A wonderful hotel, but it turned out not to be ready for force majeure. Hey dear, are you kidding. All rooms 5star hotel were first day without water......The problem hotel is top managment and some person from reception. They are so self-confident that they don't even offer a free transfer when booking through booking, and the real price of the transfer is not expensive. But it would be a very nice bonus even for the high cost of living. Although lower cost hotels offer it. Yes, indeed, they could not fully provide the service according to the description, and you can understand people's indignation. Even when they already knew about the water problem, they silently checked in the guest rooms without any warning. They did not act in anticipation. And this is their biggest mistake. And if it happened in the summer??? In my case, only at my request was I given an additional substantial discount for extra services, including restaurant services. The breakfast was good, the rooms were nice, the bed was super comfortable and the towels were soft. An incredible view of the sea, a terrace and Cava for breakfast, that's what stopped me from arguing too much with them. The staff (reception)began to fulfill their direct duty, to be nice to the guests, only when they were made remarks and a conflict situation almost started. Even then they were very polite and extraordinary. Room cleaning is also at a high level, but does not reach 5*. I give a good rating only for perfect staff in restaurant and cleanservice, but with a description of the nuances.

Everything is great. The hotel is super, the room is ideal, quite spacious, with a view of the sea (which was very important for me), a clean beach 100 meters away, close to the airport, not far from the hotel there are restaurants for every taste, the staff is polite, they responded to any questions instantly, the cleaning is excellent, not a speck of dust or dirt. The dates of stay at the hotel coincided with my birthday. It was so nice and pleasant to receive congratulations and a compliment from the hotel, thank you. The staff speaks several languages, including German, which made our stay and communication with the staff much easier. Breakfasts are excellent, a large selection, the quality is super, everything is fresh, the coffee and the extract are excellent, champagne is served for breakfast. There are several swimming pools, including a rooftop, a spa, a gym, a beautiful terrace with a sea view. The hotel is quiet, there are no drunken raging tourists, the hotel is 18+, this also affected our relaxing holiday. The hotel has an excellent restaurant, the cuisine is magnificent, at affordable prices, any of our wishes were fulfilled, an incredible approach to please the client. I would like to separately note the service in the restaurant, especially Miguel, thank you very much, we are delighted with you, the restaurant and your hotel. The price matches the quality, one of my best vacations. I will return to this hotel more than once, and I will recommend you to everyone. Thank you for your work.🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

Our room at Pure Salt Garonda was spacious and smelled absolutely amazing – it was love at first sight! On my birthday, I was surprised with a lovely gesture: a bottle of Cava, some balloons, and a sweet handwritten card waiting in the room. The breakfast was incredibly diverse and absolutely delicious. The location is perfect – just a one-minute walk from the beach. However, the daily cleaning service and complimentary bottle of water each day were much appreciated. Overall, a wonderful stay!

The only downside was the lack of amenities like a toothbrush and toothpaste, which I would have expected from a 5-star hotel.

We arrived early which meant our room wasn’t ready. The reception staff looked after our luggage, and offered us a glass of champagne to relax by the pool. We were given pool towels, facilities to change and start our mini break away for days off. All the staff were very friendly. The hotel had a lovely calm and relaxing atmosphere. We stayed in a junior suite and it did not disappoint. The room was spacious with a beautiful balcony which we enjoyed watching the sun set with a bottle of wine. The bed was extremely comfortable, having one of the best sleeps I’ve had in a while. The food was great value with plenty of choice. We could not fault this hotel. It was perfect for us

Lovely aesthetic - even the side sea view rooms have a great view. Staff were welcoming, breakfast was lovely with a lovely sea view to the terrace too. 20min bus to town was perfect.

The area is very touristy and quite crowded on the beach - some of the local restaurants are very overpriced and not good (others were fab). Room was clean where they cleaned but lack of attention to detail for example the door handles were grubby where they attach to the doors in the bathroom and the edges of the shower floor could have been cleaner

Beautiful ambiance, location and setting The layout is very good too. The staff were amazing, Marinna was great in the restaurant area, Liam in reception was very helpful when we had a fault in our room with the shower also the young lady that checked us into breakfast on 16th August and other days was also amazing

Nothing to dislike

The hotel was amazing! Located right on the beach, the views were amazing especially from the sky bar day and night. The Spa and breakfast which were both included in our stay were wonderful. The hotel was kept spotlessly clean at all times, and the staff were great. The location was abit too commercial, but actually it made the sanctuary of our beautiful hotel even better.

The separate beds were a pain as they are on wheels and kept moving, and we had a minor issue with our shower that kept flooding the bathroom because the door was not flush to the floor. Other than that it was brilliant.

Great property in the heart of Arenal. We think it was the nicest hotel by far. Had a sea view suite on the sunset side. It was wonderful. Breakfast was excellent. Rooftop pool and views were excellent. Beach and walk were great. Close to many restaurants. This area has many German tourists and is considered the German area, much to our surprise! It was Oktoberfest in Mallorca! Bus is near by for the airport or to take you to Palma. Shared a ride with other tourists. Everyone was very friendly. Not too far away from Palma and close to the airport.

I love everything here. We really enjoyed our holiday in your hotel. The location is the best, the beach 🏖️ just in front of the hotel, just 100 meters bus station is right there, so many beachfront restaurants nearby, big party club just on foot. Breakfast was great. For sure we will be there again. And thank you so much for all very nice staffs.

Sadly 4 days it was too short for us to stayed there

The beach was a few steps for the hotel and was clean. The weather was too windy and that is the reason why we really did not enjoyed the see at all. Spa was small, nice and not busy at all. We stay at beginning of October, in the top season I expect it would by too crowded. Parking was possible on the street without any problem (but it is true in October as well). The breakfast was excellent.

It was necessary to pay for sunbeds and umbrella on the beach. It was quite busy area and noisy in the morning.
