so the entertainment was not well attended.
