Beautifully done sharing space ( lobby , swimming pole area , breakfast area, reception, entrance) you can see it everything is new and in Boho style Nice that there are signs that you can’t reserve bed on the swimming pools with the towels . And people really fallow this sign I was impress how many languages receptionist ca speak . Big positive especially for 3 star hotel Good location and if you lucky to got a room on 5 floor good view too.

But lift ,corridors and rooms wasn’t freshly renovated. But there is everything what you need , maybe beside socket on one side of the bed 😃 Airconditioning is more like ventilation system in the room … and it will stop working as fast as you open balcony’s door

We liked everything about this hotel. There's a slight hill from the beach which some would find difficult when it's hot but obviously that's no reflection on the hotel but good to be aware

The lady on reception was so helpful. She told me how to find the walk to Soller and recommend Fornalutx. She was welcoming and you could tell she actually cared about the guests. My room was great, I had everything I needed. The balcony had amazing views. Breakfast and dinner was amazing for the price paid... Enough choice to please everyone I would imagine. They offer gluten free bread also. Pool area great. Free use of computer if required, and gym I think although I didn't use that.

The walls are very thin and my neighbours spoke soooo loudly. No thought for other guests.

The breakfast is fantastic, loads of choice, fresh and delicious. I had natural yoghurt with fruit and honey, followed by pancakes, fried egg and very crisp bacon, all freshly cooked. Coffee machine is OK. My friend and I had a twin room which was big, comfortable and clean. Good wardrobe space and plenty of room to unpack and space for cases etc. Large mirrors on wardrobe. The reception staff are really friendly and helpful. Cold beers by the pool are bliss. Easy walking distance to the port, it's up a slight hill so if you have mobility issues this may be a bother, but for us it was fine. It's tucked away so nice and quiet. This is the third time I have stayed here, so I obviously really like it!

The room is nice, but not modern. The bathroom is clean, but basic, didn't bother us at all, but if you're looking for luxury, this isn't it. Not many plugs in the room so a multi-plug might be a good idea if you have lots of gadgets!

staff were amazing and helpful. We left our luggage for a few days in the luggage room while we went sailing great pool area and lovely pub close to hundreds of busy restaurants and the yacht club

All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful particularly the front desk and cleaning staff. The view from our top floor balcony included the bay and the 4 rung drying rail fixed to the wall there was a good idea. Being on the 5th floor also meant we were closer to (Central HVAC?) machinery in a loft above but you soon tune this out. The hotel is approximately 80 metres from the start of most facilities downhill and it is relatively short walk to the Tram terminus and the beach as well as a plethora of restaurants of various types.

The hotel is up a small hill from the centre where there are ample crossings (If you are tall watch out for low hanging traffic signs). My wife is awaiting a hip operation and the path up to the hotel (which has its own stairs, ramps and internal lifts) is neither wide nor continuous on either side and in poor state of repair in some places. There are many parked cars on either side of the road (most of which remained static during our 3 nights visit) and although I did not have a hire car on this occasion, experience tells me you would be unlikely to get parking close to the hotel.

We stayed for 3 nights. The reception staff were really friendly. The pool area is lovely with reasonably priced drinks. The mountain views from the balcony’s and pool area are beautiful. 5 minutes walk from the main area. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Nothing major. The bedrooms are quite dated and not in similarity to the main areas of the hotel although the room was comfortable enough for all the time that you spend in it. Music at the pool area would have been nice and also would have liked veggie sausages and avocado at breakfast. Laundry fee, albeit only €1.50, for using pool towels, feel this should be included in the price.

Breakfast was not as good as expected, but there was plenty of if! Room was rather small for two people. Would have liked use of a kettle Loved having a fitness centre - but would have liked a little more information on using the equip ment. Location was great - very near to port centre.

Didn't like restaurant - reminded me of a school refectory - okay for breakfast but did not fancy it for evening meal - no atmosphere. Plenty of eating establishments in Port though. Wouldn't recommend booking half board.

There is always a sense of returning home when staying at this hotel. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. There is a wide variety of choice both at breakfast and at the evening meal. All facilities from the pool, the pool bar lounge area are delightful.

Maybe the seating areas around the pool, particularly the four poster sun beds which are very popular. Admittedly it could be hard to police but maybe if guests were asked to sign in for a certain amount of time so that others could avail of them.

Staff at front desk were great and very helpful. Bike room storage is very handy. Overall a nice place to stay and i wouldnt hesitate staying againor recommending it.

The breakfast is just ok. It was included in my price so i had breakfast every morning. I also paid €20 for the buffet dinner ... again it was just ok. I wouldbt say i disliked the food but it was nothing special. Id probably choose to eat out if i was staying again as the resort has plenty of eating options. If you are storing a bike ... make sure you bring your own lock.
