The food was exceptional. Breakfast had everything and more, and the evening meals were something we looked forward to all day. A real highlight!! (Waiting staff were so lovely... thanks Daniel and team) The views from the restaurant terrace...stunning!!!!!😍❤️ Loved the smell of the hotel (bought a bottle to bring home 🤪) Pool area was so peaceful. A real haven to enjoy the sun. God love the lifeguard as he must have been so bored, but he was very diligent nonetheless!

As others have mentioned, the room got really warm through the night. I can only imagine the hotel is trying to save energy, but waking up sweaty through the night wasn't very nice.

Fabulous hotel, we were greeted with very friendly reception staff on our arrival - all the staff at this hotel were very cheerful and helpful during our stay. It was extremely clean, with amazing views from restaurant and balcony in our room. Great choices for breakfast and never felt rushed like some hotels special. Special mention to the lovely girl behind reception and also the lady behind the bar who was so knowledgeable about the drinks and served an amazing espresso Martini! Really nice decor and relaxed vibe and gorgeous spa like aroma as you walk in. Only negative was air conditioning wasn't working in our room during our stay so very hot some nights as was too windy to open balcony door. Other than that, a very relaxing & enjoyable stay -will def come again and thoroughly recommend!

Very nice place, good location, nice staff and very generous breakfast. Great property over all. I had one issue with the room. I booked sea view and received a room where the mountain was viewed from the room, and to see the sea, I had to step outside and stand on the balcony. The manager said this is normal. They said some sea view rooms can see the sea from their beds, others you need to stand on the balcony. This was not stated in the description in booking.com. and the photos are deceiving. They moved us to another room for our second night and gave us free drinks at the bar. I am still disappointed though!

Lovely location in the quiet end of the port with beautiful view and outdoor balcony area to sit and have drinks/ breakfast. Staff exceptionally friendly that were serving at breakfast and bar all week. Had an excellent strong massage with Estefania who was amazing. We enjoyed the drinks from the bar and the relaxing pool area. Also loved the hotel fragrance inside the entrance!

Our room was very dark and small (114) and the A/C wasn’t working (too hot to sleep) which we flagged but unfortunately was never followed up by staff. After asking again, we got moved to another brighter room on our 4th day where the AC was much much colder! More variety at breakfast would also have been nice. Spa prices quite expensive compared to other hotels.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was brilliant. The hotel was fantastically positioned and had a brilliant restaurant overlooking the bay. It was a beautiful place to have breakfast in the morning with the sun coming up over the town. The hotel didn’t have parking but was positioned at the quieter end of the bay so there was street parking on the street behind the hotel. The pool had a fantastic view over the hotel and bay.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, however they were quite small. If you can afford it I think spending the extra for the beach facing rooms would be worth it.

Beautiful hotel - clean, comfortable, wonderfully located and with a spectacular view. Staff were friendly. I used the gym which was handy, the bar and restaurant looked clean and enticing and we would like to have tried it, but there are so many lovely food and drink options nearby. The bed was really comfortable, the shower was excellent and the view was spectacular.

It wasn't cheap. You expect to pay a premium for that view and in that location in July, but nearly €400 a night certainly blows a hole in your budget!

Fantastic hotel. Very friendly staff. High end fitted and very clean. Nice restaurant, very tasty breakfast and great view over the length of the bay and beach. Very nice pool overlooking the area. Hotel is practically directly located at the beach, with interesting restaurants and bars on short walking distance. We were upgraded to a room with sea view, overlooking the bay. Totally great and very chill to relax. Very comfy balcony chairs. Very good bed and very spacious room.

There is nothing I recall as something we did not like. All was from very good to superb.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, pristine, the room was small but clean and modern and the pool area was stunning. The views from the restaurant were gorgeous. The location is beautiful at the end of the port so you can walk around with ease. But the main attraction was the staff, they were so smiley and could not do enough for you.

Only a very very small comment which is that the hairdryer is quite difficult to use and hurts your hand so recommend bringing your own :-)

the pool is open to people is not hotel client , by a pass day , and for this reason there aren’t sun beds available and the pool is totally full , and also the pool is not safe , they don’t should do this.

Lovely view from the hotel in a quieter area of the bay. The staff were all friendly and when we checked in very late we were given a small room at the side of the hotel with a view of the mountain and a tiny side view of the beach. The room was very small with barely any space for our suitcases with a small bed. Not quite what we had booked and a bit misleading when booking a Seaview room! We were kindly relocated after one night to another room at the front with a bigger bed, more space and 2 wardrobes... not sure how these two rooms are classed as the same price by the hotel but they are so be careful!

The pool area is nice but not that many beds. It looks like the hotel offer a day pass for non residents which is annoying for paying guests so we always had to go down to the beach and pay for sunbeds.
