The hotel itself is lovely—very clean, with well-maintained gardens and a beautifully kept pool area. The staff were generally courteous, and the facilities were of a high standard. Breakfast very good.

Specifically, the dress code appears to apply only to male guests. Men were not permitted to enter the restaurant in smart shorts, while women were clearly allowed to dine in casual attire, including shorts. This inconsistent enforcement is both unfair and sexist. A dress code should be applied equally to all guests, regardless of gender, and the current approach feels outdated and discriminatory. Additionally, while the hotel grounds offer a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere, the local area is incredibly rowdy in the evenings and often filled with loud, intoxicated individuals, which may not suit all travelers—particularly those seeking a more relaxed or family-friendly environment.

Everything was perfect

I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent stay. I noticed that water was only provided once, and coffee was only available on the first day in the room. Considering this is a 5-star hotel, I believe water and coffee should be replenished daily for guests’ comfort.

Like the pictures but better! Lives up to its 5 stars and everything you need for a ‘fly and flop’! 8 mins in a taxi from airport. 20 mins in taxi to Palma central. Widest breakfast selection and excellent quality. Spa is superb - go before 11 and you usually get it all to yourself. The pool area is immaculate and sun beds comfortable - first time we have seen enforced no reserving policy - they remove unattended personal possessions and leave a note for you to recover them from the lifeguard. Superb.

Located right in the centre of what we began to call ‘the strip’ - in more ways than one! The entire beach front is a drag for mainly young Germans, all in matching team t-shirts, many exceptionally drunk (we saw several picked up by ambulances). That said, in between the tatty shops we managed to have 3 lovely meals in 3 different restaurants. Returning to our hotel after a walk down by the beach was like walking into a different world!

Overall, the experience was very pleasant. The hotel is beautiful, even though it doesn’t have a private beach (as there are none on the whole island of Mallorca). The Playa de Palma area is popular among young people and those looking to party and drink, so it’s something to keep in mind if you’re imagining romantic sunset strolls. The buffet was very rich and the bar well stocked. The only downside was some communication difficulties with the buffet and bar staff, who speak German very well but less so English. A special thanks to Zoraya for her professionalism. We would still recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel is exactly as described on the booking site. The room was very modern, clean, well isolated and the pool view with the see in the back was just great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the shower and the technician solved it in 5 min. The food was excellent (breakfast + dinner) with a great selection of wines. The pool is great and we liked the aquagym in the morning. The rooftop was perfect to admire the sunset and to enjoy some great music. The hotel is well connected with Palma through several busses (2 eur ticket)

The location of the hotel is not very pleasant as near it there are many bars and the famous Mega-Park where a lots of Germans, Dutch et other nationalities were gathering. They were very noisy, drinking alcohol, leaving debris and creating an insecure environment. Every day, we saw the police and the ambulance coming to solve conflicts or to help the drunken people. We preferred to take the bus and go to Palma for a better experience.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help. As this is not our first time, we knew what to expect and it is always as expected. The room was spotless, spacious, a very comfortable bed and a lovely view. Breakfast and dinner were real highlights with plenty of delicious options. Being able to sit outside is a plus. The location isnt too perfect but you can hardly notice while at the hotel where you get all you need for a short chill break. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, service, and luxury. We’ll definitely be back!

Probably the best Hotel facility along the Playa de Palma. High quality standards. Nice rooftop bar with beautiful sunset view. We stayed in the junior suite, with pool view. Rooms are comfortable with nice balcony. Amazing breakfast, impossible to taste all of it...but dont miss Oscar's fresh made omelet. The garden is very well maintained and has impressive olive trees.

Elevators are horribly slow, and cant absorb the load during peak times. Clearly under dimensioned for a such a large building. In Shanghai, you would be in the 50th floor, by the time it gets you to the 4th.

I enjoyed the hotel, especially the fact that the rooms are well soundproofed. The minimalist design creates a clean and relaxing atmosphere, exactly what you’d want for a holiday. The facilities are excellent and worth trying out in full.

It took a very long time to check in, even though there were three people at the desk, the staff were moving very slowly. When we checked out, there was just one person at the front desk, busy taking a room service order. After finishing the call, he had to contact the restaurant. We ended up leaving our key cards on the counter because we were about to miss our ride. For a five-star hotel, I expected the process to run a lot more smoothly.

The hotel is beautiful, very modern and elegant, with a lovely lobby, bar, and Spa. We were celebrating our engagement and the staff very kindly upgraded us to a nicer room which was beautiful also, with a lovely view of the ocean and the pool area. The room itself was really spacious and clean, and laid out really nicely. The staff could not have been more helpful, any request we had they were more than happy to help. Breakfast was great, with a huge selection of hot and cold food, including really delicious fresh fruit. The spa and relaxation area was great with a heated pool and hot tub.

There was very little wrong with our stay, and for that price, it was probably the best hotel we've ever stayed in. One small thing we noticed was that every time a neighbouring room closed their door it was very loud and almost sounded like our door was being closed. The only other thing I would warn visitors about would be the area. We did not know much about Palma and this area before we visited. It never felt unsafe, and it was February so it was nice and quiet, but I can imagine in the summer it would be super busy and maybe not as nice in the areas around the hotel, because there are lots of bars and clubs in the surrounding area.

Property is nice and clean, pool area is great with plenty of sun-beds and very nice waiters. Breakfast and dinner and brilliant, food is varied and very well prepared. Staff in general is very nice and attentive.

We were put on an accessible room for disabled people. The room was nice but didn’t match our expectations particularly in the bathroom, it was uncomfortable to shower with a rolling curtain and the shower chair and bar in the toilet seat made it all look shabby, it took away from what otherwise was a great stay. We would have liked to have been informed in advance that the room was accessible as at no point during the booking or the check in process was mentioned.
