Our cottage room. View from bar/restaurant. Relaxed feel.

Did not refresh towels daily. The service was extremely efficient but completely lacked warmth. Many examples invluding that we had our honeymoon here 20 years ago, not acknowledged in any way and as we checked out, zero discussion or wishing us a good day/journey . No parking. We will not be returning!

The staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival. They reception team were helpful. The food was lovely and the view from the restaurant was beautiful, you can see why the venue is popular to outside guests. The gardens were charming and well cared for. The overall feel of the place is warm and pleasing.

It was irritating having to book every meal, except breakfast in advance. I think there are probably better ways on encouraging people to move around the hotel on foot. But this problem comes about because the hotel runs alongside the coast. So people walking through the eating area is inevitable. I also think the water bottles were too small in volume. When it's hot you want a full 2lt bottle in your room, not lots of small ones.

The hotel location was nice, private and in a quiet neighborhood without the large tourist hotels or other "event-locations". If you look for a quiet, ok quality Hotel with a nice outside breakfast terrace, this Hotel is a recommendation.

We had a Bungalow. It was smaller than the photo's indicated. It was right at the waterline, but the See was not visible from the terrace or room when you sit on a chair due to the fence and bushes in front of it. So, the "premium" in terms of room and view wasn't really premium. I think a standard room would have done it as well. The breakfast was good, not exciting but ok. There is clearly room for improvement on the selection of bread, freshness, and the availability until the end of the breakfast hours. The Coffee also has potential.

The location and property were outstanding. The restaurant was excellent, with the generous morning buffet and menu option and fine dining for lunch and dinner with the best views and ambiance. The staff was kind and helpful.

The room did not match the quality of the hotel overall but was adequate with comfortable bedding. The balcony view was nice. Robes and water were provided, but no in-room coffee maker.

The hotel location is excellent. The staff were fabulous. The meals were very good. Breakfast and dinner seating is excellent. The hotel is south facing so gets sun the whole day. The air conditioning in our room was quiet and efficient. We really enjoyed our stay.

Would have liked a softer bed but that is just preference rather than a fault.

The balcony was huge with views to the sea and double aspect, with beds and table / chairs. the service was brilliant, the food excellent. The breakfast was included, continental and cooked to order. The location was fantastic, very quiet but there is a beach 10 minutes wallk and a small town about 15 minutes walk. If you are no physically fit you would need a car as the roads are quite hilly. Taxis are convenient, bus service form the town to Palma.

It would have been nice to have tea and coffee making in the room. The bed was a bit hard. It could be noisy on an evening but mainly staff talking in the lobby as our room was just at the top of the landing (room 109)

First class hotel which is a bit undersold by its Booking.com entry. Room in the new block was large, clean and very nice. Staff were excellent. Mixture of younger and older staff but all were extremely polite, service rapid and food was outstanding. View from poole area and dinner first class. Traditional hotel meets new.

Would have been nice to have a gym

amazing food and first class service in the restaurant, the restaurant manger is amazing! the view is perfect from the restaurant to. hotel is a bit tired and shabby, needs some attention but still a lovely place to stay

needs an outdoor shower for when you come out of the sea, sunbeds by the sea are not good at all very poor. rooms need decorating.

The hotel is set in a great location, with our suite overlooking the sea. The food and customer service was excellent. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nothing to fault, apart from other people leaving towels on sun beds (near the sea) to reserve them. There were enough sun beds by the pool though.

This hotel has such authentic Mallorcan atmosphere. It's classical. It's relaxing. It's private. It's romantic. You have a wonderful seaview from any point, our favourite were outside lounge and restaurant and from the terrace of the room. Garden rooms are huge plus, you get the feeling of living in a cute finca, right on the seaside and we could listen to the waves hitting rocks downstairs while laying in bed.

We really enjoyed our stay.
