Exceptionally clean throughout the entire property. Rooms are sound proof so you can’t hear the loud music playing outside. Sea view from balcony is amazing. Whenever I requested anything from the hotel reception it was delivered straight away. All staff were very helpful despite a slight language barrier. I am English and they mostly speak German however this is due to the fact that the entire area is 99% German tourists, so makes sense I suppose. Breakfast was very good with lots of healthy choices and the piano man in the morning was great. Dinner had a different theme each night which was nice. The spa was great and quiet (no one else seemed to use it while we were there). Location is perfect. 10 second walk to the beach, lots of restaurants, supermarkets, shops near by. Very lively area, probably the liveliest area along the entire beach. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend.

The steam room in the spa was quite smelly. Other guests would put their towels out on sun beds around the pool early morning which meant there were none for us however when we asked at reception they quickly provided us with two extra sun beds and an umbrella. The whole place is 99% German tourists so if you are not a fan of that then this may not be the place for you. The pillows weren’t the most comfortable. Would bring my own pillow from home next time. Basic drinks like water, soft drinks and imported alcohol are very expensive however this is the same anywhere you go on the island.

I was so happy with the hotel we had a champagne arrival made to feel welcome & it smelled amazing 5 ⭐️ Half board food Amazingly good and times to eat very good Water pressure in shower excellent nice and modern bathroom Super Clean.. Always happy staff helping you especially Bernado & Ana & Carra . Loved the sea view . Unfortunately windy but still beautiful.we did

We didn’t know it was primarily German Didn’t know it was German area . Young people primarily fuelled with alcohol walking up & down promenade. Often singing loudly and during the night . Definitely feel sorry for the hotel as a local community. Didn’t like the fact of no drink packages. Red wine in hotel although not badly priced although not enough choice all very Oaky wines, unfortunately not our taste. Never saw the spa as too expensive.

Though the area itself is very busy the hotel has a calming and friendly atmosphere. The food was delicious and changed all the time. You could not fault the cleanliness of the hotel! Hammad on reception was amazing and nothing too much trouble.

Dinner food is not worthed, not many options and not tasty. Desserts were delicious though Reception staff couldn't be worse, they should learn how to talk to the guests and be more polite and helpful Spa is too small

Hotel was very clean, nicely decorated and maintained, great location beside the beach, friendly staff. Good buffet selection with different cuisine themed nights.

Would have liked the hot food to have been hotter, was usually lukewarm. A heated outdoor pool would have been nice. Pool temperature was about 12 degrees in April!

The food was amazing, so much choice. Also loved our private rooftop terrace with a fantastic view of the water

The neighbourhood/area was awful. Party central with drunken people everywhere and the smell of weed. Not a nice vibe.

Very clean and well maintained, great food and service.

In a noisy area, struggled to sleep when having the bedroom window open.

The breakfast and dinner were perfect.

The location is in place where there is always a lot of noise from drunk people on the street.

Beautiful setting with a nice pool. Buffet breakfast was good. Spa area was relaxing. Staff were helpful. Stored luggage for us.

Everything was great. Location (this hotel is probably not the best choice if you are looking for a very quite place. It is in the middle of everything, bars, restaurans, 100 m from the Mega Park and you can just hear the noise from that). It has beautiful interior, pool, delicious food (i had the half board, many many options evailable every evening and even if not each dish from the plenty variation was totaly perfect, I appreciate they changed the thema every evening, from mediterean to asian (also sushi), then to italian, then to local specialities... I understand this is not easy to do and they are really doing their best). Very nice and friendly staff. It would be better if all of them speak at least basic english, because to not to understand at least "sparkling water" is surpricing at such a hotel:). But generally i would give 9 points out of 10 for my exeprience at this hotel :) I will for sure come back.

It would be great to have some music at the pool to "hide" the noise from around as you just hear all the noise from all the bars, restaurants aroung, singing and screeming groups of people around. And no music at the pool :(
