Some of the staffs attitudes getting rushed on our evening meal. Taking the food signs down before we could see what the food was. A good job we didn't have any food allergies. Staff were very much under pressure in the restaurant. Said they were short staffed. Hired 2 towels, which was €30 euros Refunded on return, which was fine. We asked for fresh towels 2 days later, and the charge was €10 each non refundable to change. It's totally ridiculous 🙄

This hotel is in an amazing place. I walked to and from the airport in no time at all. It's very close to the beach, bus stops (2€ to the city), and a cycle route - I hired a cycle for a day for only 8€ and ventured off for 20 miles on it. The rooms were perfect, as were the pools and the public areas. I had breakfast each day, and there was so much variety, which included all food and drinks, buffet style. I used this place as a base to venture further into and around the island. This accommodation will come highly recommended by myself to many others for many reasons. As a solo traveller in my 50s, I felt safe, secure, and welcomed. I will be returning in the future.

Amazing view, especially from the rooftop pool. The cleaning service is also very good, they clean, change towels and make the beds everyday, and I always felt everything was very clean. I also liked they did this before noon, when we would be outside the room, so they never bothered us. For breakfast there is always the same food, and for dinner there is more variety. The food is good. They charge separately water and drinks, for example a bottle of water costs 2,95€. You can get beach towels at the reception, but you have to pay 15€ deposit for each. They gave us the money back at check-out without problem. If you leave very early in the morning you can ask for a little breakfast the day before and they will leave something prepared for you.

The beds, there are two single beds that always separate from eachother and that is not so comfortable.

The location is great. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and places to do excursions. The views from the rooftop are amazing. Beds are comfortable. The rooms are just rooms. Definitely get the sea view with a balcony. We were lucky enough to find street parking two times. But it's a busy area. Not sure how or where the parking for the hotel was. Right outside the hotel is a bike path that runs up and down to different parts of Palma. Great way to get to the city center or down to Les Meravells.

The rooftop bar closed an hour before sunset.

I am unable to provide a review for Hotel Las Arenas as upon arrival at the check-in desk, we were informed there was a problem. They had overbooked & there was no room available! We were taken around the corner to their sister hotel, Nautic..... Check in straight forward, we were upgraded to half board courtesy of the original hotel. The room was basic, comfortable bed, very clean but there was a horrible smell of cigarette smoke, we were unable to swap rooms as it was fully booked! (it did subside after a day or 2) All the staff throughout the hotel were excellent. Breakfast food & dinner were excellent, very good choice. Luggage storage for later flights & facilities to have a shower before leaving with clean towel provided

Very disappointed that this hotel was overbooked & we had to be transferred to the sister hotel, as our original hotel was definitely more modern & the view from our room would have been significantly better. Although I understand mistakes happen!!

The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and brilliant with our 9-month-old. The pools were always nice and clean, and the breakfast was great. The room was also very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The location is superb, right next to the beach with lots of bars, restaurants, and cafes nearby to choose from. The live music in the bar every couple of nights was also enjoyable. The singers were great and they finished by 11 pm, so it wasn't disruptive.

This is only a minor thing that won't matter to everyone, but the gym was in a terrible state; it was barely usable. Most of the machines didn't work.

Near the airport, this was our last spot for one night before going home from Mallorca. Room was clean and seemed like a new one.

The air ventilation system didnt work and it was discomfort. Gym was very very very poor, you can do it better.

The rooftop pool and courtyard pool were excellent. The rooftop pool in particular felt very classy, clean and rather luxury. Wonderful views. Even at high season, it's certainly possible to get a sun lounger. The room was also very nice. Hotel located conveniently, 5-10 minute bus ride to the airport.

There appeared to be live music and entertainment at the adjoining bar each night, and with a beach room which faced all the restaurants etc it meant not being able to sleep until music stopped at about 11 to 11.30pm. The surrounding area (outside and around the hotel) felt a little run-down. The hotel is definitely the best maintained building in the area.

Location was perfect. View wonderful if you have a sea view room. Had a building to the side but still panoramic view and good balcony. Room a bit small for a couple but livable and I was solo in the room so not small fir one person. Breakfast v good- large choice, helpful professional staff and cooks. Didn't try the restaurant which I regret after reading reviews when I left! Upstairs leisure and pool was a great place if you didn't want to go to the beach. Didn't see the music but apparently there is entertainment So close to bus stops for A2 from and to aeroport. 10 mins and 5 euros per person.

Tourists! People can be very pushy at the breakfast buffet when this is totally unnecessary with such a selection and plenty of tables. No water in room - a euro on the bill would recoup lost income for the hotel and visitors would be none the wiser and feel more welcomed. The laminate on floor and cupboards is a bit cheap - probably a false economy for such through put of people.

Lovely hotel by the beach. The rooms were big enough, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Noise isolation was great, our room was facing the street and once you closed the balcony door, it was super silent. The pool at the ground floor only gets sun in the afternoon so we preferred the (more frequented) sun deck on the 7th floor which was lovely. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic! So much choice and fresh products. I would definitely recommend and come back.

Not really something I didn’t like but just a note: The sun deck on the 7th floor is not very big, so there’s a good chance you won’t find a sun bed at peak times. Staff was nice overall, but a little unresponsive/rude at breakfast sometimes when we needed another chair or cutlery.
