Absolutely loved the location, absolutely beautiful views. Lovely pool & gardens to relax in. Really friendly, helpful staff. The free shuttle bus service to the private bay was such a treat also. We absolutely loved our stay and wish to return some day.

The Only slight negative I could say, was that the soundproofing isn’t great, and could often hear other guests however we still slept ok & didn’t spoil our stay at all. I would happily stay there again.

The setting of this hotel within this world heritage site, is breathtaking. The different levels of the gardens and pool area and the planting/landscaping is stunning. The breakfast was superb as was the breakfast patio with its views. The staff were very attentive and efficient, if a little formal at times. The pool area and bar are fantastic. Its position on the edge of town, is great. We had dinner in the restaraunt once but for the price, i was a little disappointed however, the kids enjoyed theirs and again the setting was lovely. We didnt use the beach bus or room service but its nice to have. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and I wish we'd stayed longer, we found it quite special.

Dinner at the restaraunt was a little underwhelming although the service was great. The reception area could do with updating. The room was a little plain but a good size. Not much else, we thought it was fabulous.

Beautiful gardens with a variety of spots to read, rest & enjoy the weather. Pool was warm & clean with good drinks service & lots of opportunity for sun or shade. The room was always exceptionally clean, well-maintained & if there were any issues, these were managed immediately. The bed & pillow options were very comfortable! The views from our balcony, overlooking the mountains, were beautiful & we made good use of the balcony & room service - which was also reasonably priced & tasty! Breakfast offers a wide range of choice & the staff were all friendly & helpful.

Signage to various areas in the hotel were lacking at points. Took us until the last day to locate the gym!

We had a lovely 3 night stay in Deià for our mini moon. Location was perfect and pool and gardens were excellent. Staff helpful and friendly, very kindly given a chilled bottle of cava in our room on arrival which was a lovely welcome. Breakfast each morning was great, super selection and we were spoilt for choice!

We stayed in the Annex which is in a separate building to the main hotel and is accessible by a number of steps. Not an issue for us as we are fit and active but worth requesting a different room if you are less mobile. Also our room wasn’t cleaned the day before check out - not a deal breaker but our bin was very full and someone had been in the room to check and top up the mini bar(!!) but didn’t empty our bin! Not a major issue but again other hotels I have stayed in have been cleaned every day without us asking. Overall though fab hotel and would recommend it to others!

This was our second time staying at Es Moli and we’re already planning to make it a yearly tradition. The rooms are spacious with super comfortable beds and lovely terraces. The pool area is absolutely stunning, with incredible views that never get old. We really enjoyed the lunch restaurant by the pool and the breakfast was excellent – fresh, generous, and served in a beautiful setting. The whole place has a peaceful, relaxing vibe, and after spending a busy week in a large villa with extended family, it was the perfect place to unwind. Plus, it’s just a short and easy walk into Deia town for dinner, which makes evenings really enjoyable.

On a previous visit, we tried the hotel’s dinner restaurants and found the food quality quite poor – and the atmosphere was very quiet and dull. It honestly felt better to head into town for dinner, which isn’t a big deal since it’s so close. The only other small thing was the lack of an iron in the room, which would have been helpful.

The room was large with a terrace on the first floor. It was one of the older rooms but had an excellent bathroom and lots of room for clothes. We did not eat lunch or dinner at the hotel as there are so many places locally with excellent offerings. Breakfast was very good however and we sat on the terrace, or inside when it was wet. The pool area was lovely after a day's walking - slightly short of sunbeds around the pool but the beautiful gardens had plenty on offer - and with a bit more privacy. We hope to return.

Location is second to none, the pool area is gorgeous! Never had an issue with sunbeds considering it’s on the smaller side (but we came in May) They were very helpful with our baby and organising car seats and taxis. One evening they actually picked us up as our taxi had cancelled!

Some of the staff were very rude - especially at dinner. Found hairs in a lot of the food. Don’t think the cleaners were amazing either - room didn’t ever feel properly refreshed.

It's an incredible setting and a gardens are immaculately kept. The breakfast is good and in general the hotel is excellent value for money. The staff were lovely, especially the guy that was serving us drinks by the pool. Sadly, I can't remember his name, but he was absolutely incredible.

The room was a little dated but absolutely fine. The only thing we didn't like was the evening meal that we had which was the buffet night on Thursday.

Fantastic front of house staff with Junior and David. Sensational grounds, gardens, pool and facilities with amazing mountain views.

The food was very disappointing with breakfasts although extensive was offering cold food (meant to be hot). The expensive buffet on Thursdays is a total ripoff. At US$50 per person the offering was not anywhere near what a 4 star hotel should offer. The shrimps were inedible as they had been frozen and defrosted a number of times. Dangerous practice. The wait staff were not interested in filling glasses or asking if everything was OK? Very underwhelming dinner for our final night.

Swimming pool, swimming cove by the sea. Friendly staff, location good food, wine. 3rd time in 22 years and will go back. Ask for a white wine Sangria rather than the advertised red. Much nicer in my mind

Room 306 had a piano stood right outside in the passage way, so drunk or inquisitive people would open and try and play it. One night at around midnight a large group decided to have a karaoke session on it. The shower mixer control is very delicate to get the temperature right. Otherwise no complaints
