We stayed for a week, Saturday to Saturday. The staff are wonderful all around. We had an amazing welcome when checking in and the ladies at reception were implacable all throughout. The restaurant staff, from the hostess, to the waiters and the chefs, they were all great, always helpful and on point. We also booked a spa treatment each, which we both enjoyed and had a great experience with. All staff were multilingual, and English & German were widely spoken by multiple people. The food was lovely with plenty of choice each day. Booking the half board was certainly worth it. The lunch restaurant was very well priced, with generous portions and tasty. The hotel itself is in a great location and super close to the beach which we loved. It also has wonderful pool areas and the roof terrace was just lovely. We highly recommend travelling by bus. To and from the airport (which is €5 per adult) and into Palma city as well (which is €2 per adult). The airport bus only takes cash, but the city buses can be paid from contactless card payment. If you do prefer travelling by taxi, please use Uber. We found taxi drivers to be charging for the same trips as Uber drivers, €10-15 more. Overall we had the most amazing stay and cannot wait to be back.

These aren't really things we didn't like. Purely observation. The shower in our room was not very powerful and neither was the hair dryer. But both worked just fine ☺️ The only fresh water station/ dispenser we found was in the gym, which closes as 8pm. If you otherwise want fresh water, you can buy it at a vending machine for €2.50 or in the restaurant for €2.85. The steam room was not working during the time we stayed at the hotel.

The staff were great, really friendly and helpful, there are multiple outside pools and rooftop jacuzzi that were always clean and lots of nice little areas to relax around the pools. The swim-up bar was a great place to hang out and get chatting with other guests. The spa was really excellent and had much better facilities than we were expecting. The location is brilliant, 10 minutes from the airport right near the beach and some bars/ restaurants etc. The food was really nice and we actually had the majority of our meals there as it was a good standard. Overall would highly recommend the hotel and we would love to go back again.

The only thing that could have been improved was there was no iron in the room, I did borrow one from reception but it was a tiny travel iron without an ironing board.

Well prepared, prodessional, exceptionally friendly staff. They will help you no matter what, even if you have the strangest problems or questions (special thanks for Andrea!). The bed was amazingly comfortable with the five pillow. The indoor gym, spa and especially the sauna will allow youbto relax to the next level.

It's rather a nice to have, what to improve category, because I did not saw it on other hotels either: The food choice was llimited due the missing lactose free for yoghurt, icecream, desserts. Smoking areas was not well separated (e.g.: next to the indoor swimming pool door). The room was isolated and quiet despite the closeness to the airport, however in my room the air conditioner thermostat emitted weird electrical noises, it was annoying, woked up due to it.

The location, facilities and staff were all excellent. The hotel is fresh and well decorated. Several pools, both outdoor and indoor, a gym, a cafe/bar and a restaurant make this a perfect place to relax for a few days. Close to the airport and only a half hour bus trip to Palma. A nice beach only a five minutes' walk away, and plenty of restaurants to choose from all around. Visiting off season, we didn't get to enjoy all of the amenities, but those we used were great.

It would be nice to have an electric tea kettle in the room, but we managed either way.

Had to wait ages for our room on arrival - being told “We should have caught a later flight” - not really what you want to hear as a returning customer considering we had already been on the island! Poor communication once tge room was ready - I had to ask 4 times! Finally got a key at 15.27 after being told Checkin was after 14.00 seeing as we arrived at 13.30 and being asked to pay prior to even seeing or being allocated our room - never done that before.

OVER ALL AS A LOCATINO, IT WAS VERY GOOD FOR ME. BUT AS WE ARE STAYING TWO COLLEAGUES IT WAS SMALL FOR TWO PERSON, SPECIALY BATHROOM , WHEN WE TAKING SHOWER WE HAVE TO STAND STREIGHT. AND THERE SHOULD BE AT LEST ONE LITTER WATER BOATTLE FOR PER/PERS/PER/DAY BCZ IT IS NATURAL SOURACE FOR BEAING HUMAN. AND THERE SHOULD BE COMPLIMENTRY KETTLE FOR WARM WATER.

Loved the pools, jacuzzi, spa (included), lap pool, nightly entertainment, amazing breakfast buffet, easy access to rent bikes and bike into Palma, easy access to cute restaurants and beaches nearby, felt very safe

We wish the hours would have been a bit later for the pool, jacuzzi and spa to stay open and that the pools/ jacuzzi was heated a bit more. We didn’t love the extra fees for towels and the safe, it is a bit off putting. The king bed was nice but the room was pretty simple, would have appreciated some drinks in the fridge

The facilities are extensive. My single room was adjacent to other single rooms and was quiet (except for table tennis noise). I liked my balcony with sea view. I love that people can’t reserve pool chairs without being present, because it’s fair to everyone. I enjoyed the spa and the lovely outdoor pools with palm trees. The breakfast was very good (besides the juice and coffee which were so/so).

I wish the Jacuzzi pools and hammam were warmer and the motors on the jets worked better.

Excellent location, very quiet, close to airport and beaches (30 min bus trip to Palma center). Excellent indoor pools and spa. Very good breakfast and dinner (although the options could vary more from day to day). The option to allow to store our luggage and use all hotel facilities for free after check-out (we had a late flight) was very, very nice :) The staff was always 5 stars.

The ventilation in the bathroom could be better (especially in the bathrooms with no window). We expected more entertainment provided at night. Other than that, no negative points.

We loved the spa and adult only.

The laundry service. This is a company out with the hotel that they use so not the actual hotel. They did not take responsibility for dying brand new clothing bought at the airport the day before and tried to make excuses, they did not offer a refund, they agreed to remove the stains that they caused but the item was not looked after and did not come back in good condition. Hotel staff were very kind and tried their best but the laundry have poor customer service and obviously poor skills unfortunately.
