We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location is perfect – right on the promenade, with a bus stop directly in front of the property offering a convenient transfer from the airport. Our room was spotlessly clean, with brand new furniture and a breathtaking sea view. We enjoyed magical sunsets every evening from our terrace – a truly unforgettable experience. The on-site dining options were also varied and satisfying. Traveling with our baby was made incredibly easy thanks to the thoughtful amenities provided. We were given a baby cot and a high chair both in the room and at the restaurant, which made everything so much more comfortable. The staff was exceptionally kind and responsive, always ready to help with a smile. On our last day, they even prepared a takeaway breakfast for us to enjoy on the plane – such a kind and thoughtful gesture. Everything exceeded our expectations. We felt truly at home and can’t wait to return!

The buffet was a great choice for us having a toddler with us. Thus we could easily switch between dishes. I liked that the bedroom was separated from the living room. the swimming pool was great. there was sun the entire day, so at the end of the day the water was very warm. hotel was family friendly. not too much of noise and parties, however the walls are very thin, you can hear a lot easily. the bus stop was in front of the hotel and there was a direct bus to the airport. very convenient. Only 10 - 15 mins from the Palma Aquarium. the staff was very very friendly, all of them where very nice. it was a pleasure staying at the hotel.

it would have been more convenient if we had a room on the ground floor. now we had on the 2nd floor, not so easy to access with a stroller and lots of back and forth stairs caring an 11kg todler who's protesting for staying a little longer in the pool. but our room was quite nearby the restaurant and pool so that was already something and we booked quite last minute, so maybe indeed there were no other options.

Small scale resort with lovely trees that give shade and a relaxed outside atmosphere. We really loved it there, my daughter (4) had so much fun. Swimming all day and especially mini disco at night. The animation team are lovely people. The 2 male lifeguards were always very friendly with guests and one gave tips on how to help my daughter learn to swim. She was swimming by herself when we left:) The apartment was really spacious. Overall we were just really happy there.

More relaxed chairs at the swimming pool, but reception mentioned that they had ordered extra.

Everything was excellent! The personnel is super friendly, helpful and correct, especially the people at the reception as well as all the staff in the buffet area, Mery is the best in accommodating and make people feel good, she is just great! We had half board and food is amazing, fresh fruits and juice for breakfast, bread, omellettes and pancakes, and much more, the same for dinner, several options per day, with always fresh salad, embutidos, and different dishes of fresh meat and fish, paella, rissotto, asiatic cuisine, etc..amazin! apartments are very comfortable and always clean.

The only small thing I would comment is the light they have in the outdoor corridors. It is always on at night and it may sound stupid but the light goes through the courtin in the room and disturbs a bit at night. We covered the window to avoid the light coming in. Maybe a light with a sensor would be a smart move as I think almost nobody uses that lights at night.

Location is perfect. The food and dinning is very good. Thee is a good selection of different dishes and there is not too much repetitions especially at the dinner. The selection of wines (you have to pay) is reasonable. The service in the restaurant and at the reception is very good and people are very helpful. The view from the balcony is very nice. In the reception there are many different offers like tickets or car rentals etc. There are three swimming pools.

Everything was very good.

Lots of outdoor spaces that are well maintained. Good location, near to the beach, shops and restaurants. Breakfast buffet was plentiful, cooked and cold. Staff in restaurant were great. Snack bar menu was good and service great and quick. Rooms cleaned daily, fresh linen and towels.

I booked the room as it said "sea view. " Not the end of the world, but we were given a limited sea view as there were tall trees in front of the balcony. Other hotels sell these rooms as limited sea views so you know what you are getting. In fact, I chose this hotel as I thought I would get a full sea view. Mentioned it to reception staff, but the response was disappointing. Please advertise as other hotels do. The superior 1 bedroom apartment was pleasant but pretty standard. The pull out bed in lounge became uncomfortable as the week went on. Not enough hanging space for 3rd person or dresses, so 1 of us didn't unpack.

The room we had was very comfortable with a nice spacious balcony overlooking the pool area. Well equipped apartment with everything you could want. There were toiletries in the bathroom including hair conditioner. Good location with a couple of minutes to the beach and taxi rank and bus stop very close by too.

It was very quiet in the hotel as our of season so the entertainment was not well attended.

The staff were really great. A real credit to the place. It seemed like they have a nice dynamic which really makes the atmosphere. The facilities were excellent. The kids loved the pool and the sauna was brilliant. Breakfast was really great too.

The beds could have been a little more comfortable. I now have a bad back and it could well be due to the beds, or I’m just getting old.

amazing buffet with large diversity of dishes, most of the things were also suitable for a toddler. Very polite, friendly staff wiling to help. Fantastic restaurant staff, keeping my baby occupied and entertained during the meals. Loved the location, so close by the beach, shops, playground. Excellent pools , adjusted for family. I particularly liked the baby club, where I could let my baby free running and enjoying company of other kids. Fantastic place to spent the hottest times of the day, while keeping baby happy.

Early check in could be optimal but I understand the hotel is busy and cleaning staff is working hard to get the rooms ready.

The hotel has an excellent location, with the airport and Palma buses stopping directly in front of it and probably Mallorca's nicest beach is 300 m away. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner offered an abundance of different meals with great variety every day. Each evening there where some fun activities for kids and adults as well. Car or bike rentals and various shops virtually next door.

The street of the hotel is rather busy with buses stopping every few minutes, making some noise, but its bothering only if you sleep with open windows (what i doubt most will do, due to the heat outside). Half board does not include beverages for dinner (probably pretty normal, but good to know). The staff in the restaurant was a bit to keen on collecting empty plates from the tables, I almost had the feeling they want us out the soonest. The hotel has definitely seen better days and it's not the most modern and luxurious establishment nearby, but provides excellent value for for money.
