Incredible breakfast, the quality of food at Alaro Natural is just off the charts. Every morning there was a fresh orange juice waiting for us on ice. Next to that was a nice selection of cheese, vegetables, fruits, sweet pastry, and many other quality products. Everything was fresh and tasty, but the taste of freshly made guacamole was the one that took it to the next level! Hotel is clean, very well maintained, and people working there are just wonderful. Visiting this place truly made me feel better. I simply can't recommend it enough ;)

To stay away from those touristic Palma beaches was definitely a good idea. One discovered another side of Mallorca. The hotel is amazingly stylish, very clean, easy going, with good service. The staff are very supportive and friendly.

Almost nothing. The internet could work a little better. But we didn’t really miss it much, as there are so many things to see, to do in Mallorca.

Small, cozy hotel with rooms arranged around a beautiful little patio with a pool. Rooms are modern, clean, well A/Ced and well-kept. I especially enjoyed the breakfast that elevates a German to cloud 9 by offering wholegrain bread (plus fresh fruit & vegs, eggs, various sorts of granola, croissants, ...) bonus: hotel comes with both dog and cat (very well-behaved)

Breakfast was very good with plenty of variety. Coffee machine was very smart and made excellent coffee. I hate to think what it cost but a second one would be beneficial to the queue. The courtyard currently "growing" will be quiet beautiful I am sure once it maturates an will no doubt become a very calm place to reflect. The Owner was VERY professional and courteous and we certainly wish hi the best of luck in the development of the hotel.

The cupboard in the bedroom was broken and only had one door (which was in fact falling off). The road outside meant we could hear traffic and people generally.

Hotel is bike-friendly. The garage can lock 6 bikes with tools and bike repair stand. Alaro is prefect location to ride the Tramuntana mountains.

Many narrow one way streets and Google map lead us down the wrong way. Public parking is limited.

I am vegetarian and the breakfast was especially veggie friendly (rare in Spain). The owners were friendly and hospitable even providing me with hot soup when there was a prolonged power cut in a rare snow storm meaning that local restaurant kitchens were closed. Along with an excellent glass of wine, none of which was charged to my room. The free coffee and drinks station was open 24 hours along with the 'cookie tin'.

Owing to a misunderstanding, Housekeeping missed a day (for which the owner apologised profusely). Refreshing the drinking water is the guest's responsibility - IMO housekeeping could have checked that. Otherwise excellent.

Quiet, clean, great location and wonderful breakfast. Complimentary water, coffee and tea available which was nice.

Parking in front (or even nearby on street) of the hotel is only if you are lucky thus making a bit confusing. We had to unload our bags quickly as to not block cars trying to get by and then drive a few minutes away to a free lot. There were 2 lots we found. The closest never had an open spot but the other always did. We did not mind at all though as it was nice to walk the old streets.

Excellent breakfast especially the freshly squeezed orange juice and homemade guacamole. Comfortable bed. Friendly and kind hosts. The cute dog.

Minor point but the pillow was a little too soft for us.

Everything was great, highly recommend! Amazing location, very close to the central plaza.

Parking is very difficult in the town. There are only 2 parking spots on the street the hotel is located.

Great base for a few days cycling, very helpful staff/owner. Rooms a generous size and a great standard of accommodation.

Pool is very small and in a central patio area, in my opinion unsuitable for sunbathing.
