Lovely pool areas and grounds. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

The only issue was that there was nowhere for a cheaper snack at lunchtime. The pool cafe was quite formal and would do really well if it served simple salads and pizzas.

Spotlessly clean. Excellent staff, all very helpful and extremely helpful. Nice quiet pool area with plenty sunbeds. Everywhere very well kept even though some areas look like they’re being done up (spa).

Slightly far out. Had to taxi to restaurants, shops etc as nothing close by. Not an issue but would be nice to be able to walk to a restaurant, bar or shop. Breakfast was poor, could be better choice. Chef at breakfast blew her nose on a piece of kitchen roll then proceeded to scrunch it up and turn it over to clean the hot plate she was using to cook eggs. Absolutely disgusting and in full view of guests. Needless to say we avoided anything cooked that morning she was on. Heard her chatting to a couple of guests and informed them she’d just been off ill.

The pool furniture needs replacing. Sun bed cushions are dirty and left out over night. Very few sun umbrellas. Pool restaurant menu is awful. No snacks only full meals. Everybody we saw walked away without ordering or asked if they was a different menu. People just want a snack/ club sandwich etc.

It was very aesthetically pleasing, nice and clean.

The pool outside next to the restaurant bar was closed due to construction. When asked when it would be available to sit at they said 2:30 that day and it wasn’t available at all.

Very nice hotel in a quiet area of Palma with a fabulous view over the port and the bay of Palma. The garden and the pool area are very spacious. And the pools are huge. It takes you about 40 minutes by foot into city centre and keeps you fit. A bus stop is in front of the hotel.

The service was good to excellent throughout the entire hotel, with one exception: The pool bar. They were veeery slow, not once but every time we visited during our one week stay. The selection of vegetarian and vegan food is rather limited in the restaurants (and pool bar). Naturally not a problem at the breakfast buffet. Ask for a room with two beds: The double bed is rather slim.

The hotel was superb, the staff were exceptional in all areas of the hotel and couldn’t be any more accommodating, polite and friendly! The hotel was spotless and upon leaving the hotel to go out for the evening turn down staff went back in to re set the room which was a nice touch! Breakfast is delicious and the pool / spa areas were equally great!

There was a limited lunch menu and it felt more ‘dinner’ inclined, which isn’t necessarily what you’d want to eat when around the pool. I think the restaurants and pool restaurant would be busier if they had a lighter option which was more accommodating and price aware.

This is a lovely hotel, but very hard to access the town unless you pay for taxi's. We loved the pool area and gardens best of all.

Unfortunately the first room we were allocated didn't meet our expectations at all, and after having to complain we were moved to a much nicer room. It does make you wonder why that didn't happen in the first place. Had a very poor and cold room service meal, still awaiting a refund.

The Valparaiso was easy to find and for us was near to Palma but in a quiet residential area. The view from our room took in the marina which gave us a change of scenery each day. Our room was very clean, towels changed every day, the bed was changed half way through the week, Our choice. The two pools were great. We used the top pool mainly as there were fewer children. The bottom pool was warmer and more shallow, perfect for children. I caught a tan even under the lovely sailcloth sunshades Breakfast was a very high quality. Plenty of choice without being too much which can be wasteful. The staff were efficient and friendly. Edouardo recommended a restaurant in Palma which was delicious. We caught the bus into Palma each day, buying a travel card which gave 10 rides for €15. Buses outside the hotel or down on the main road

We had to pay to eat breakfast €20 pppd. Which irked at first but it was delicious.
