The location of the property is amazing and very convenient as is in the centre of Palma and only 1 minute walk from the bus station . Also is maximum 5 minutes walk a lot of nice restaurants, bars , supermarket and local shops. In a distance of 10 minutes on foot is also the beach of Palma.

I don’t have anything bad to say for the hotel , as the staff Alex, Lucas, Diego and Susi were the most polite , kind and helpful people we have met ever , always smiling and helping us to find all the places we wanted to visit! The hotel was also very clean , with an amazing view, a very nice pool and outdoor area to chill. The biggest surprise was when we arrived we were informed that water, beer and sangria were included unlimited in the price! We will definitely visit next summer again and is a top recommendation for everyone who want to visit Palma. 10/10 is not enough!!

This place was fab - very relaxing, stress free with amazing staff. Everyone was super helpful and friendly, especially Rodrigo - providing recommendations, free beer, towels for the pool and whatever we needed. Studio was great - spacious, fab decor and had everything needed. Location - easy bus trip to Palma but plenty of food and drinks options and beach all in walking distance. Thank you all for our enjoyable stay, highly recommend and hopefully will be back again soon.

Everything was fabulous - only recommendation would be a full length mirror in the room for getting ready.

We had a junior suite and it was comfortable enough. A decent size room with ample storage, good bathroom and small balcony. Very minimal kitchen equipment. The pool was nice with a few sun lounges. What really made this a great stay was the exceptional staff, always saying hello and having a chat, providing us with complimentary drinks as there were renovations happening while we were there.

The hotel has a nice common area, drinks and decent pool terrace. They have late check out. There are many board games in the common area in the lobby for you to enjoy nice times with friends and family. The staff is generally nice. Rodrigo went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome! It is located 10min away from the beach and there are really nice restaurants around. We are definitely coming back!

Our stay was amazing! We had a big room, that was clean and had everything we needed. Incredible location, close to nice beaches in the area. Rodrigo was fantastic, he helped with recommendations, booking our taxis and always there with a smile! Really really recommend trying Hotel Lis if you want to be close to Calla Major and Playa ses Illetas! Great place to stay

It was very clean, close to the Cala Major, well connected with Palma by bus. It was very peaceful and the bed was so comfortable, better than some serious 5star hotels. The kitchen has everything you need, the appliances are brand new, bathroom also clean, new. It was a very nice stay. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again if I ever come back to Mallorca. :)

Good location, quiet (behind the Main Street), 30 min away from Palma, 8 min from the good beach. Staff are amazing, very polite and cool!

Be ready to buy some of the kitchenware if you want to cook at home Be ready to listen to the midnight noise (music, celebrations, etc) from the neighbours from below or above floors.

Quirky, comfortable, very friendly and kind staff. Coffee , water, glass of wine and beer available all the time for free! Our airport taxi was after checkout so gave us a room to shower after the beach and leave our bags. Close to 2 beaches, bus to Palma, supermarket and good cafes -Scratch does good tapas, Sodapop amazing goats cheese open sandwich platter. Would certainly stay there again.

Had to go through bedroom to get to bathroom

The staff were incredible and even gave us a room for the whole day free of charge. Free water and wine. Staff could not do enough for us. Location was fantastic. We will definitely return. All staff were lovely. Thank you ! 🙏
