The photos really don’t do justice to the fantastic location and amazing renovation of the property. It’s difficult to put into words how special this hotel is. We were picked up from the airport with chilled water and nuts from the hotel, a good indication of what was to come. On arrival we were given drinks and a thorough tour. The hotel interiors are put together very well with lots of areas which make you feel like you are staying in a very exclusive property. Even when full it wouldn’t feel busy. Lots of Sun loungers, terraces, relaxation spaces, and fabulous pool. The views are amazing, after a three night stay you really don’t not want to leave! There are lots of special touches that add to the experience and are included in the nightly rate; complimentary in room mini bar, water by the pool, little chef mini delights around the pool, shuttle service to local restaurants and villages, organised activities such as yoga, hiking and biking. On the final evening we also attended an excellent complimentary wine tasting. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and were very friendly and helpful across the whole building. The food is also excellent.

Nothing negative to say!

The location of the hotel and the attention to detail that they had put into it was absolutely incredible. The staff that worked there were extremely friendly and accommodating to every request we had. It was really good.

I think when we had arrived at Son Bunyola, they had just brought in a new system where there was buttons around the resort that you could press and get the attention of someone when you were looking to order. We found that there was a few of these that didn't work. We didn't mind going up and ordering ourselves, but it was frustrating to wait around for someone to arrive only to realise the button didn't work.

Couldn’t have had a better time at the Son Bunyola. Let me start with the property- it’s stunning. Pictures do not do it justice. Every time I caught the view it took my breathe away. Plus, the hotel was very tastefully decorated, beautiful all around. Also, tons to do on the property! Beautiful walks/hikes, volleyball, tennis, ping pong, chess The staff is also outstanding. They couldn’t do enough for us throughout our stay. Shoutout to the chefs Brenda and Jerome for accommodating our special diets and for Pao and Javir for being awesome

This resort was the full package. The beautiful renovated manor house was meticulously redone and felt like a castle. Mm. We went with least expensive room, which was huge and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, but the best part was the service and the staff. Everyone was friendly and personal. They’re extremely helpful. The restaurant at night was also Wonderful with exceptional service. The views from the property are outstanding. I felt very spoiled staying here. I hope to return

Truly exceptional hotel in all the means. Great staff mastering the customer relations, delicious cuisine, beautiful garden with heated pools and amazing surroundings and view at mountains and sea. Place with divine energy where one come for few days and has the feeling to stay forever. As my husband said, this hotel will be always fully booked in the future when people realize the value of staying there. We have traveled Mallorca staying in several other 5* hotels, but there is no other place like Finca Son Bunyola.

If there was something, it was very minor and the staff solved it immediately.

I rarely leave reviews for hotels, but this one truly deserves the exception. An extraordinary experience from start to finish — every detail executed to absolute perfection. The cuisine was nothing short of divine, the views utterly breathtaking, and the service exemplified warmth and professionalism in equal measure. A masterclass in hospitality. Unbelieve location! The property is absolutely fantastic, one of the most beautiful places we've stayed. The food was delicious

Service could've been better especially more attentive at the pool and multiple people to complete requests. The Bedding (bed & pillows) were extremely uncomfortable (bed & pillows) especially for how much the per night cost is.

Wow this place is heaven on earth! A perfect stay and one of the best we have ever stayed at! Incredible accommodation, food, service! 100% recommend!!

Gym is very small Location is perfect if you don’t want to leave and given the hotel I don’t think you would want to! but is a bit tricky if you want to get out and about especially without a car.

The property is outstanding, the atmosphere is very calm and peaceful, with stunning views, the food is great, but the staff are amazing, so friendly and attentive, it was a truly memorable stay.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Everything was incredible. The staff, the location, the attention to small details. Really impressive property. Hikes, access to a secluded beach. Tennis court.

We felt like the food could still improve a little bit. Wasn't bad, but could just be a tiny bit better. Gym was also very small.
