We really like this hotel with my 11 years old sister. Location was perfect - everything you need is around - restaurants, shops, beach. Staff - very kind and helpful. All speak good English. We have to mention restaurant coz it was really good decision to book HB. Breakfast and dinner were so delicious, rich offer, colourful and everyone would find something to eat there. We really appreciate the buffet. House keeping is just so lovely, cleaning perfectly and ladies are always smile.

One small thing I felt disappointed about - there is coffee machine in the room, but for capsule you have to pay 50 cents/each. Tea is also extra. Safe box is also extra. I understand that if it's included, price would be higher. Maybe some instant coffee in the room can be alright.

Nice rooms and balcony. Great breakfast with a lot to choose from. Pool area is nice and the beach is close as well as shops, cafes, restaurants and souvenir shops.

It is a place for party people mostly 20-40 years old.

Breakfast was really great, the room are always crowded but because of that the staff always brings new and fresh food. There was a lot of options, delicious. Rooms was really spacious, new furniture, clean, view to the pool

do not recommend if you want some quiet. We went to Mallorca for traveling, That was our bad that we did not made better research on the town Magaluf, It was too crowded, too loud music and a non stop party

Great value for money, very clean hotel and friendly staff. Great location too, as the main bus stop gives you access to airport and palma. Free parking for our rental scooter, massive clean pool and great breakfast. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Too much noise in the morning, due to constant checkouts and checkins

The food in the buffet was in great selection, always something different.

The room facing the street was SUPER loud during the night as the night life appears to be really active. Next building to the hotel is a MASSIVE night club, in front of the hotel several “n-18” clubs for men. Because of this mane bachelor party companies stay in the hotel and drunk people were creating a bit of a loud chaos in the lobby later in the night. The parking isn’t free, you have to pay deposit ~20 euro, and 10 euro for each night. The are no parking space around the hotel, you are lucky if you see a spot.

Was smelling always amazing, super clean. The food was really good and had a lot of different options. In the night we have always some shows and was really funny. We want as well say a big thank you to the staff: Animation: Lucas and Bambino they were amazing and they make our days be more happy and full of fun and laughter. Reception: Sandra and Juan they were really helpful and friendly. Housekeeper: Dolores our room was always perfect. Waitress: Jose Ramon in our 6 days of stay he was the only one that come to our table and talk, laughed.

The spa is too expensive and in the end is super small and has like 20 people inside. Is 4 lifts there and 3 of them are super super slowly we take ages waiting and the other one is not stopping in all the floors The snack time is just 30min and is on the time they have some activities soo sometimes is difficult to go and enjoy the snack time, they should at least put for more time.

The guy on reception Juan Rubin was very friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on his face welcomed us on our first day which was a nice touch (need more like him in hotels). hotel was spotless, pool area was great lots of loungers and great view from our room. Beach and bars just around the corner. All inclusive was good local drinks but good. Tbh hard to fault the hotel all very good and we would definitely stay again.

The food at the restaurant was good but not very varied and a bit of a manic free for all so don't que. A few of the restaurant and main bar staff were miserable and unfriendly ,Big guy behind the main pool bar ignorant unfriendly and in the wrong job. Evening entertainment ok day time activities ok but in fairness the guys worked super hard to entertain

A Wonderful Stay at Hotel Samos! I recently stayed at Hotel Samos and had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and beautifully maintained, with a relaxing atmosphere that made my vacation feel truly special. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and spotless, with a comfortable bed and a great balcony view. The amenities were top-notch, especially the pool area and the bar, which made for perfect lazy afternoons. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of options to suit every taste. Location-wise, Hotel Samos is ideal—just a short walk from the beach, shops, and nightlife, yet still peaceful enough to relax and unwind. I highly recommend Hotel Samos to anyone visiting the area. Whether you’re there to party, explore, or just relax, this hotel has something for everyone. I’ll definitely be back!

We stayed here for a late check out just for 6 hours (as we had a late evening flight) when the hotel we had been staying at was unable to allow us a late check out as they claimed the hotel was full to capacity despite being able to book a room for the same day on this site? We really wished we had booked Hotel Samos for the whole of our holiday as it was superb in every way, we couldn’t fault it. The staff were friendly, very accommodating and helpful, from the reception staff to the hospitality staff and the cleaners, the facilities were fab, the rooms were so clean and beds so comfy, the pool area was lovely with loads of sun beds, there was entertainment on every day and night. We didn’t have time to sample the food although for the 60 euros day rate we could have done. We would not hesitate to return to this true 4 star hotel. Well done Hotel Samos, you saved the day.

Couldn’t find anything at fault.

We recently stayed at Hotel Samos for two weeks, and we were thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. The hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways, especially with its excellent food and the variety of activities available throughout the day. Whether it was lounging by the pool, taking part in water aerobics, or enjoying the evening entertainment, there was always something to keep us engaged and entertained. The hotel’s animation team deserves special praise – they were incredibly friendly and energetic, making sure every guest felt included and had a great time. Their enthusiasm truly made our holiday unforgettable.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable space to relax after a day full of activities. However, we did notice that the shower could benefit from a bit of cosmetic refurbishment. This minor issue aside, everything else in the room was more than satisfactory.
