Fantastic location, spotlessly clean. Staff very very good and so helpful. Breakfast was super. Only draw back was lack of sun beds and these were not monitored. The hotel was so good, rooms comfortable and location to beach, front line and all facilities fab. Had an great roof top bar with good sights over the port and fantastic cocktails- staff we’re also very helpful. Will return

Sun beds need to be managed by the management of the hotel. At 9am it was carnage with residents literally fighting for a bed to get their towel on and then disappearing for most of the day.

Hotel is in a great location. Facilities are clean and food was acceptable.

The hotel reception tried to charge us for a room upgrade that we hadn’t asked for. First of all stating an email had been sent requesting this, when I told them no email had been sent and asked to see the email they we referring to, they then said it was a phone call they receive. We didn’t more a phone call. We were embarrassed and they were very rude about the whole thing when in fact it was a mistake on the hotels part not my husband and I. The whole experience was stressful and quite upsetting. We couldn’t afford an extra 600 euro that they were attempting to charge us for a room upgrade we hadn’t asked for.

Modern hotel, very clean throughout, lovely breakfast room with lots of breakfast options, and great location on the harbour. Roof terrace is great, lovely setup, staff and music, we had pre drinks here most evenings before heading out for dinner. If I go to Port de Soller again I would rebook this one.

We had a shower over a bath, each to their own I guess but I would prefer a shower cubicle. I understand that if you’ve got kids a bath is probably useful and we were in a larger room. Otherwise room very nice and cleaned every day.

I was lucky to get the best room in the hotel, this was my second stay, we had a seview room on the 7th floor, amazing views and a huge balcony/terraza area. Room was always clean and tidy, maid was always on top of it. Breakfast as always superb, so much to choose from, love the beach towel exchange as well.

Room AC was inssufficient due to all the windows at the front and walls exposed on 3 sides and roof top. The balcon/terraza are was amazing but unable to use due to know shade at all, no umbrella at all. What was missing and would help the room with heat was a toldo off the main patio door. Also the lighting for outside at night was not available. As the same as last year, trying to get a sunbed is impossible around the pool, something has to be done, says 30mins but once again nobody inforces the rule. Rooftop bar is supposed to be for Adults only, and on somedays children were there.

This is a great friendly hotel, with an easy feel to it, staff are attentive, breakfast is so lovely with a fabulous choice, with fresh cooked breakfasts cooked in front of you. The hotel is situated in a prime location on the beach, it has its own sun terrace and pool area, it gets a little bit busy around the area but there is enough beds for those that like pool beds. The hotel also boasts a fabulous roof top bar with a stunning view over the bay, great cocktails and again lovely staff. The rooms in the hotel are exceptionally clean, modern and have everything you need. This was my second time visiting this hotel and I’m sure I will be back again, I would definitely recommend, however, Port de Soller should be kept as a secret as it’s a little gem and a great hide away. Overall this place is a great place to relax and feel looked after .

Great location. Modern hotel with a great rooftop bar. Good breakfast. Comfortable and clean rooms.

Dinner isn’t the absolute best but it is good value. The main thing that was frustrating is how long we had to wait at reception at various points. There was never more than one person available which means queues build up and people are waiting a while, certainly more than you would think from a 4 star hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful though - they could just use some backup!

upgraded the room and got a very good price upon arrival and we were upgraded two levels but only paid for one, the staff were really helpful allowing us to use a room after checking out of the hotel to have a shower, buffet was good and the upgrade to half board was unbelievably cheap for the variety and quality of the food, room spotless.

sunbed policy is advertised but not really upheld, numerous beds empty for long periods but towels etc left in place, we did not really spend much time at the pool as beach was so close and lovely, gym did not have much in the way of weights, heaviest being 10kg dumbells and one bench, but did not seem to be used by too many people so cannot blame them for not investing too much into it, ok for a little workout.

Excellent buffet breakfast, large choice of hot and cold food. We had halfboard, dinner is also buffet style. Again, large choice of cold and hot dishes and desserts of good quality and very fresh. Dishes were different every day. Staff at reception and in dining room very friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable. It is worth it paying extra for room with balcony with Seaview as it overlooks the whole port and bay.

Perfect location, nice facilities, friendly staff, delicious breakfast with lots of options. The pool area was nice and clean and the restaurant had good options for lunch.

The double room was quite small for the price paid and it lacked attention to details from a cleaning point of view: dusty in some places , dirty curtain and water marks on the ceiling. The rest of the hotel look very good, so some attention to the rooms is needed too for a 4 stars hotel.

The property is extremely well located right in the middle of Port Soller. It has everything you want including a pool which overlooks the sea.

We did not get the room we booked, however possibly had a superior room in that it was bigger, quiet, but without a view. I think the cheaper rooms, which we booked and we were offered after querying our placement , are smaller than I would have expected. It's also difficult to get a sunbed at times.
