The property offers a wide range of amenities, including two swimming pools—one for families and another exclusively for adults. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options, while the dinner service impressed with a changing menu each day, featuring meat, seafood, and vegan dishes. The staff is friendly and fluent in English, enhancing the overall experience.

The layout of our room was quite unusual. As soon as you enter, the first thing you see is the bathroom, which is connected to the room without any separation. The closet was small, and instead of a door, it had chains, making it uncomfortable to hang or retrieve clothes. The parking was not included in the price and you also need a deposit of 30eur for the controller of the barrier.

The location was perfect! Not too far from the airport but far enough not to be bothered by the planes. My room location was simply perfect - top of the hotel with view to the sea... exquisite! and enough for one person. The hotel had buffet with various food and diet requirement like vegan and gluten free (but choices were very limited). They have 2 swimming pools - one for general public and the other for adult only, so you can be far away from all unwanted noises. And they even have a tiny beach were you can go swimming out in the sea! For lunch they have a restaurant beside the main swimming pool and you could sit there to grab some food, and a small bar to order your cocktails. You can be billed on your room or pay as you go. I tried few SPA treatments and I would recommend to do the body exfoliant one... if you wish to have an amazing tan by the end of your holidays! The staff was very friendly and even helped me with my Spanish! On top of the hotel facilities, you have services like a hairdresser, a small boutique, even a scuba club! And few little convenience stores and shops are present around. I would go back there!

When you arrive, you need to make sure that you ask for credit on your room if you intend to pay that way during your stay. I found myself asking twice to increase that credit thinking it was a given that I will pay at check out. The way to Palma is a bit far and take 35 mins by bus. If you are usually using an app for taxi like FreeNow or Uber... forget about them! You kind of need to rely on the hotel staff to get you one.

Everything was fantastic from the moment of arrival. We received a glass of cava and a hot towel and our bags were dropped to our room for us. The was also a bottle of cava in the room for us on arrival which was a lovely touch. The staff in the hotel were all so lovely and helpful with any questions we had. The breakfast buffet is great so much to choose from!! We will definitely be back next year!!

Reception staff not welcoming. As we arrived at 22:00 the receptionist saw us coming across the hall, then ignored us and went to speak to her colleague. Restaurant staff friendly but seem lacking in direction.

Lovely room. Comfortable, spacious and lovely sea view. Bus service to Palma and around was easy and very convenient.

The only food choice in the evenings was buffet style, quite expensive for our preferred personal way of enjoying food. The spa facilities were somewhat limited.

Hotel was very stylish from the outset. Rooms were nicely decorated and was exactly as described with wonderful sea view. Food was very nice and I was catered for with a gluten free diet. The bus stop right outside the hotel was very convenient for going into Palma and the reception staff were helpful with info on times etc.

The room only had 2 plug sockets for everything, so by the time you plugged the kettle in or the lamp or hairdryer, there was nowhere to charge phones. No sockets next to the bed at all. On one day (only once), the cups weren't cleaned and coffee etc not topped up, and towels weren't replaced. The bar prices were pretty steep compared to other hotels we have stayed in.

This is by far the best hotel we've been so far, and we are coming back a second year in a row, we will almost surely repeat the next one again (if this planet still exists then). We do recommend the months with more moderate temperatures where both the staff and the people are more relaxed, and not as beaten by the heat. The small gulf is so serene, and they did something from last year till now, because now the boats are no longer smelling of oil and fuels, and the water is really clear with lots of small passages of fish to look at. We've been in the quiet part of the hotel (that is not facing the pool) and we were actually in the same room we've been accommodated in last year (we've asked, and they just delivered!) The staff feels like a bigger family, many of the people we've seen last year remember my wife was pregnant, and were so happy to see that we are now three this year. We will surely be missing the phenomenal breakfasts, the v60 coffee and the piano nights in the lobby bar. Till next year.

This is surely not because of the hotel, and they probably cannot do anything about it, but will leave it here just in case. The Palma airport is perhaps one of the most overloaded air hubs in Europe, so there's the constant distant background roar of airplanes taking off, but this is mostly because the hotel is in such a quiet place.

Amazing hotel for its money! I loved beautiful fresh made room with a great view! Excellent staff and cleaning, wonderful spa zone and gym zone with a good machines! Breakfasts were wonderful and rich! Also if you want to walk or go outside, just near the hotel bus stop, from where you can go the center of Palma. I also tried massage in spa of the hotel! It was great! I don’t remember the name of the girl, but I know that she works Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays! I loved my time here a lot! The only things like disadvantage- is that I heard all the sounds from another near rooms. This is a little bit not comfortable. But all in all- the owners really pays attention on their hotel and I felt it! Can recommend with all my heart this place! ❤️

This is an incredible hotel, at least in October when it is not that crowded. It is large, but it seems personal. The rooms (we had two connected rooms) are convenient and clean. Bathrooms really ok, champagne on the room. A great pool and a nice pool-area, a small step to the sea and just about 5-700 meters to a nice beach (really nice in the afternoon). You need some walking to the restaurants, but Sorrento just over the street is great. And Cibus pizza is the best! Easy to take catch a bus or a taxi to where you want. Minigolf available. Perfect for families. Breakfast great!

The internet is unstable, made it difficult to work.

Breakfast was too good. They have so many varieties from bakery items, hot food, lots of desserts and even champagne. Sauna is very good. Indoor pool and Jacuzzi were warm. Outdoor pool area looks beautiful and they have plenty of chairs to sit. They even surprised us with a champagne in our room on my birthday and I would like to thank the hotel management for that gesture and extra effort. Lobby was spacious and their bar overlooked the sea. They gave us all a small bottle of water when we checked out very early in the morning and we liked that small kindness. Bus stop is right in front of the hotel and the bus service frequency is too good.

Sink is in the main way of the room separate from the toilet and that makes the room bit wet. Outdoor pool water was cool and there was no vibe in the outdoor pool area..May be its still not their peak season. Pool bar was lacking entertainment like music and not many people seem to be accessing that bar. Spa is not included in the price, therefore all spa services carry a cost if you want to utilise that service. There are not many restaurants near that place and one of the restaurants we went nearby was too expensive.
