Our stay at L’Avenida Hotel in Sòller was truly unforgettable. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making us feel special. We would like to give special thanks to the gentleman at the reception and the lady who assisted us with breakfast for their exceptional kindness and attentiveness. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the towels and bed linens had a fresh, delightful scent. The interior design of both the rooms and the building was carefully thought out—elegant details, stylish furniture, and a warm atmosphere came together to create a space that was both comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. In short, L’Avenida Hotel stands out as one of the most enjoyable places to stay in Sòller, both for its service quality and its charming ambiance.

The property is an 18th century mansion converted into a beautiful hotel, with a great pool. The staff was great, really great. Front desk staff, the kitchen, and Matthew, the manager, were all excellent people and did their jobs very well. The parking was easy; we were able to luck into a spot every day at the lot right across the street. However, if that would be full, there is a large parking lot a 2-minute walk away. Soller is a small European town, so make sure you rent a small car. We rented a Fiat 500 and it was perfect for buzzing around the tiny roads in the area and the old town of Soller.

The gorgeous suite, the amazing staff, the air-conditioning was perfect for the really hot days, the bed was so comfortable (slept like a baby), the breakfast was lovely and the pool and building were stunning. It was a short walk into town center, and the hotel resides on a quiet and shady street. From the pool, it has a lovely view of the mountains. Our friends stayed in one of the garden rooms with direct access to the pool, and they absolutely loved it. Couldn't find fault with anything. Matthew (the manager) and Anna (another manager, I believe) were so helpful and friendly.

The only negative (and it wasn't a big deal at all), was having to ask for bottled water, since only 1 was provided on the first day. They happily provided some right away, with glasses of ice, so no complaints!

We had a wonderful stay at this absolutely beautiful hotel. The architecture is stunning, and the rooms are stylish, thoughtfully designed, and very well-equipped. We’d come to Sóller for a spa day, but the shower in our room was actually better than the spa’s - and stocked with gorgeous L’Occitane hand and body washes, which were a lovely touch. We’ve been looking for one to buy for our own home ever since 😂 The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome and well looked after throughout our stay.

Just a heads-up: parking in the car park opposite can be a very difficult during the day, so we’d recommend arriving early in the morning or later in the evening when spaces start to free up.

L’Avenida was great. Matthew at the front desk is so attentive, he made sure we were comfortable throughout our whole stay. The hotel definitely had more of a close-nit family vibe rather than a hotel vibe. I did not get the ladies name that always helped around breakfast but she was also amazing. Pool was great and plenty of sun chairs. The city center was a 2 minute walk and there was delicious food near by.

Parking was terrible during peak hours. Literally had to fight for it but that’s not the hotels fault.

The breakfast was delicious & the location was perfect. Out suite was outstanding & we loved the little balcony above the front door of the hotel. Matthew was an outstanding Manager & all the staff Ana, Karen were lovely & nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend. A very happy family & will definitely be back ❤️

Such a minor thing, but felt the glasses in the room should be refreshed when the room is cleaned.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff, before and during our stay. Special thanks to GM Matthew for his assistance and recommendations. The location was excellent, very close to the centre (3min walk), on a lovely tree lined avenue. Parking was very close by - across the road (€6/24hrs) and easy to find. It’s a busy & tight car park, but spaces become available regularly. Breakfast was fresh, varied and very tasty. Our room (Ground Floor Garden Room - 10) was very comfortable, spacious, nice decor etc. We had an allocated table and chairs directly outside our room, at the poolside/gardens to enjoy breakfast, read etc. Our room was tucked away in the corner and felt very private.

We really liked everything about the hotel, but a very minor point to note about our room - we could hear guests walking about as well as moving (and dropping!) items in the room above us, due to the hard floor surface. It’s not a complaint and wouldn’t stop us staying again but it’s something to perhaps be aware of if you’re a light sleeper or sensitive to noise.

So much to like about L'Avenida. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic. It's a beautiful building and well-maintained. Great pool, wonderfully quiet there too. Great location. I could go on....

L'Avenida was so good, it's hard to say anything critical. Small niggles only, but we'd expect a coffee machine, hair conditioner and a magnifying mirror for that standard of hotel. All else was just great.

Location to main square & restaurants. Excellent staff, phenomenal breakfast ( Karen was awesome ) Pool was amazing but sunbeds looked a little tired. Room was nice.

Rug was soaking wet ( apparently they had had a torrential downpour the morning we arrived ) however I was surprised that no one noticed a soaking wet rug prior to our arrival. I rolled the offending rug up & took it to reception, sadly we never saw the rug again. Aircon was not effective unless turned up full blast, therefore neither of us slept that well. No lift meant it was not easy taking heavy luggage up the stairs ( this should've been highlighted at the time of booking ) Many of the restaurants suggested were very expensive.

the breakfast was very good, with some nice little treats, usual cereals, lovely fresh juice, and a good choice of hot food if required, coffee or tea etc. brought to the table. The building has been beautifully restored and decorated in a clever mix of contemporary and sympathetic. The pool area was just right, comfortable sun loungers, towels supplied and good sized pool. Matthew and his staff were very friendly and helpful.

we were lucky and got a parking space opposite, it might be a bit of a luck depending on the day of the week.
