Location was great, staff very friendly

No dish soap, extremely noisy during the night, we got awake by people screaming and talking very loudly every night of our stay.

location is brillant just a short walk to beach,the room over looked the sea lovely to sit on balcony short walk to all shops and bars

We loved the location and the view from the hotel's room (booked sea view), the bar had reasonable prices for food and we enjoyed the food. The room had all amenities needed for the apartment, except for a bit of dish washing liquid which could have been a good addition. The bathroom and room itself had plenty of room to store items and toiletries.

The indoor swimming pool could be warmer, could not stay in the water for long and the amenities in the room like microwave could be updated as a bit rusty and dated.

Lovely hotel. All the facilities were very nice. We had 4 adults in the 1 bed apartment with a sofa bed and still had lots of room and the cleaners made up the sofa bed everyday for us too. The pool was very nice and lots of sunbeds. Amazing location for the beach, bars, restaurants and very close to Magaluf strip. All the staff were very friendly. The bus stop to Palma is right outside the hotel so very easy to get into Palma and to the airport for a cheap price.

Everything was perfect!

Very good location, close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, bus etc. The room were okey, but it had a great view. Some of the staff were super nice! Our room got cleaned every day. The hotel was good at making arrangements for us during our stay.

No opportunity to do the dishes, because there was no soap or equipment to do so. Our sheets were not very clean. And the air conditioning didn’t work. It was very hot in our room, while my friends who stayed in a different room had it very cold.

I've been going there for years and love Globals Nova. Its location is perfect and a lovely atmosphere in the area. The staff are very nice to deal with I would recommend.

I was very disappointed with the room that was allocated to us this time There was no locker or lamp beside my bed. I questioned this and they put a lamp on the floor, not appropriate beside my bed. Our room was full of mosquitos and the lock on the door on to the balcony was broken and couldn't be opened which was dangerous in an emergency. I would still recommend though as this has never happened me before and I would hope never again.

We got room 512 and it had a stunning sea view.. 2 to 3 mins walk to the beach.. It was beautiful. The apartment was a perfect size and well equipped for us 2. It was cleaned nearly every day although we just got clean towels most of the days as we did nt need it cleaned every day. The staff were excellent , very friendly , approachable and helpful. It had a lovely cafe at the pool , the food was lovely and very reasonably priced. It has a lovely pool although i found it very deep (1.9m) in places and as a non swimmer i spent little time in the pool , there were plenty of sunbeds around the area. The gardens , etc are well maintained and had lots of flowers in bloom. I would highly recommend this hotel..

I really enjoyed my stay in Globales! It looked just like the pictures, comfortable room, great location right next to Son Matias beach, quick walk to Magaluf clubs and bars. Very easy parking (I went in October) but also very easy access to public transportation. The guy in reception was really helpful, we had quick check in and check out and he gaves us tips on where to eat, have fun and how to get the bus around the city.

The kitchen had nothing to do the dishes like soap, we had to buy a whole detergent for 3 days stay. The kitchen drawer was also a bit stuck but it didn't stopped anything. Also the shower in the bathroom didn't had a good seal, so everytime I took a shower it got completely wet.

Excellent location, friendly staff. The beach is a 2-minute walk away. The pool with a large number of sun beds was cleaned regularly. A charming animator girl always worked near the pool.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. The activities and the lady who organised them. The pool. The location. The sea view.

We could have used an oven as we cooked three nights
