Location in mountain and seaside beautiful and quiet.. clean. Breakfast. View..pool amd pool Cafe. Grounds nice. Staff pleasant. Rooms nice and big. Balcony lovely.

Noise between floors. Lacknif follow-through or communication. Ex..promise to send TV tech following day firn3 days and nvr did. Not telling us reservations required until after hotel 'got busy' on 4th night. We got ake away from then on. Only 2 Towels left by house keeping when there are 2 women in room. Had to ask for more.l mx times Beds kinda firm. Noise between floors. Furniture moving. Foot falls. Due to remoteness of location I think coffee and tea should be free. Breakfast was pricey at 18 euro pp.

My room was very spacious and it boasted a gorgeous view of the med, with lovely comfy chairs/couch. The pool area was very pleasant, and I loved the non-heated pool - great size for a good swim. The breakfast was excellent, and in general the service was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was travelling alone and had no car, but the hotel is situated right beside a bus stop which will take you either direction to Deia, Soller, or to Valledemossa and beyond to Palma.

The extractor fan didn't work in my bathroom, but to be fair I didn't alert the staff. I did alert them about another issue, which was addressed immediately.

Excellent hotel for couples looking for a relaxing getaway from the crowds. This hotel is located 8 min drive to Valdemossa and 15 min drive to Deia, both which have great options for restaurants and shops. The reception staff are friendly and speak good English. Room and bathroom were clean and spacious, we stayed in room 316 with a huge balcony, next to the main building, which had the best view for the amazing sunset. The pool is great with stunning views across the sea and has a bar with good food and drink options. Overall, I strongly recommend this hotel.

No bathrobes in the room and the car park spaces are very narrow, which made it difficult to park sometimes. If you don't have a rental car, this is probably not the best option, there is nothing within walking distance from the hotel. I'm glad we chose not to include breakfast based on some of the reviews we read as the restaurant didn't look great and the evening menu was nothing special. I would recommend getting breakfast in Valdemossa for fresh produce and much cheaper than 18 euros per person cost at the hotel and go to Deia for the dinner options.

The staff were really nice, the parking was huge with lots of spots and free (unlike the other 2 hotels we stayed at in Mallorca), the room was really huge with good amenities, the bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. The views from around the hotel were so stunning, the sea on one side and the mountains on the other. The pool was so nice, with a pool bar and the views from the pool were incredible. We did not have the breakfast so cannot comment but think the value for the room was better than the other 2 hotels we stayed at in Mallorca. Overall, a really great experience.

The gym was good although a bit small with limited equipment. We did not have mugs in the room for our coffee and although we paid for a “mountain view” the room we received did not really have a mountain view so the advertising seemed a bit off.

Beautiful property, stunning sea views from our balcony. The room was more spacious than pictures. The pool was clean, welcoming and also has a bar next to it for drinks. Ample space for meals - great breakfast! Overall, just beautiful. Especially amazing- we arrived late but the hotel staff accommodated us by serving amazing paella, despite kitchen closing time. Will always remember the generosity and grace of the staff.

Parking is often slightly cramped, especially if all cars are in. The room could have a nice coffee machine, but only serves instant coffee and kettle. But really everything else was great.

10/10 – Absolutely Exceptional Stay! I had an incredible experience at Hotel Bordoy Continental Valldemossa. The room was very spacious, beautifully furnished, and offered all the comfort you could wish for. But the absolute highlight was the breathtaking view – waking up every morning to the stunning panorama of the mountains and the sea was truly unforgettable. The peaceful surroundings, excellent service, and the perfect blend of nature and luxury made this stay one of the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommended for anyone looking for beauty, comfort, and tranquility!

Top floor room with an epic view high above the sea,..."""!!! Very large room, huge comfortable bed, excellent shower. large comfy sofa on the balcony. Swimming pool was large, clean & excellent for swimming, easy to find a sunbed in the morning, slightly busier in the afternoons. Catering was excellent both in the restaurant & by the pool, included breakfast was freshly cooked off the menu mains with every other option available at the buffet.

Nothing not to like, possibly a few English channels on the TV to catch up on news, but very minor thing.

The location was superb in an tranquil area of Serra de Tramuntana. The rooms were nice and airy with a lovely balcony. The staff was friendly and the food was very good!

We had issues with the air conditioner, which we reported to the reception, but it was never sorted. We had a room close to a staff entrance where they would go outside for a smoke, and the smell was felt on the balcony and in the room. This wasn’t a big problem though, as it only happened a couple of times, and we were also aware of that smoking habits differ from country to country.

We had a lovely suite with big balcony at the hotel overlooking the sea. The breakfast was very good with a continental style and then you could choose a hot breakfast and detox juice. A lovely pool area and in general efficient and lovely staff.

This is not about the hotel but about the taxi service which is pretty non-existent. We did ask re hiring a car before our stay and the hotel advised to. Most of the restaurants in Valldemossa and Deia are not walkable to, so we are glad we did. Also great to have a car for visiting the villages and other areas including Palma only 30 minutes away in the day.

We loved the location of the hotel. Our room in the old part of the hotel (314) was beautiful and light, with magnificent views of the spectacular landscape. The hotel staff were without exception welcoming and full of good will. The restaurant manager in particular was marvellous. I would be interested to know how many kilometers he walks each day! He was there morning and evening throughout the 5 days of our stay. It was my husband's birthday when we were there and to our astonishment we had several treats, starting with a candle on a cake at breakfast. Heartwarming! I hope that you don't feel inclined to change or update the charm of this lovely hotel. We appreciated the beautiful salon overlooking the sea.
