It was beautiful. Everything was very clean, and the view of the sea from our room was absolutely stunning. The room was cleaned every day. The rooftop terrace was great, with a bar and a lovely view, as well as an amazing infinity pool overlooking the sea. The breakfast was very good, with a wide selection – definitely something for everyone. The staff was very helpful and always ready to assist right away. There are some fantastic restaurants just around the corner from the hotel, offering top-quality paella and tapas. There are also plenty of shops nearby where you can buy souvenirs. I truly recommend this place from the bottom of my heart – it was an absolutely wonderful holiday at this hotel!

The only thing that bothered me a little was the elevator. It might sound odd, but there are two of them, and however the wait times were really long. Our room was on the 6th floor, and it often took quite a while to get there by elevator. But honestly, that’s just a minor issue – apart from that, I have absolutely nothing to complain about.

Some of the staffs attitudes getting rushed on our evening meal. Taking the food signs down before we could see what the food was. A good job we didn't have any food allergies. Staff were very much under pressure in the restaurant. Said they were short staffed. Hired 2 towels, which was €30 euros Refunded on return, which was fine. We asked for fresh towels 2 days later, and the charge was €10 each non refundable to change. It's totally ridiculous 🙄

Great location, super close to the airport and few steps away from the beach. Hotel was really clean and modern. Good selection of food for breakfast. Rooftop area was amazing with great views! Great cocktails. Comfy beds. Overall really nice, would definitely stay there again.

Couldn’t check in until gone 3pm (check in 2pm) - wasn’t given any indication when my room would be ready, had to go back to reception and check multiple times. Some kind of gesture of good will would have been nice while I was sat waiting. Insulation not the best, could hear planes taking off in the morning and bin lorries outside at 5am - not ideal for light sleepers.

This hotel is in an amazing place. I walked to and from the airport in no time at all. It's very close to the beach, bus stops (2€ to the city), and a cycle route - I hired a cycle for a day for only 8€ and ventured off for 20 miles on it. The rooms were perfect, as were the pools and the public areas. I had breakfast each day, and there was so much variety, which included all food and drinks, buffet style. I used this place as a base to venture further into and around the island. This accommodation will come highly recommended by myself to many others for many reasons. As a solo traveller in my 50s, I felt safe, secure, and welcomed. I will be returning in the future.

Amazing view, especially from the rooftop pool. The cleaning service is also very good, they clean, change towels and make the beds everyday, and I always felt everything was very clean. I also liked they did this before noon, when we would be outside the room, so they never bothered us. For breakfast there is always the same food, and for dinner there is more variety. The food is good. They charge separately water and drinks, for example a bottle of water costs 2,95€. You can get beach towels at the reception, but you have to pay 15€ deposit for each. They gave us the money back at check-out without problem. If you leave very early in the morning you can ask for a little breakfast the day before and they will leave something prepared for you.

The beds, there are two single beds that always separate from eachother and that is not so comfortable.

Beautiful location. Very clean room. We had a view on the marina from the side of the hotel. Great breakfast lots of choice . Staff very friendly and helpful. We had our flight at 9 pm we stayed until 12 pm in our room and put our bags to the locker plus we can use showers downstairs and they provided us with towels . Amazing service. We are definitely will be back .

Maybe it is so close to the airport so you will have a noise from the planes all day long. But nothing the hotel can do about this.

Although on business it’s a great location for wandering along the promenade and visiting bars and restaurants. Rooms were modern, comfortable and clean. Didn’t get to use the gym or pool. The bar is outdoors and they had an excellent singer for entertainment.

I didn’t enjoy the breakfast. The juice was from a concentrate that was too strong and artificial. The coffee was meh. The pastries weren’t crisp, a bit chewy. Fruit salad was good.

The location is great. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and places to do excursions. The views from the rooftop are amazing. Beds are comfortable. The rooms are just rooms. Definitely get the sea view with a balcony. We were lucky enough to find street parking two times. But it's a busy area. Not sure how or where the parking for the hotel was. Right outside the hotel is a bike path that runs up and down to different parts of Palma. Great way to get to the city center or down to Les Meravells.

The rooftop bar closed an hour before sunset.

I am unable to provide a review for Hotel Las Arenas as upon arrival at the check-in desk, we were informed there was a problem. They had overbooked & there was no room available! We were taken around the corner to their sister hotel, Nautic..... Check in straight forward, we were upgraded to half board courtesy of the original hotel. The room was basic, comfortable bed, very clean but there was a horrible smell of cigarette smoke, we were unable to swap rooms as it was fully booked! (it did subside after a day or 2) All the staff throughout the hotel were excellent. Breakfast food & dinner were excellent, very good choice. Luggage storage for later flights & facilities to have a shower before leaving with clean towel provided

Very disappointed that this hotel was overbooked & we had to be transferred to the sister hotel, as our original hotel was definitely more modern & the view from our room would have been significantly better. Although I understand mistakes happen!!

The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and brilliant with our 9-month-old. The pools were always nice and clean, and the breakfast was great. The room was also very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The location is superb, right next to the beach with lots of bars, restaurants, and cafes nearby to choose from. The live music in the bar every couple of nights was also enjoyable. The singers were great and they finished by 11 pm, so it wasn't disruptive.

This is only a minor thing that won't matter to everyone, but the gym was in a terrible state; it was barely usable. Most of the machines didn't work.
