The hotel is a small boutique hotel with wonderful ambiance. It is an old house with wooden beams on the ceiling - charmimg place. The view from our room was spectacular for the sunsets. The staff is very friendly. Banyalbufar is a calm village/small town where we could relax from the crowds. The breakfast place has a spectacular view on the sea. The coffee is great. It is a good base for exploring the West Coast of the island.

The breakfast is very limited and the buffet is not replenished on a regular basis. Parking a car is a challenge as there is only one small car park near the hotel with approximately 14 parking lots used also by the people coming to the beach. Some of the cars looked like local cars as they were standind there all the time without moving at all. Other car parks (2 more) are also quite small and are paid 8:00-20:00 2 EUR/hour with maximum of 10 EUR that you could pay in one go. The beach in Banyalbufar was disappointing for us. We went there just once. It is rocky with big stones, very narrow. The water is clean.

Beautiful place and nice views. Very homey place that makes you feel so comfortable. Breakfast was delicious in the morning and the terrace to eat on was so picturesque

Nothing too bad at all, you could hear movement and talking in other rooms through the walls/door and also the mattress was very firm, and the pillows were not very comfortable so I had average sleep. This could be just personal preference though.

Breakfast was good always fresh fruit , and good coffee . Staff very pleasant , very peaceful location and great to be able to book in for dinner at short notice .

Tea and coffee making was available in the public area but not in the room , would have preferred a kettle in the room . Very steep walk down to little rocky cove , but having said that thats why the place is so peaceful .

Breakfast was delicious! More than anything though… it was the staff. Lucia went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and answered all our questions. This was my best boutique hotel experience in a very long time.

Town is small, so you have to be excited about that. Like very small and with some GREAT restaurants and not much else.

What a treat this place is! The hotel is typically Mallorquin in decor, extremely comfortable and very welcoming. I stayed for three nights and was looked after very well. I ate there twice in the evenings, too, as the food was unfussy and the terrace was a lovely place to be.

Amazing cute hotel, if you want to have a peaceful and relaxed vacation, amazing views and just breathtaking beach in the rock, loved our stay there.

3 parking places at the Banyalbufar, but it is hard to find a parking place. Hotel has none.

A sweet little hotel, lovingly looked after. The team is really great and tries to fulfil all wishes. At the weekend I had to leave well before breakfast time due to a sporting event, but everything I wanted was provided in the fridge. Thank you once again, Team Paula!

Set in the centre of Banyalbufar it makes it an easy walk to every part of the village. Staff are friendly and helpful and speak English very well. Breakfast is excellent and evening meals (extra) are reasonable value. Two free parking lots nearby were busy but we always got a spot.

Facilities in the room were a bit basic for the price, but we loved our stay, and would recommend it to anyone.

Ca Mado Paula was beyond stellar. Gorgeous property with spectacular Mediterranean views. And the staff were beyond exceptional. Such warmth, generosity, and kindness. Wish we could have stayed longer!!
