Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect! We were supposed to check in on March 10, but due to a flight cancellation, we arrived on March 11. The hotel was incredibly understanding and even refunded us for the missed night, which was a wonderful gesture. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable. A special mention to the bartenders—such warm and friendly gentlemen who made every visit to the bar a pleasure. The food was simply outstanding, with a fantastic variety of delicious dishes that exceeded all our expectations. Every detail in this hotel is carefully thought out to provide the best experience for guests. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay unforgettable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and hospitality!

Quite possibly the best 3 star in Mallorca, very cleverly modernised with a very good spa, polite & professional staff throughout especially reception and the older waiter in the restaurant, great location for work and for pleasure, the beachfront & its restaurants & bars are a few minutes away, I was also impressed with the quality and range for breakfast & dinner which I tried once during my stay

If you have a hire car, parking in This area can be a little tricky

The food was very good so tasty and fresh alot of options. Location is perfect 5 min to the beach.5 min to the Airport by taxi(15e) The beds were very comfortable. We had triple room (344)it was very spacious with the town view and big balcony.They had some sweets left on the beds kids loved it. I thought it was very nice touch.We felt very welcome. Definitely coming back here again.

Large comfortable room could do with coffee making facilities in the room as breakfast was not till 8.30 and as an early riser there is no where to get a drink. The coffee machines in the bar are not switched on until 10. Food good and enough choice for a budget hotel didn’t use the pool or any other facilities as we were only there 1 night.

We had the best time. The food was amazing, the staff was really nice, the location was perfect. Its everything we wanted.

We had an excellent stay here!! The facilities were up to standard. A variety of food offered each day, with a stable base of salad, pasta and bread. The rooms were very clean, with a decent sized balcony for two people. Each night a different entertainment where the staff were full of energy and happy. The staff were all polite and friendly. Special mentions to the lovely bartender Ricardo and receptionist Antonio who made us feel very welcome. They both were very chatty, always smiling and even remembered our names and our orders. The location was ideal. A 10 minute taxi from the airport for €20, and less than a 5 minute walk to the sandy beach. Lots of shops around too for souvenirs and necessities.

A Great hotel, staff excellent and helpful. Good choice of food, fresh and varied. Well situated, just a short walk to the beach, the port, bars cafés and restaurants. The spa is very small and not a high standard. Steam room not hot at all, pool very small, but very warm, and a small jacuzzi. The pool is nice but after 15h30 (in march) it's totally in the shade. Other than the small front terrace nowhere in the sun to sit after this time. These are just comments, it didn't ruin our holiday we still had à good time. Excellent value for money and we would go again, just not as a spa holiday.

The personel is really nice, talking care of you all the way, inquiring about how you are and if there is something they night do to better the experience. Rooms are spacious with balconies, beds are comfortable, bathrooms have all uttilities one might need during their stay. The room also has a fridge and two glasses. Half-board was amazing, there isnt anything that could be better during breakfast and dinner had a great variety as well.

We had a room to the pool side and unfortunately some other tourists were quite loud during the evening and night and the sound isolation was nearly useless, resulting in two sleepless nights.

The Hotel is located in a very nice area close to the Airport and the Beach. The rooms have enough space, big beds and a balcony. The workers at Reception were very friendly and helpful.

I didn’t like that the Safes were not working so most of the time i wasn’t comfortable leaving my room as i was having valuable items with me. It will also be nice to change the bed sheets when cleaning the rooms especially for people staying more than 3 days. The food can be added a bit of salt and try to keep it more warm😊
