Location is excellent - the views of the bay are exquisite, and there is a nice short hike to a cool viewpoint with a lighthouse. The room was great and the breakfast was delicious - highly recommend the shakshuka that you can order on the side. The staff were kind of a mixed bag. On the one hand we had a very customer-service oriented manager who made sure our stay was great. On the ohter hand, we had someone at the front desk who messed up the room number when checking us in (although she did feel bad and gave us a free bottle of cava when we had to move) and another person who initially charged our fees to the wrong room and was then trying to tell us that we told them the wrong number, which was completely false. She ultimately admitted it was her fault but the initial lack of customer orientation was annoying.

The room service sometimes did not replace our towels. Also, they did not replenish the coffee pods in our Nespresso -- not sure if it was the hotel policy, but it would have been great to have some more coffee every day like we did in our other hotels in Sevilla and Barcelona. There are also 2 elevators you have to take to get to the higher leves (4-6). Not a huge deal, but it is a bit confusing switching hotels every day. The facilties also seemed to have some issues - at some point the spa saunas broke down (some electrical issue) and another day the hot water basically stopped running after 10 minutes - which was fortunately sufficient for us to finish our showers, but it was weird.

We had such an amazing stay! The staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable about the local area, which made exploring so much easier. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality options. Our room was perfect; a comfy bed, spacious bathroom with a great shower, and a TV with streaming services. I would highly recommend a room with a sea view, stunning scenes to wake up too. The pool area was always spotless, and the hotel’s location in a quieter part of the port was ideal for relaxing while still being close to everything. My girlfriend and I can't wait to come back!

We loved everything about this hotel… It was the best hotel we have stayed in for a number of reasons. The rooms were spacious and clean, the view from the room was spectacular, the breakfast was extremely tasty (a selection of cold foods as well as being able to order really delicious hot food as well). The pool area is spotless and is a sun trap. The massages were beautiful and the spa area is also spotless. The staff were always very attentive, welcoming and friendly. It was easy to get to (we got a bus from Palma) and easy to catch the tram to the beautiful towns of Soller/Fornalutx. This hotel delivered in every aspect and completely exceeded our expectations - they have thought of everything to make your stay there absolutely perfect! Couldn’t recommend this hotel and the location more

A kettle in the rooms would have been good

Our room was on the fifth floor, overlooking the pool & terrace, with a picturesque view over the bay, and Soller beyond. The hotel was virtually brand new, when we stayed, so everything was practically spotless. The breakfasts were delicious, with a good choice of hot egg dishes, and a wide range of breads, pastries, fruit, cheeses, etc. (which were constantly replenished). The complimentary spa was a hidden gem, which is available to book by the hour, for private use. There's a steam room, sauna and small pool with water fountains and whirlpools. The bed was so comfortable. All the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The outside terracing has ample sunbeds and parasols. Breakfast is served until 11am, giving plenty of time for an early morning swim from the beach, just 200 metres down the road.

Can't think of anything.

The staff members were nice and friendly, the hotel is beautifully and modern decorated in Japandi style. The rooms are comfortable and we had one with a chic sea view. The breakfast has a rich variety of options, lots of cold cuts and fresh fruits, and good coffee as well. They also have a nice pool deck with comfortable sunloungers on the roof top where you enjoy the best view on the bay of Soller. The beach is public but comfortable overall. Grilled Octopus at Es Reco is a must try for lunch, right atvtge beach and reasonably priced.

It might get a bit problematic to find a parking spot next to the hotel, however we usually were lucky.

We spent our babymoon at Salino Port de Soller, and it was the perfect location for this special holiday. Our room was super comfortable with an amazing view, and we loved relaxing at the pool and sun terrace area. The staff was very accommodating and found a quick solution for all issues that came up. Oh and breakfast was amazing!

Housekeeping did not always do a throrough job, we had to remind them to refill shower gel twice, and one day when we asked for 5 minutes to leave the room before cleaning, they never came back and left the room uncleaned.

Room was superb with a fantastic balcony that overlooked the entire beach of Port de Soller. Room was beautifully finished, bathroom and shower were really excellent. The view from the pool deck was even better and there were abundant beds at this time of year. Buffet breakfast was lovely with a hot option aswell as the usual fruits, cheeses, meats, breads and cakes. Very helpful and attentive staff. We also booked a taxi transfer to and from Palma airport through the hotel and that worked very well and was the most economical option we found. Would highly recommend this place.

Nothing at all

Amazing hotel Great location , Stunning views Very clean and impressive decor Food exceptional

Expected staff to be more informative upon arrival. Also, no hotel information in the rooms. I would expect a welcome pack explaining the hotels amenities when paying €760 for 2 nights. The hotel aesthetic was amazing, the hotel is impressive, with lovely decor! However, I feel that the hotel could slightly improve on its hospitality, by ensuring staff are well trained in providing an exceptional flawless service, to 'match' this amazing 4* hotel!

Nice quiet location but still in the midst of everything. Super breakfasts really excellent and plenty for my vegan daughter to choose from. Very friendly staff particularly on reception and breakfast and pool bar staff.

Everything done beautifully ....would have liked kettle option in room not just coffee. I think for the price water should have been provided free of charge round pool and in the room. Body lotion not provided in bathroom which was a shame as shower gel was lovely.

- Breakfast selection was great. - Room was very comfortable and stylish - Staff were friendly and accommodating - Spa was easy to access and a lovely added extra

- Soundproofing in rooms could be better. - Housekeeping service a bit sloppy (forgetting to provide new towels where taken away, not topping up coffee pods or water) - Service in restaurant a little slow and muddled (wrong orders, lengthy delays to get cooked food at breakfast). - 2 singles pushed together rather than a double bed a bit disappointing
