Dear hotel staff! With great love in our hearts, we would like to thank you all for your excellent hospitality. For the pleasant smiles, for the comfort and the best service. We thank the reception, and especially Ms. Eva, who picked out a room for us and took care of our comfort. We would also like to thank the bartenders for their sincere conversations. Especially Timur, who made delicious coffee and super mojitos. Thanks to the Liliana who cleaned our room and always wished us a pleasant stay with a smile. Thanks to the kitchen for such professional and incredible food masterpieces. It was incredible. Thanks to you, we had a perfect vacation! God bless you all!

We stayed for a week, Saturday to Saturday. The staff are wonderful all around. We had an amazing welcome when checking in and the ladies at reception were implacable all throughout. The restaurant staff, from the hostess, to the waiters and the chefs, they were all great, always helpful and on point. We also booked a spa treatment each, which we both enjoyed and had a great experience with. All staff were multilingual, and English & German were widely spoken by multiple people. The food was lovely with plenty of choice each day. Booking the half board was certainly worth it. The lunch restaurant was very well priced, with generous portions and tasty. The hotel itself is in a great location and super close to the beach which we loved. It also has wonderful pool areas and the roof terrace was just lovely. We highly recommend travelling by bus. To and from the airport (which is €5 per adult) and into Palma city as well (which is €2 per adult). The airport bus only takes cash, but the city buses can be paid from contactless card payment. If you do prefer travelling by taxi, please use Uber. We found taxi drivers to be charging for the same trips as Uber drivers, €10-15 more. Overall we had the most amazing stay and cannot wait to be back.

These aren't really things we didn't like. Purely observation. The shower in our room was not very powerful and neither was the hair dryer. But both worked just fine ☺️ The only fresh water station/ dispenser we found was in the gym, which closes as 8pm. If you otherwise want fresh water, you can buy it at a vending machine for €2.50 or in the restaurant for €2.85. The steam room was not working during the time we stayed at the hotel.

The staff were great, really friendly and helpful, there are multiple outside pools and rooftop jacuzzi that were always clean and lots of nice little areas to relax around the pools. The swim-up bar was a great place to hang out and get chatting with other guests. The spa was really excellent and had much better facilities than we were expecting. The location is brilliant, 10 minutes from the airport right near the beach and some bars/ restaurants etc. The food was really nice and we actually had the majority of our meals there as it was a good standard. Overall would highly recommend the hotel and we would love to go back again.

The only thing that could have been improved was there was no iron in the room, I did borrow one from reception but it was a tiny travel iron without an ironing board.

Well worth upgrading to Half Board, staff in restaurant are always Happy & helpful and plenty of choice of what to eat, themed nights each night. Also poolside bar where Angel was always helpful as where the reception staff. Having 2 Pools is great because the one with the swim up bar can get pretty full leaving the other pool free.

Getting a Sunbed can be a chore, too many people putting towels down early then going out for the day and people having to sit on deck chairs because of lack of beds

Close location to beautiful beaches. The breakfast was lovely. The staff excellent. Beds very comfy.

The TV had literally no channels, even Spanish ones. The remote showed Netflix but it wasn't available. The pools were far too warm and with masses of chlorine, stung your eyes. The sea was cooler and more refreshing. The pool bar should stay open a little longer. The hotel photos show the main pool as being so much bigger when in fact it was actually quite small.

Great location, walkable in minutes to a nice small beach and only a minute more to a huge beach. Bus goes into Palma every 10 mins from a stop about 5 min walk away (cash only!). The spa was great - barely anyone there and we went everyday! The outdoor pool area nice - perhaps a bit competitive for sunbeds on the weekend and potentially a more rowdier crowd but was all good fun and no drama! We got upgraded to a seafront room which was lovely treat, and were able to check in early - but appreciate this was a bonus and might not be possible all the time. Staff all really friendly and helpful - especially our housekeeping team member Isabelle who left room spotless everyday and was always accommodating of our timings to clean room when we were out and about. Would def recommend this place and would stay again.

Only slight negative was I enquired about options for having breakfast (which we had paid to include) on the day we checked out for very early flight. Was told couldn’t have a to-go bag but that the restaurant would be available to us in the morning with basic stuff, and gave them a rough time (4.30am - 5am). This was great news so didn’t worry about buying anything in prep. On the day we went to restaurant about 4.40am and it was closed with no one around - so we left without anything. Was a shame but I guess maybe the comms didn’t trickle down! Think a lot of people stay here who have early/late flights given its proximity to airport so would prob be good for them to have plan in place for early departures for those who have breakfast included.

The hotel is very close to the beach, friendly staff, I already miss padrino, Bienvenido⭐️with different dishes every evening and good vibe. Adriana ,Enrique,Tomas, thank you for the best service! Room was clean, sunbeds always available, helpfull reception and the fact that small pets are allowed. Definetly would come back on another occasion.

I did not like that the room was not that soundproof. When people close the doors from the other rooms and move around on the hall, you hear it. And the bed, instead of two twin beds put together, a double bed would have been more welcome.

Returning to a cherished destination evokes a sense of comforting familiarity. The memories made last year intertwine seamlessly with the present experience. It's truly wonderful when a place lives up to expectations and retains its special charm. Such consistency creates a desire to revisit time and again. The prospect of another return trip already fills the air with anticipation.

Nothing worth mentioning, no hotel resrort is perfect, but I would rather not focus on irrelevant small things just to include something in this section.

Beautiful pool areas, terraces and bar area. Really Clean and modern rooms and public areas Quiet and functioning air con. Friendly staff Great breakfast, lots on offer and replenished regularly Close to airport and Palma, but with the advantage of being near the sea front. No 28 Bus only €2 to Palma (€5 on airport bus 28) and just a few minutes walk to the bus stop. Arrived before check in and left after check out - was able to store bags and sunbathe by the pool

Obviously near the airport so flight and road noise but that’s to be expected. Pools freezing and when we went (May) the pool bar wasn’t staffed but not big issues.

The hotel is really close to the airport, to the capital Palma de Mallorca and also just few steps from the tiny beach and sea. Can Pastilla is nice quiet area, so your can relax at night. Hotel was clean, the staff was very helpfull and nice. And the food was really tasty, the choise at breakfast and at the dinner was wide. We can just recommend this hotel for a holiday stay.
