Great hotel with lovely clean and comfortable rooms, good pool area with plenty of sun loungers. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Bus stops outside to take to to Palma Old Town and beach is in walkable distance. Great location close to the airport.

Breakfast options for those checking out early morning are limited, more vegetarian options required at dinner and not all dishes were labelled so was hard to know what ingredients were in dishes. No water available at dinner and drinks had to be bought separately. Would be better to charge a little more and include non alcoholic drinks with dinner. No food options available immediately local to the hotel especially if arriving on a later evening flight. Would of preferred some form of entertainment in the evening and more TV channels. Details of excursions in the hotel are in German, no details in English.

We liked so much about this property - excellent attentive staff, clean rooms, a lovely pool area with plenty of loungers, great breakfast and dinner options. The hotel was a few blocks from the beach and very quiet in the night (no wake-up calls from the party crowd) which we really appreciated. Daily room cleaning and a very nicely appointed room. It’s a very good mid range hotel.

The hotel has all the right facilities,beautiful pool with a food truck,and the breakfast is amazing.

The problem was that I write in advance that I want a room up to have a good sleep,they said that is OK,and then I was given a room at first floor,so I have many nights with not so good sleep. The second problem is that the hotel is full with the most pathetic young generation of germans,they come very drunk every night at yels in the hotel,a total nightmare,the problems is resolved by the older generation of germans that come outside the room and threaten them with the police.

The property is modern,and the location is great for the airport and the beach. It looks like it’s been recently renovated. I’m not sure I like the sink in the bedroom space but that seems to be the space saving thing these days. The breakfast was excellent and worth paying the little extra for. The staff were really lovely, from reception to maintenance everyone was so helpful.

English Tv channels would be nice. Although you can watch one or two channels in English it’s limited. There’s no room service and food outside of mealtimes is a food truck which is great during the day but once that’s closed it’s dinner in the restaurant or you have to go out.

Spacious room and balcony. Hot water in the shower with great water pressure. Good food. Friendly staff. The gym looks very well equipped. Sauna. Big swimming pool in the garden. The hotel it's in a quiet location with direct access to public transport to Palma de Mallorca, 10 minutes walk from the beach shops, and nightlife, and 15 minutes walk to a big, well furnished, supermarket, located close to a small natural Park, great both for exercise, and kids entertainment.

The pillow was too hard for myself, couldn't sleep very well. TV programs were either in German or Spanish, but I managed to find a good radio station with classic music. There was only one small bin for the rubbish in the bathroom. The indoor swimming pool is actually very shallow and contained, good for sitting in it, basically it's just functional to the sauna and drying room, but not for adults swimming.

Beautiful renovated/modern hotel. The price is really good for what you get. The location is convenient as it's just few minutes walk from Palma beach and boardwalk, which has lots of nice restaurants. We had a really good time!

The AC stopped working in the middle of the night so it was hard to sleep. The food isn't Spanish and it's heavy, more like American Hispanic. It was not bad but just not my type of food.

The location was convenient and we had a little balcony where you could also hang wet clothes. The pool was small but cute and the staff were very friendly. Fortunately also the AC worked great and the room could always stay cool.

The towels were sometimes a little yellow probably sunscreen but still annoying if you pay for good service.

Great position,short walk to the main beach. Fab breakfast, everything you needed.Rooms are modern and clean

Maybe keeping the pool open a bit longer in the evening (7pm) and open a bit earlier in the morning (10am) but that's just me I like a swim before breakfast.
