Bus stop and a small cala right next to the property, the restraunt Bruno which is in the hotel is 10/10.

The pool was closed but that is probably because it was April, also no mention of the wakeboard/kayak that supposedly was part of the deal (but we didn’t enquire, so maybe if you do it might be available)

The view is amazing, it‘s directly at the harbour. The room got cleaned daily and it was a very tidy place in general.

We would have really appreciated two small chairs on the balcony because there was no option for sitting comfortably on the balcony itself. Anything else was great.

The location was ideal and is next to the bus stop which takes you. either into the city or out to the beach. There is a playpark opposite the residence, water sports within the complex and an out door pool. Kayaking nad paddleboarding was included in our package. There is a small beach next to the residence. The room is adequate in size with a TV, small fridge and balcony which overlooked the harbour and had two chairs and a table. There was a communal room to sit in and a number of eateries close by. The staff on reception Karin and Sonia were super helpful and friendly.

Occasional noise from the corridor from other residents which could be improved with better door insulation. The bathroom was compact. There was no kettle in the room or laundry facilities in the residence although there was a laundrette 100m up the street.

What a lovely location, tugged against the idyllic Port Calanova. Staying here will give you a very included experience of life in port. The rooms are very clean and very comfortable. Dinner in the restaurant on the groundfloor (with direct port access) is superb. Great quality. Breakfast is served in the top bar and lovely as well. Croissants, juices, coffees, toasts, yoghurts, all you need. Should you be looking to bunker on egg dishes, you won't find those, but with all that's available, you'll be fine without. Beware you early risers , breakfast only starts at 08:00, if you're here on business, that might be a bit late. Since the hotel is mostly catered for watersporters, that doesn't have to be an issue. All such activities are right at your doorstep.

The property was quiet with a lot of sunbeds available at the pool every single day. The restaurants did good food but were expensive. The beds were very comfy and made each day. The location was good with a variety of places to eat.

There was never anybody on reception. You had to use a phone to call somebody who would only come down if they felt it was necessary. This made things like booking taxis for airport and a wedding we had difficult and there was a lack of support from staff due to no one ever being there. The rooms were cleaned, however our bin was left overflowing on a couple of occasions.

Location is great, Bus station right in front of the place and the views are great

Limited amenities in the bathroom and even though it was empty why was I given the accessible room? Was a bit weird to me

Wonderful location with a fabulous pool, views and activities!! The free daily paddle boarding and kayak hire was an added bonus! Loads of wonderful restaurants (including Bruno’s downstairs which served the best paella!!) within walking distance, a bus service right outside the door and supermarket just up the road- a perfect holiday destination!!

One of the nights was pretty noisy with furniture moving from restaurant upstairs was tricky to get to sleep. The air on was also a bit temperamental.

It was my second time staying here. The location was perfect. I would definitely come back for my annual Spartan race.

Was a lovely room with a nice sea view! The bed was so comfortable and spacious and there were also extra blankets which we used as it did get cold during the night. The room was cosy and clean, the only issue with the accommodation was the really thin walls, you could hear everything from the other rooms, for example just talking we could hear it very clearly. Late at night we heard people coming back late and being loud which disrupted our sleep but it didn’t last long luckily but I wouldn’t be concerned during the busy season how loud it would get.

The restaurant is right above the rooms, so when they are moving tables by dragging them across the floor, it’s really loud. Happened quite often during our stay as they had banquets and gets frustrating after a while. First night of our stay was pretty cold and the heating function was turned off for the “summer mode”. By turning the blowing at the AC off completely, the temperature was a lot better
