A picture postcard totally charming hotel with stunning views from the windows. The building is part of the original, prominent old architecture of Valdemossa so quite unique. A delicious buffet breakfast is served on individual trays and can be taken outside to enjoy.staff were very friendly and particularly helpful in liaising with our wayward taxi to the airport. Book directly with the hotel to ensure taxis know location.

We stayed during a very hot spell , the room had no aircon ( in keeping with the nature of the building) only a ceiling fan which is less efficient in facilitating sleep. Bear this in mind if you struggle with the heat

Incredible location, decor, overall atmosphere, and room layout. The bathroom was also clean and modern. We loved the breakfast nook and breakfast.

There was some confusion around check-in-- the staff had sent me check-in info via Booking.com only 2 hours prior to check-in and expected me to have it completed. However, I was out sightseeing and hiking all day and had not been checking my phone, nor had a chance to complete this info. I wish the info had been sent further in advance or that in-person check-in was an option. Despite this miscommunication, the staff were very helpful.

This was our second stay in this lovely little hotel in a peaceful location just off the main thoroughfare We had the same room as last time on the top floor with a fantastic view of the village and mountains. We arrived by bike and were able to put our bikes in a store room overnight but we were told the store room wouldn't be available next time.

We received several Whatsapp messages before our stay asking for credit card details which seemed strange as we had provided this when we booked. We thought the messages might be a scam and so didn't respond and then got phone calls. They turned out to be genuine but it was a bit offputting. The hotel also uses an online check in system which requires you to take a photo of your passport which some people might have difficulty using. A staff member is only there at breakfast but will take passport details then if you don't manage to use the online system.

The staff was very nice, and the breakfast was great. The hotel is located directly within the small town with a very nice view of the mountains. It was also very quiet at night.

Our room did not have air conditioning but a fan. We had our room on the second floor so it was rather hot during the night as it was summer, even with opened windows. Running the fan all night was no option due to the noise it makes. If your sensitive to warmth during night, this is not a good option.

On the positive side, the location was convenient and the staff was friendly, but the lack of comfort

The rooms did not have air conditioning, which made the stay uncomfortable, especially during the warmer days. Another downside was the breakfast: it was always the same, lacking variety, and it was not served in buffet style, which made it feel repetitive after the first day.

Beautiful hotel, small and friendly. Great online checkin system. Incredible breakfast! Really comfy beds. Great staff who were very friendly and incredibly helpful. Fantastic views across the town to the mountains and we loved watching the birds fly between the buildings.

Our room was at the top of the building and quite warm (even in May), but two freestanding fans and a ceiling fan were provided (we only needed to use one though).

Lovely little hotel right in a peaceful location right in the centre of the village. We stayed in Room 2 on the top floor which had a juliet balcony with a stunning view of the village and mountains. We arrived by bike so welcomed the store room for bikes accessed from the street below the hotel. Guests can use a very pleasant sitting / dining area or terrace outside in the evening with an honesty bar for drinks and snacks. Breakfast was served on a tray and was very enjoyable. The owner and staff were very friendly. This will definitely be our first choice of hotel on future visits to Valldemossa.

We stayed in early April so room temperature was fine but I can imagine it could get uncomfortably hot in the summer months though there was a ceiling fan.

Absolutely beautiful stay - the most gorgeous picturesque views from the room, and the room itself was lovely and luxurious too. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented and kept us fuelled for our hikes! The staff were so friendly and lovely too, and the location of the accommodation was very central to the town and also to hiking trails. A great vibe overall - we wished we had stayed longer here

Gorgeous place. Very nice room, beautiful view, pretty good breakfast too. Plus, the lady was so kind to take part in search for me when my wallet was found in another village, though í was not the guest of this hostel anymore. Really nice hospitality!

It is a historical building so it's difficult to expect nowadays comfort. But the noise of old door slamming and shaking when other guests entered their room was quite disturbing til the very late evening. The morning noise of breakfast preparation and local cafe opening don't help. Though the bed was very comfy, one is not able to get much sleep there.

Excellent location, the room was spacious and had a wonderful view, the staff were helpful and friendly. The honesty bar was a great addition, providing cold drinks after a hot day. It had a lovely relaxed atmosphere.

The room was very hot. The ceiling fan didn't work and the floor fan was rather inadequate for the temperature.
