Lovely pool areas and grounds. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

The only issue was that there was nowhere for a cheaper snack at lunchtime. The pool cafe was quite formal and would do really well if it served simple salads and pizzas.

Spotlessly clean. Excellent staff, all very helpful and extremely helpful. Nice quiet pool area with plenty sunbeds. Everywhere very well kept even though some areas look like they’re being done up (spa).

Slightly far out. Had to taxi to restaurants, shops etc as nothing close by. Not an issue but would be nice to be able to walk to a restaurant, bar or shop. Breakfast was poor, could be better choice. Chef at breakfast blew her nose on a piece of kitchen roll then proceeded to scrunch it up and turn it over to clean the hot plate she was using to cook eggs. Absolutely disgusting and in full view of guests. Needless to say we avoided anything cooked that morning she was on. Heard her chatting to a couple of guests and informed them she’d just been off ill.

They take a 60 euro deposit extra for each day, not necessary and you receive it firstly days after you left the hotel!

We had a truly lovely holiday at GPRO Valparaiso Palace & Spa. The location was perfect—peaceful yet close enough to explore the vibrant city and nearby beaches like Playa Cala Nova. The views from the hotel were stunning, and the atmosphere felt both relaxing and luxurious. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the facilities were excellent. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with great lighting and a calming ambiance. Everything was clean and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. We especially appreciated how romantic the setting was—it’s definitely a place we’d recommend for couples looking to unwind. Overall, it exceeded our expectations and gave us a beautiful base for exploring Palma.

While our stay was overall superb, a few small details could have made it even more comfortable. We were a party of three, but the room was only set up with two chairs and two cups, which felt a bit overlooked. On arrival, there was just one bottle of water provided, and the coffee pods weren’t refilled during our stay. These may seem minor, but attention to detail really makes a difference in a luxury setting. A little more consistency in room amenities would have elevated the experience.

The pool furniture needs replacing. Sun bed cushions are dirty and left out over night. Very few sun umbrellas. Pool restaurant menu is awful. No snacks only full meals. Everybody we saw walked away without ordering or asked if they was a different menu. People just want a snack/ club sandwich etc.

We really enjoyed our stay and there were many highlights. The set of swimming pools is fantastic! We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was excellent — we love seafood, and every dish we ordered was absolutely delicious. The location is also great; we could walk to nearby restaurants and a cozy shopping center, and the bus stop was close by, which made getting around easy when we didn’t feel like taking a taxi.

The pool bar staff were wonderfully friendly, though it was a little inconvenient that the ordering app wasn’t working, as it meant walking to the bar each time for drinks. As a regular gym user, it would be great if access could be made easier — currently a spa team member needs to unlock the door, which can be tricky during busy spa times and means disturbing both staff and guests. In the bathroom, the shower head had low pressure and the temperature fluctuated between very hot and very cold. Finally, replacing the coffee capsules in the room would be a lovely touch, especially for guests who enjoy an early morning coffee.

Breakfast times was good. Best cup of tea I have ever had abroad. Lovely selection of fruit, pastries meats and cheese and all things for a fried breakfast if you wanted. The sun beds were so comfortable and plenty of them. 2 beautiful pools. Staff were very kind and helpful.

This hotel doesn’t have a proper bar. There is the pool bar, this shuts at 7. And the restaurant is the bar. So if you just want a drink before going out, you sit at a table ready for dinner. Not really a relaxing drink before or after an evening out. Needs a relaxing space to chill.

For a five star hotel not even a bottle of water in the room….we also had a late flight so check out was at 12pm but we where told we could use the spa facilities to freshen up before our flight this was a disaster as the spa changing room is like a sauna and when trying to dry your hair the hair dryer kept cutting out as it was too hot….and then my hair that was dry started getting wet again from sweat as it was so hot in this small changing room…..apart from that it was amazing

It was very aesthetically pleasing, nice and clean.

The pool outside next to the restaurant bar was closed due to construction. When asked when it would be available to sit at they said 2:30 that day and it wasn’t available at all.
