The location is in a less busy, more scenic and affluent part, yet near Palma. Excellent small scenic beaches around. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were abundant (if a little samey), complete with a wonderful view of the sea. The pool was nice & well maintained. We found this good value for money, and would recommend it highly, despite the small glitches.

We may have taken a bit of bad luck but our room got a leak, dripping onto our bed - the staff were quick to resolve this, offering us free parking as compensation. The complementary drinking water tank was empty at times, and the carpet on the hotel's stairs seemed rather dirty.

The whole territory is beautifully organised , with trees and flowers outside— really pleasant to look at. Both pools are comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful! The breakfast is nice as for hotel breakfast:) bus stop is right across the street, and that one bus takes you almost everywhere! I really enjoyed staying at Bonanza.

Staff at the pool bar has to be wearing a uniform even in +38C, and it is a long sleeved shirt with long black pants (definitely non-breathable polyester!!). This is cruel!! And they are looking at people chilling at the pool while suffering from heat themselves. The only thing they have is two small fans which actually don’t help much in such temperatures. Please let them wear something else!! Same goes for all other staff. You have to take into account the severity of weather conditions when setting uniform standards.

Amazing!!! Breakfast is crazy good, from eggs to pancakes, fruits, juices etc. Staff is extra helpful and friendly, cleaning ladies are friendly and kind. Everyday new towels for beach and in bathroom. Beds are comfy, view is amazing. Tennis grounds and mini golf... Staff at breakfast very hard working as well. Location is perfect if u have a car, every important destination is reachable through highway which is 3 mins from hotel. If u dont have a car, there is a bus station in front of the hotel and the bus drives very often. I am strongly recommending this hotel, perfect for couples, families...

Coffee at breakfast could be better.

It was a week holiday for me and my husband. A good experience, the hotel is good with a perfect service all the staff is at your service and smiling all the time a special thank you Stefano 👍 the receptionist who we saw the first day we arrived he was really nice and helpful as well as carolina 😘 the bar waitress a hard working and joyful lady. The breakfast was taken at the hotel it self a good variety , nice and clean. They have two swimming pool enough sunbeds and towels with a bar where you can have lunch, snacks and drinks. Where as dinner is across the road at bonanza playa hotel, the restaurant has a nice view on the sea with a good service and a very big choice of food. The beach is not that easy to access for families with kids as it's a beach with rocks no sand but different nice little sand beaches at walking distance. 

The negative point if I have to tell you about one is the cleaning which we feel that it has been done very quickly could be done better.

The breakfast was amazing – one of the best I’ve had! The pool was great, everything was very clean, and the hotel offers good value for money. Even though it’s not in the center, the neighborhood was nice and quiet.

The furniture and bathroom could use a bit of modernizing, but it didn’t affect the overall comfort of the stay.

The hotel was lovely , the staff were so very friendly and helpful, the buffet breakfast was very nice with a big variety to choose from ,, the bus stops right outside and goes to Palma about 20mins away . The beaches are very close just a short walk down the hill . The pool area was very nice and the bar restaurant beside the pool was lovely . The sister hotel is across the road and they serve a buffet dinner every night , I don't normally like buffer style but this was excellent with chefs cooking fresh at their stations, there was a wide variety too In the lobby you can have drinks while listening to the piano player There is a lovely grill style restaurant beside the hotel called Sorento which I would highly recommend. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a quiet area to relax, there is not a lot goimg on in the town of Llletas but the beaches surrounding the hotel are stunning and Palma is close too .

Was a little disappointed the key for the courtesy room could not be found , I was happy to hear I could avail of this as my flight was in the evening so as a result I had to take a quick shower by the pool which wasn't ideal . Hopefully the staff can figure out which key opens the courtesy room .otherwise everything was perfect 🥰

Everything. Good location, 10min walk to the beach. Amazing breakfast and we had an amazing room with a seaview. Definitely worth upgrading. Amazing quality for price.

There were teeny tiny ants in the bathroom. But wasn't big deal for me, considering all the good sides

Air con in the room was not great. shower was inconsistent in heat. Would be cold and then would burn your skin without even touching the temperature tap.

Staff is very kind, helpful and supportive. Special thanks to Bianca from service. Seeing her smiling and welcoming every morning was very nice. The girl from the spa very kind and helpful as well. Breakfast options very good !

My room and terrace, the view, location and breakfast were just perfect! I was enjoying fantastic sunrises straight from my bed. I was using public transport, which is also super convenient: the bus stop is just next to the hotel. Staff is friendly and ready to help. All in all- this hotel is highly recommended, and I hope to come back here one day.

Well, the online check in doesn't work properly. Would be great either to improve it, or just simply refuse this idea.
