I have stayed here before and also one of their hotels in close approximately, you can use all 3 of the hotels. This one is my favorite, it's stunning! Relaxing, the staff are superb and you feel really well looked after and spoilt. Close enough to Palma to jump in a taxi too and 15 mins from the airport. Views from the hotel are to die for. Breakfast is lovely and plentiful. Even have cava and bloody Mary stations!

Wouldn't ever put me off returning, beds a little hard. And would just be an added bonus if the menu at the restaurant had lighter bites/tapas especially for during the day. We had a steak and burger one time and were absolutely delicious! But just an opinion for lighter snacks would go down great 😃

We really enjoyed our stay and I’d stay again. If you are looking for a brand new place this isn’t it. It’s showing the tiniest bit of age but I’m 50 and so am I. Doesn’t mean we aren’t still great. The beds were so comfy. Great to be able to pay for parking. Right on a lovely beach. The pool is lovely. We paid the bit extra for the breakfast and it was good. My only complaint is I wish there was a full length mirror ( one out in the hall I used ) and there is no where to plug in a curling iron by a mirror. The bathroom isn’t actually a bathroom. It’s a shower with a glass wall that is part of the room but tucked around the corner. The toilet was in a seperate area but with a glass door that doesn’t quite close without a gap. Just something to know if you are fussy. We absolutely loved Mallorca. *we rented a car from Avance Car rentals and I can’t say enough good about them. We paid €40 a day for a little Fiat and that included insurance. There was no deposit taken on our credit card ( some companies hold €4000 for weeks so be careful) I heard about them on TikTok. Nicest guys and I highly recommend!

Location was perfect and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast set up is great and being right on the beach and having the option of pool or beach, so close to Palma, was perfect for us

The strange situation with the glass partition for the toilet. Luckily I was sharing with my sister but wouldn't want to share with many people. The room was quite tired and there was a serious lack of mirrors for getting ready. I think the quality of the room lets the hotel down (although the bed and bedding was very comfortable). The staff, location and breakfast get 10/10 but rooms need a spruce up

Location was great. Staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was more than we expected and delicious.

My room did not have a great view. The view was blocked by trees right outside our balcony, didn’t get to use the balcony much. The beach towel policy was really strange, I don’t know why they didn’t offer towels at the pool. You had to go to the front desk to request towels every time you wanted a new one. Also our room did not have the “beach bag” that apparently every other room had.

Location is great, facing the beach, so lovely sea views from the hotel, bar, restaurant and pool area. We had live music at breakfast, guitarist and flute, which was so lovely mixed with the sounds of the sea.

Rooms are a little tired, but comfortable. We paid extra for a sea view room, but our balcony was permanently in the shade, which was a shame. not a nice role if you don’t like it. Beach is a public beach, so was very busy and noisy on weekends. Staff a little slow to tidy public areas, some mornings the pool area still had rubbish and glasses left from previous day.

The rooms are cleaned very early and it's very loud - at 7-8am you can hear the rooms being vacuumed and even the entire ceiling creaking... there's not much space to put your suitcase, the wardrobe is hard to close, there was no trash can in the toilet, and the bathroom too.

Location on the beach, breakfast very good. Older style character of the hotel and the fact it was low rise.

The threadbare bathroom mat, the toilet door that opened inwards to the toilet, which made it awkward to get in and out of.

Nice location, near Palma and on a beach. Bed fine bathroom fine. Staff super responsive. Buffet very nice. Several staff were absolute sweethearts.

Was a bit off season so not many amenities open. Like most of Majorca frequented by very elderly German groups many of whom shout to eachother in the corridors. Bless them. There are these huge speaker systems in the rooms, but as the sound insulation isn’t great they can’t really be used - seems redundant. Attracts an older crowd. People seem to come here year after year.

Great location; parking on site limited and costs extra, but worth it! Quiet and peaceful location right in front of a beautiful beach.

Staff in the restaurant hardly spoke English, which was inconvenient at times. Only twin beds option in the room type we had, while we asked for a double bed which we were told is not available.

The location is really amazing, in front of the beach, direct access to the sand, nice views and also ok to park (In october). The breakfast was also really good and had an amazing view, a big variety, fresh omelet, local products. The beds we very comfortable and staff super nice.

Not really that I did not liked but some things could be improved: the layout of the room make you no space to open your luggage unless is on the middle of the way. no trashcan in the toilet - I picked up the one from the room and put it there. No place to hang the hand towels, just a little hook would already help instead of leaving them on top of the sink.
