Whilst on stopping for one night before airport departure , the hotel was very clean, modern rooms . Location was excellent with an A2 airport bus, (runs every 45 minutes and takes around 20 minutes ) and route 25 Palma central bus, ( runs every 15 minutes and takes around 20 minutes ) , along with taxi rank within 100 yards of the hotel entrance. You are two blocks back from the front and beach so you’re able to sit on your balcony in semi peace and whilst we were on the third floor had a view of all around. Albeit if you want the best view go to the roof top 13th floor roof top bar, the almost 360 degree view is stunnning. As maybe the highest viewpoint in s’arenal. You can walk along the front in both directions , palma is around 6 to 7 miles away but around every corner is a lovely view, many bars, restaurants and beaches to stop and view , so take three hours with occasional stops. Central s’arenal about 1.5 miles away . Again bars, shops, beach all along the route. You are far enough away from the airport as not to hear, but you can watch the unfortunate folk having to go home.

The staff are very accomodating lovely and friendly. We did not feel out of place at all, we were made to feel very comfortable ....the location is very good not far from the beach and about 20 mins from the airport. The night time entertainment was nice in the hotel..This is a good hotel for Cultural Diversity.

The breakfast menu needs alternatives to pork, although they do have other things available. It would be nice to have a veggie option to the same foods.

Good price and amazing breakfast for just 5 euro. The position is great, it is in the middle of Playa the Palma that it is an area full of Germans - therefore there are a lot of pubs disco restaurants and places where to rent a bike car or motorbike. The beach is close, too.

It is a 4stars hotel, but it does not have the services as a 4 stars - there is the swimming pool, true, but the room was very basic, no soap at the bathroom sink, to wash your hands you needed to take the soap from the shower. The television was in German and also the breakfast really German oriented. Seems like to not be in Spain :-( The cleaning staff started to enter in our room from 8 am, too early. Wasn't it?

Nice breakfast, good location 2 mins from a bus route to central Palma from the airport. Dinner was also really nice with lots of choice, Spanish food also. Lots of Germans stay at the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Weather not so good the week I stayed but I did try out the rooftop bar and pool area would be great in hotter weather.

Be aware there’s no hand soap in the bathrooms, as you find in a lot of European hotels - so bring your own. Pretty noisy, being near a bar area and a lot of people stay here who are partying. I had a white noise machine and earplugs so all good but make sure to bring one or the other.

everything was perfect! One week of great relaxing time stress free with small kids

i would have preferred a double bed in stead of two single.

The room was basic but with all one can need. Breakfast was amazing, full of options, and the location was great, except that there is a Beer Garden a block away and the noise was pretty loud and annoying. Otherwise, the beach was 3 blocks away and the bus for the airport stopped 2 blocks from the hotel.

Great comfortable hotel, good value for money.

The only thing not to like is the noise. I found I could get used to the noise from the bierkeller etc easily, but the walls are so thin that if there’s a child nearby it’s torture. Also you can hear the furniture scraping on the floors from the very early morning. I would definitely stay again, but bring earplugs :)

Breakfast and dinner buffet style was brilliant Location is great - 3 minutes to the sea For those young people - the strip is just minutes away, but you don't hear the noise from the hotel at night at all if the balcony door is closed 20 min on the bus (stop next to the hotel) to Palma, costs 2 euros.

The property so nice and clean. The rooms was clean and big enough with balcony and also people were very friendly and helpful. Location is also good very close to the sea. Breakfast was great and delicious.

very nice hotel. especially in the price range. nice bed. slept good. nice shower. good airco and ok WiFi, could work and stream tv. diner and breakfast for me ok.

the personal was a bit not happy. and the check your room when you are at breakfast for some reason. At least somebody was in my room when I came back. she looked startled. I didn’t mind I always take my valuebles and keep the room tidy
