Our stay here was nothing short of magical. This hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of Valldemossa, with the most stunning views over the village and surrounding mountains – honestly, it feels like stepping into a dream. The style and interior design are beautiful – warm, tasteful, and perfectly in tune with the charm of the village. Every corner feels thoughtfully curated, with a cozy, elegant atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the incredible hospitality. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, but the owner went above and beyond in a way we’ll never forget. One evening, we had a reservation at a nearby restaurant, but our taxi didn’t show up. Without hesitation, the owner personally drove us there in his own car just to make sure we wouldn’t miss our reservation. That level of care and dedication is something you just don’t find often. The bar is a total gem – stylish and relaxed, with a perfect view for enjoying a drink. It quickly became our favorite spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Between the perfect location, the gorgeous views, the thoughtful design, and the truly exceptional service, this hotel is an absolute standout. One of the best experiences we’ve ever had – a solid 10/10. We’re already planning our return!

The hotel’s design was a perfect blend of Mallorcan charm and modern elegance, with beautifully restored stone walls, cozy furnishings, immaculate rooms, plush bedding, stunning views, and an ambiance that felt like a warm embrace. The owner’s commitment to creating an inspiring and caring experience, including accommodating special requests and sharing local history, elevated the stay to one of the best I’ve ever had.

Location - exactly old town The hotel garden was nice The breakfast was good too, especially because of the view.

Bad AC - It was warm in the room, not really useful AC (old type one), so it was pretty warm in the night. Bathroom issue - At a moment we had some flooding from the bathroom, the water came to our room. Parking - On the booking it's written - parking on premises, there is no parking allowed around the hotel, because it's just for residents. Tourists have to park outside the old town, about 7-10 minutes walking. We had no problem with that, but would be good to know in advance.

Totally renovated hotel by new brother-sister ownership team opened February 2025 only 30 days but already service was flawless. Very pretty, contemporary finishes throughout. High end fixtures and furniture. Strong wifi. Solid Cell signal too. Breakfast was extensive, custom made eggs, coffees and all the other buffet items one could want. Large patio with breathtaking view of the valley is available for dining or drinks. It was inviting but early March weather was just too cold and windy for our enjoyment. Our room was one of two with a patio which was about 20x20 feet and nicely furnished to enjoy the great panorama across the village, and the farms down the valley. We drove but bus service to Palma seems to be very regular and convenient. One rainy day sent us looking for sun across the island and that was just an hour's drive on well maintained roads (lots of serious bikers. NB: Spanish drivers obey speed limits, we didn't see any speeding. The hotel is centrally located in the village but still quiet and unaffected by tour groups. It is a tourist town but it retains its charm and beauty. Great restaurants and bakeries too. Hotel had an elevator but we didn't need it. Staff was friendly and fluent in English. Owners were working on-site everyday. Very engaging and experienced having received their early hotel training in Spain, Mexico and the Caribbean. Their professionalism shows in every aspect of the hotel design, amenities and daily operations.

Driving access is available just drive down to the main entrance and unload. This street will appear to be pedestrian only but vehicles are permitted. Drive slowly. Unload, check-in and then move your car to the municipal "residents only" parking lot 200 yards away off the town's main entrance route. Windshield pass required. Parking is free. The car park is wlll lit and seems quite safe though it is unguarded.

The view is so lovely, it was breathtaking when we arrived. We were welcomed by very lovely and accommodating staff. The beds and bedding were so comfortable and really felt like a comfortable stay.

The room was rather noisy. We could hear them prepping breakfast and banging around everywhere. I wear earplugs anyway so it wasnt a huge issue for me but I imagine it would get annoying, given the price.

The staff was superb, the accommodations were great, excellent food and drink, and my only regret was that we weren’t staying a few more days. On a scale of 1 - 10, I would give it a 12! They went the extra mile anytime we needed help. If you were looking for something that is absolutely delightful, intimate, with an excellent team and a great room, this is the place!

The only thing that could’ve been better is if we had stayed a few more days.

Our stay at Es Petit Hotel de Valldemossa was wonderful! After some busy travel, it was the perfect opportunity to rest in this beautiful oasis. Our room was great, but the best part was the terrece with the amazing view of the countryside and a beautiful church. The location was perfect! you walked out to wonderful cafe's and shops. The breakfast was very good as well as the service. The owners are very friendly and accomodating. This was an experience of a lifetime. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is inside the nice town of Valldemossa. It’s a modern, well renovated hotel that offers great views from the terrace. Breakfast is served in the main room with a good variety of fresh products.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, it was really hot during the night.

Fabulous views & central location. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The taxi managed to get right outside the door even though the streets seem too narrow & packed with pedestrians. Great coffee at breakfast.

Only one set of keys, which would not normally be a problem but the main door had to be locked at all times. Meaning going out individually had to be thought out. Otherwise this is a superb property.

The hotel is spectacular - from the interior design, to the location, this hotel blew us out of the water. The staff is kind, considerate and very friendly! The hotel is located in a beautiful part of Valldemossa, making it easy to walk and explore the charming town.
