The relaxed and friendly vibe. Stunning boho/retro interior design throughout the hotel, everything was carefully considered. Lovely little touches in room, eg. sun cream, water bottles, beach towels and bag and more, all free to use whilst staying there. Spectacular views from our balcony and restaurant. Incredible breakfasts. Lovely food and drinks from pool bar.

The steps to and from the hotel are a bit of a challenge, not for the feint hearted! No hand rail either. Our room (although lovely) could’ve benefited from a small vanity unit and chair and more hangers. Sun-bed wars - thought this was a thing of the past. Even though the hotel kindly ask guests not to reserve sun-beds, it’s still happening. This all needs rethinking.

Great views lovely ambiance a mix of boohoo chic and boutique. Pool area fan and pool fab. Breakfast excellent. Views are fab.

To many pots hanging from ceilings in the buffet banging heads ducking and diving !! The rugs get rid off they all scrunched up dust collectors awful. I know they trying to create that Moroccan cosy vibe but it’s 37 degrees get rid of them. Tripping over them in bigger and dust in the bedroom. Food is not great selection wise at pool and also dinner . Very very expensive. You can’t just rock up for dinner or order room service. Dinner must be booked weeks in advance. Breakfast is nice though.

The hotel has an incredibly relaxed vibe and is in a fantastic position overlooking both the port and the mountains. The standard room was a little smaller than we prefer so we upgraded to a suite, which was excellent. The breakfast is the best that we have had anywhere, with pretty much anything you could think of available. Every member of staff was delightful, especially Anna, Angelique and Ben, who went out of their way to make our stay extra special. The decor throughout the hotel and in the rooms is stunning, gives a very boho vibe. The views from the balcony in the rooms are breathtaking. Facilities are clean and well looked after. Pool area is beautiful. The food at the pool bar AND the restaurant is top quality and really delicious. I love the free yoga sessions offered too! Reception always on hand to help with any queries, booking taxis etc. It was my second time staying here and I would stay again and again! ❤️

Only a few very small things to mention here: the pillows are a bit flat but we asked for extra and these were provided to us straight away. Might be just me for this one, but I didn’t like that there was no way to turn the balcony light off manually. The light goes off automatically when the restaurant/ bar area closes, but if you wanted an early night before that the curtains don’t quite block all the light out so it’s a bit annoying.

Lovely relaxing fun vibe throughout the hotel, everything looks very new and to a high standard. Location is absolutely stunning, the views from the room, pool and restaurant are phenomenal- 100% recommend booking a room with a sea view! Breakfast was delicious, lots of fresh choice and staff very attentive. Every table has that amazing view too. We also ate in NENI one evening which was delicious and there is the bar next to it with great cocktails. Although we didn’t use some things, the amenities on offer are fantastic, we were pleasantly surprised for only a 4* hotel- for example you can hire one of their electric cars for 5 hours entirely free, 2/3 free yoga classes a week, free sun cream provided in the room!

Parking can be a nightmare! It’s street parking as the car park is tiny and there was never a space. We had a late flight and arrived at 10:30 and drove around for 45 minutes without finding anywhere remotely close. Eventually we had to park on a no parking zone, which didn’t have yellow lines but another sign which we didn’t see in the dark and ended up with a 40 euro fine. It was easier to park in the day however. The hotel has a great location on port de Soller and you can get up to soller easier but without a car you might struggle to see further. Lastly- not a bad thing but the hotel has a very young couple vibe which may not be for everyone.

The hotel was very stylish and the location was perfect. It’s a very short walk down to the restaurants, which we appreciated being slightly away from. There were so many extras we weren’t expecting…free electric car hire for half a day, free bikes and SUPs to hire, sun cream in your room, a beach bag & Bluetooth speaker and beach towel. The room was small but it didn’t matter one bit. The restaurant for breakfast was amazing and we booked dinner one night which was gorgeous. You need to book in advance though, don’t wait until you arrive to book in. Fabulous stay!

The pool was great rooms small. Breakfast great Neni restaurant amazing. Staff should be more attentive and not look at the computer while you’re checking out. We run a business of 52 staff and your priority is your customers. This thing with people getting up at the crack of dawn to put there towels down and then not come down for five hours is absolutely ridiculous. The pool bar was crazy waited for ages to get a drink. No one helps you take your luggage to your room or bring them out when you leave. Getting a taxi was unreal they took 45 min to get there so make sure you book it an hour earlier to get to the airport. Asked staff about Neni and they had no idea and they couldn’t book it for us as apparently it’s seperate to the hotel. Over priced for what it is.

The hotel met our expectations and beyond that. The rooms are not big but had everything we needed and more. we even got an iron on request straight to our doorstep. there are also little details like a stainless still water-bottle we could use while there and 2 chic beach towels to use. also a funny postcard we could send home on the house. I loved the shower room you could book for your time before the flight, which ket us enjoy the last day till last minute! the staff were nice and helpful. it is a bit pricey but we really loved staying there and will be back!

Beautiful hotel with amazing views overlooking the port. The facilities were great, and the overall vibe was super relaxed – perfect for a laid-back getaway. I wouldn’t say the staff were overly friendly, but I found this to be fairly typical across the island. The room was lovely – though two bathrooms felt a little excessive! That said, I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary suntan lotion, beach bags, and beach towels – such a space-saver when packing. Breakfast was delicious, with small daily changes and a different dish of the day to keep things interesting.

Decor and location excellent . Lovely roof terrace bar and restaurant . Beds were very comfortable overall the rooms were fabulous … Nice touch was the complimentary sunscreen and beach hat plus use of a colourful beach bag and throws during our stay.Neni restaurant was lovely too. Good breakfast selection.. lovely choice of coffees and fresh orange juice available .We loved our stay and will return .

Not enough staff in the Donkey bar .. all drinks had to be ordered via the waiter and as only one on duty the wait for drinks was over 20 mins each visit .. recommend having 2 behind the bar and 2 staff on the floor. Pool bar menu was very limited.TV only had German channels apart from BBC world news! Pool would benefit from a ladder/ steps at both ends .. limited access into the pool from just one area. Needed better hangars in the bedrooms .. clothes just fall off them as nothing to attach straps too . Bedroom would benefit from an extra shelf area in the tv wall side of the room .
