Another great stay in this lovely, friendly family run business. Everything in the general areas and the apartment were absolutely immaculate - including all the crockery in the well stocked kitchen. Spacious one bedroom apartment with 2 full bathrooms. Great location for the main area of Can Pastilla with an excellent supermarket and restaurant and bars all a short walk away.

Apartment was Comfortable and had everything you need. Very friendly staff and good location for the beach or buses to airport/Palma. Pool and pool area was clean and quiet with plenty of seats and loungers.

Some of the lights didn't work in our room , very thin walls and windows meaning a lot of noise from neighbouring apartments/balconies

We have visited here quite a few times in the last few years and we love the pleasant, leisurely and tranquil atmosphere. It is a characterful place especially the pool area which is lovely. This year we found the kitchen and master bedroom updated with an understated modern look and configuration, giving the apartment a nice refreshed look without detracting from the original authentic feel. It you are after an ultra modern hotel which is a duplicate of every other such place around the world then this is probably not the place to stay, but if you would like to stay somewhere with that authentic Spanish island feel with touches of modern convenience then you will love it; and like us probably come back year after year.

Nothing springs to mind as something we didn't like. The wifi was much more stable this year, and whilst it still has brief periods of drop out, likely due to user overload, it is better than most of the places we've stayed at in southern Europe; anyway put your device down and go out and absorb the culture you're on holiday for goodness sake ;)

The apartment complex was exceptionally clean with fantastic facilities. I stayed in a studio room with a balcony, the room had two single beds in it, a sofa, table and chairs, a small kitchen area, a bathroom and air conditioning. The beds were comfortable with nice pillows and clean bedding. The small kitchen consisted of a sink, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and plenty of plates, cups etc., the bathroom consisted of a bath with shower over it, toilet and bidet and sink. Although you would describe the room as basic it had everything you would need. In the reception area there was a bar that was open all day and served pizzas at lunchtime, free drinking water was available all day at the bar and a pool table was in the area also. The reception staff were welcoming, friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. Pool towels and water bottles were available at reception for a 10 euros deposit. Although the cleaners only came three set days in a week I found that was more than enough for our needs. The swimming pool area was immaculate and had plenty of sun beds and umbrellas, the pool was an L shape with one side deep for adult swimming and the other side shallower for children.

If I had to pick something that was lacking it was that there were not enough plug sockets in the room but we had an extension lead and that helped.

Great location, very clean and the staff was kind and helpful. The kitchen area had a stove , microwave, fridge , sink and all the kitchen utensils you would need. The apartment itself is a little small but that didn’t make it any less comfortable, the beds were very nice and the staff also give cots for children if needed. The bathroom has a nice large mirror and is spacious. The balcony is lovely with a table and 2 chairs to sit. You can smoke on the balcony. It also has a small retracting drying rack. There is also a tv in the room with a couple English channels. There is hidden parking right outside the apartments as well that is free , you’ll need to ask the staff to show you but it’s great if you rent a car. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Mallorca.

This place was fabulous in every sense of the word. Staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The facilities and provisions were top notch and they even allowed us to store baggage for our late flight without any additional costs. We were still able to use the facilities and wait in comfort too. The location is in walking distance to some wonderful restaurants (the Buttery is a must), public transport making it easy and quick to get into the city centre, and right next to a grocery store so we could cook if wanted. Would 100% recommend

The apartment and complex was really clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly! Me and my daughter LOVED the pool! It was so deep and we had lots of fun in it. There were lots of sun loungers available and the pool area was very pleasant. Its a great location so close to the airport and the beach and restaurants very close by. Thank you for a beautiful stay.

Our air conditioning was broken but as soon as I reported it it was fixed immediately- we were very greatful. The pool bar didn't offer any food - perhaps it does later in the season.

The apartment is located in a relatively quiet area, yet close to the seafront. It is well equipped, clean and bright, with a large balcony overlooking the garden/pool. The reception staff were always friendly and helpful, and the pool area was always clean. There are numerous shops and restaurants in the area, meaning that everything you need for a vacation is within easy reach.

There were two single beds placed next to each other, which had wheels, so although the mattresses were comfortable, it was difficult to sleep restfully.

Location is great, exceptionally clean, staff are accommodating, pool is located in a great place giving you a fabulous tan, all rooms are pool view..I think. Apartment had kettle, utensils, hob, hairdryer in bathroom etc and good iron on request, small tv in room which I think you could use a dongle in as no Netflix app etc, pool towels are available at a deposit and you can pay 1€ to get them replaced daily if needed, lovely unassuming Indian around the corner called honey, overall an excellent stay, pool bar and pizzas and lolli-ices available, also lovely shower room and luggage storage available

More variety of food available would have been great and Netflix compatible TVs, WiFi kept disconnecting everytime you left apartment, this may have been my device though.

Good value for money. Close to the sea and local restaurants. Supermarket 3 minutes walk from apartments. Great mattresses . Apartment sufficiently equipped for self catering if opting to do this. Very nice pool area. All rooms seemed to face the pool area and had balconies. Close to the airport but we were not disturbed by aircraft. Location offers busy seafront towards San Arenal and coastal walk towards Palma. Bus stop 3 minutes walk away on number 35 takes you to Palma.

All was great.
