Incredible location on beachfront. Tram is 10 mins away by walking Excellent staff with great attention to detail Private car park which made it very convenient Excellent view Amazing cleanliness Pictures attached are from our last day of the stay (so it is a little messy due to our clothes) but it was such a beautiful hotel. Elevator available.

Aircon was a little weak but still worked Morning breakfast was limited, noticed also that there was a jug of milk that was supposed to be cold but it was warm & did not taste right. (Would recommend refrigerating the milk appropriately and not just leaving it out for the entire morning as it can cause health issues.) There was a separate jug for warm milk besides the supposedly cold milk; so I was quite aware that the jug I took was supposed to be cold. It ended up giving me an upset tummy unfortunately.

The location is great. Friendly little hotel. Very clean....it's lovely

I think the breakfast could do with a little uplift, it's a bit samey samey if you're staying for a week. Omelettes, maybe? Sausages even? The beds were extremely uncomfortable, mine resembled a shallow hammock....no support at all, and I got out of bed in the mornings like an old lady, my back physically hurt! By day five, it was having an impact on my holiday as I just wasn't sleeping, which was a shame

Everything, location was perfect, on the beachfront, easy access to mountain hikes, supermarket and restaurants close by, though we didn’t use them, we ate in the hotel restaurant on our first night and it was so good we didn’t bother trying to go anywhere else. We dined there for our 5 nights and each meal was delicious. The buffet breakfast was also a great start to our days. The staff were all fantastic, multi lingual and very friendly and helpful. Our room was amazing, gorgeous views and the bathroom was hugh with a jacuzzi bath which was an unexpected treat. We would highly recommend this hotel. It had a lovely ambiance and it was the highlight of our holiday.

Room v nice but at back of hotel so no sea view. Staff very pleasant. Secure parking available( at 12 Euros). Situation around Bay excellent- beach across road and main esplanade inches away from front door. Good breakfast.

Woken up each night by loud machinery noises. Looked outside bathroom window where a lot of pipework situated- some may have been from larger hotel next door? Smell of sewage so perhaps all the pipes led to room below for treatment? maceration?Reported this the second morning to reception staff who was apologetic.

This is a quality small family owned and run hotel, and it shows. All the staff were excellent, the restaursnt food was really good, although the breakfast was a little limited. Location so close to the front and the beach was fantastic, with the added benefit of a small car park at the rear. Many hotels don't have this facility and parking in the area is challenging to say the least. A great place overall.

Staying only five days! We will be back

The hotel is located on a quiet part of the bay, which is good during the night. It was still possible to reach the more lively areas with a few hundred meters walk. The hotel room was very clean and the bed good and cosy. At breakfast I liked the possibility to create your on fresh orange juice with the available juicer. I also enjoyed the private parking provided by the hotel.

During breakfast more typical local food could be served.

The location is amazing, it’s in Port de Soller but still quite calm, most of the tourists are more on the other side of the little gulf and this is wonderful. We had the room 307 with a stunning sea view, the room was big, with a nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Great service and kind staff, Armando is the best. Different amenities such as the sauna and the sea towel you can get for free. Moreover, you can have a car park for 12€ per day and it’s worth it.

Breakfast is abundant but mostly salty, probably to follow the taste of German / British tourists.

Lovely Hotel. Great location in the quieter part of town. Very friendly, great breakfast and superb restaurant. Room was small but comfortable with nice little balcony. Lady on Reception together with Gentleman running the restaurant were exceptional.

Housekeeping during our stay could have been more thorough

Lovely location on the sea front, had a sunny side sea view bedroom with small balcony, it was light and airy and a comfortable large bed, kettle provided and shower room. Breakfast was good with choice of cooked, ham, cheeses, fruit etc, only scrambled eggs available. Preferred staying here than Soller, more choice of good restaurants and reasonably priced and would return again.

A bottle of water in bedroom would be appreciated on arrival, also tissue hankies just little things. Found the dispenser for the soap in bathroom difficult to squeeze especially if you have problems with hands.
