Lovely, well run hotel. The breakfast buffet was really nice, the grounds are well kept. Staff very friendly and good evening entertainment. Special thank you to Marta in kids club. Kids absolutely loved her and couldn’t wait to go kids club every day. The only 2 things that we found not 5* was the dinner buffet and trundle beds. Buffet food was a far cry from breakfast buffet and the food looked nice but did not taste good. Our kids found the beds uncomfortable. The sleeping arrangement would not suit older children and ours were only 8 and 5. All in all it was a nice week away.

Lovely hotel and great for families and kids. Most staff are super friendly and everyone was very attentive. The room was very spacious and although we didn't have everything we had requested, as soon as we made reception aware, we received them. Plenty of variety for the buffet and multiple chances to eat at the different restaurants. The Italian and the Japanese are delicious and portion sizes are huge (too big but not everyone will mind that). There wasn't anything I didn't like, I honestly had the best time away and feel the hotel met our expectations in most areas.

In my opinion, the breakfast was very much of the same most days but still lots to choose from and the 'kids' food didn't really suit children under 1 year old, however, it did give us lots of opportunity to try our daughter with different things but we needed to be mindful of the salt in the prepared kids dishes as everything was seasoned. We had paid for a swim up room which was perfect, but unfortunately, we had to move to a different pool each day as it was pretty cold and too cold for a baby.

The hotel was fab! The facilities were brilliant. No sun bed wars! No loud animation teams begging you to join in! Loved the fresh pool and room towels every day! Loved not needing money around the hotel (we weren’t all inclusive - everything was signed for).

The pools got dirty toward the end of the week. Spotless on Monday morning, by Friday they weren’t as clean at all! The large pool with the swim up pool was cloudy one of the days.

Fantastic hotel facilities and the staff were awesome! Buffet and a la carte were fab with many choices of food.

Sadly the family pool (indoor) was closed for most of our trip however the hotel did allow families to use the spa pool which was great. Unfortunately some spa users weren’t best pleased with children talking and splashing in the pool. I can understand why and confident will resolve the issue with the pool.

The only thing I hated at the property was the signs on the sun loungers. They said towels will be removed but every morning the same people put towels down on beds …. So we struggled to get 4 beds for my family . One morning I woke at 6.30…. And all cabanas and beds taken …with no one sitting at them. Very frustrating

The hotel is absolutely stunning, one of the nicest I've ever seen! The food is exceptional, the buffet is beyond any all inclusive buffet myself or my husband have seen, we just loved it! We stayed In the junior penthouse and we were hesitant to book it as reviews had said the jacuzzi wasn't particularly hot. I am really pleased we did book it as the room was stunning and the jacuzzi was always the perfect temperature! Can't say enough good things about this hotel! Staff are unreal and I've never known a hotel to cater so well for children - they even have a baby menu and kids spa menu!

infrastructure of the hotel is amazing and it’s kept in superb condition. location is perfect, breakfast buffet and la veranda lunch restaurant are excellent and the staff are extremely affable. proximity to palma airport is a big win also for travelling with young children.

when checking in after a long days travel I struggled to hear what the receptionist was saying as the music below was so loud. on top of that our one request of having a cot ready in the room for our daughter wasn’t adhered to and whilst I’m nitpicking the fridge not having a bottle opener was frustrating.

All staff were great- very clean and the food was amazing! The spa/gym was perfect and I loved my swim up room .

Way too many children! That’s obviously my fault for not choosing an adult- only hotel but wow- could Not believe the amount of crying babies at all times!!

fantastic hotel. We had breakfast included which was to a high standard. very clean and still looking new hotel. rooms are a really good size and there was plenty for the kids to do. All the staff and lifegaurds where very friendly. The entertainment guy Romain was awesome and organised some great family games during the day and sporting events in the morning. I would defiantly recommend this hotel

not alot could have been improved. only thing missing for my boy was a football pitch.
