Loved everything about this hotel. The location and views were great. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The large garden room with terrace was perfect for our stay - I loved the fact we had a mini fridge which was replenished daily with drinks and the afternoon water and local snack hand delivered to the room was a lovely thoughtful touch. Having a basket in the room to use for beach trips was a great touch also and very useful. The swimming pool area was nice and quiet and well maintained. I like that there is a separate adults pool and area (even though I didn’t really get to use that as I have a child myself).

Nothing. Everything was perfect. I would love to return and have recommended to family!

Location of the hotel is excellent. Unfortunately I was in the garden room. The room was a bit on the smaller side and there was only one chair to sit down. I did like how they provided little delicious snacks at the end of the day Pretend on service that was a nice treat. The shower had excellent water pressure. And a hotel like this I would expect a bidet.

The garden room was on the small side. We had only one chair to sit down, and the other person had to sit on the bed. The hotel room coffee was delicious but the coffee at the restaurants was very weak.

We stayed at Hotel Esplendido in July with our 8 year old, and absolutely loved it! The room was large, beds were so comfortable, and THE VIEWS!! The pool and garden area was so beautiful, with views overlooking the entire bay, and plenty of chairs for everyone - this hotel is gorgeous, we wished we had more nights there. It was centrally located to everything in the port, we were able to walk to everything. The tram to Soller was just around the corner. The staff was so friendly and accommodating (we arrived much earlier than expected and they helped guide us to parking, and sent us to the pool to hang out until our room was ready). There is parking at the hotel, but only a few spots - but there is a public paid (not expensive) parking lot right around the corner that had plenty of spots and we were able to leave the car there the entire time we stayed and it was safe. The food is so good, we are still talking about the omelettes we had for breakfast. The breakfast is a little pricey, but so worth it. The quality matches the price. We hope to be back again in the future!

Beautiful stay, exceeding all expectations! Website doesn’t do it justice. Everything is covered. Lovely extras include beach bags, beach towels, pool towels, flip flops and dressing gown, complimentary mini bar and even more! Just wonderful, we will be back!!

The pool kiosk to open a little earlier, 12 to open and 1pm for food was a little late as we would’ve liked waters and coffees etc! Also closes at 4pm and we would’ve loved a drink by the pool a little later than this as it was still lovely and sunny etc,

We felt a little bit like royalty: one of the employees parked our car for us. We were also given a room upgrade (for a bigger room), and the view from the room was amazing, right in the middle of Port de Soller bay. Minibar in the room was fitted with coke, beer, water and free. They gave us little local almond cookies every day. The gym is well fitted (except for legs) and the spa has both a hammam and a sauna. The hotel has loads to offer including yoga courses, massages, a library with vinyls, etc.

The opening times of the gym and spa area felt a little bit too restrictive (9am to 7:30pm), we would have liked to enjoy the facilities from much earlier in the morning. Breakfast was prohibitively expensive (40€ per pers!) so we didn't try it.

I loved the small details - free welcome drinks vouchers, refilling free mini bar every day, the beach bag, the flip flops and dressing gown were a lovely touch. We got moved to a room with a balcony as soon as one became available. Loved the dressing room for extra space to store luggage. I loved this hotel. Fantastic breakfast - both buffet and a la carte.

Nothing bad to say but would try and get a sea view next time, this is the only thing that could have made our stay even better - it was otherwise perfect,

Location on the sea, walking distance from many restaurants, and the tram. Infinity pool overlooking the sea and beautiful terraced gardens in the hillside above the hotel. Tasty breakfast (bagel with scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, avocado, and creme fraiche). Helpful front desk staff.

It is a bit dated (dark green beach towels and carpet on the stairs, older styled furniture, etc). I don’t think it has been remodeled since 2005. We paid extra for a king bed, sea view with a terrace (about 600 Euros per night), but the room was tiny. The price seemed excessive for the size and dated room. I also was very shocked to discover that the linens (sheets, towels, cloth napkins in the restaurant) all had very strong perfume smell likely from scented dryer sheets or fabric softener. It was too much. I felt like I could get a headache from it. I’ve never encountered that at a hotel.

The location is perfect - right next to the sea, offering stunning views and easy access to beautiful walking paths in the area. The service was exceptional, with friendly and welcoming staff who made us feel at home from the moment we arrived, offering welcome drinks and sandwiches. Breakfast was great, with a variety of options. The spa facilities, including the sauna, added a nice touch of relaxation, and I especially enjoyed the outdoor heated pool. The infinity pool was beautiful, though unheated.

The only minor downside was that the blankets were a bit too warm for my preference. Also, while the experience was excellent, I can imagine that prices in high season might be quite steep.

I truly enjoyed staying at this hotel. When I came in, the room was ready (before 2 pm!) and I also got the upgrade - luckily. The fruits in the room, the terrace overlooking the bay, nice selection of teas. The hotel garden area not to miss, really big territory and a lot of space for sunbathing. Nice amenities creating the atmosphere of wellness club.

No negatives, just a side note: the sea front passage is not open for cars, but taxi can enter for your check in and check out to get to the hotel entrance directly.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff were all extremely friendly and the food at the main restaurant on the ground floor is well worth the visit. The pools are fabulous as well, especially the view from the infinity pool. The cleaning staff were particularly thoughtful as they noticed what type of coffee we made each day and laid them out for us to use in the morning! The beds are also super comfy and it’s the best I’ve ever slept in a hotel!
