We haved room with the sea view and the sea view was amazing! We also have half board and all food was delicious. Every dinner haved different theme, so the food was different every evening. Staff was complement and very helpful. Hotel was clean and direction was great, end or start on the platja de la palma. Car rent from the reception went also great and we get our car just from the hotel parking lot when we left it too.

Any drinks not includes on dinner, not even water.

The whole experience at El Cid was great. Friendly and helpful staff, fantastic sea view room with balcony with the option for daily room cleaning, the food options at dinner were great and the drinks were reasonably priced too. We stayed at the end of October which was the perfect level of busy/quiet in the hotel and resort in general with great weather.

Perfect location directly on the beach, nice view from "seaview" room, perfect bus connection to the Palma city centre, bike rental offices and bike storage room right in the hotel, many bars and restaurants nearby.

The wellness area is relatively modest, the sauna and turkish bath are intended for couples at most and must be booked in advance, the indoor pool is also relatively small and not too warm. But fitness area look very good.

The hotel is wonderful, peaceful with beautiful sea view. The room is very clean and comfortable. All the staffs are very helpful and friendly. The dinner buffet is very good and the menu changes daily. The hotel location is very convenient, only 8 minutes from the airport by taxi and 15 minutes to Palma city. There are many supermarkets around and especially a very delicious ice cream shop with reasonable prices.

The buffet breakfast menu is the same everyday, it is a little boring for a long term stay. We stayed for 4 days on May to avoid crowds in summer. The weather was around 22-24 C so the beach is still so cold. The only choice for us to swim is the indoor pool, but sadly it isn’t heated. We couldn’t swim for the whole time. That is the only regret of us.

THB El Cid – Adults Only is a wonderful beachfront hotel that offers peace, comfort, and amazing sea views. My room was bright, modern, and very clean, with a balcony facing the ocean — a perfect spot to relax. The hotel has two beautiful pools, a great outdoor lounge area, and direct access to the promenade and beach. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. It’s an ideal place for a quiet, adults-only holiday close to Palma and the airport. I would definitely return!

I really enjoyed how organized and clean everything was. The hotel had a relaxing vibe, and it was great to have both quiet areas and evening entertainment like live music. The location was perfect for exploring and also for just relaxing by the pool. The service felt personal and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I really liked the amazing sea view from our room, the variety of food at dinner, and the friendly staff — especially Beatriz at the reception.

Drinks during dinner were not included, even soft drinks or water had to be paid for.

I recently stayed at THB El Cid during my vacation in Palma de Mallorca and had a good experience. The location of the hotel is very nice, situated just a few steps away from the beach and surrounded by several restaurants and shops. The room itself is spacious, clean, with all the necessary amenities. One of the things I loved most about was the beautiful view to the Mediterranean, even if it was a lateral room. I bet the ones that are in front of the sea get a stunning sea view. In addition, the pool area was beautiful, with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas for shade and overlooking the sea. Overall, I recommend THB El Cid to anyone visiting Palma de Mallorca.

Staff were so friendly and the lady at reception could not have been nicer or more helpful. Food at the buffet for breakfast and dinner was fab, really good value for money and lots of choice. Lovely sitting by the pool area looking out to sea with a cocktail for a bit of winter sun escape. Lovely little town, easy to get to from the airport. Only downside for us was the indoor pool was freezing and you have to pre book the saunas and steam so we didn’t get to use them. Lovely room, lovely balcony and view and would def go back.

Just that the indoor pool was too cold and not just being able to use the sauna and steam room.

Had breakfast only option, but there is plenty of choice to have, location was perfect for us, lovely n quiet right by the sea. Staff are brilliant most the time i didnt even have to go the bar as staff would take your order and bring it to you. Room was cleaned every day too!, we had a sea view room which was amazing view, i would definitely stop again! Keep doing what your doing!

Indoor pool wasnt heated as stated, that is the only bad thing i can honestly say as this hotel is brilliant!

Very well located - super close to the airport and very handy connection to Palma City Centre by local bus. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.

Not really related to the property itself but it was very annoying seeing guest “reserving” sunbeds very early in the day and then disappearing for hours. The hotel has a policy against it - we complained once and the staff took action. But this policy should be more enforced
