Lovely room and comfortable bed overlooking the cathedral and harbour was fabulous. But in truth, you need to upgrade to a refurbished room or it’s all very outdated and that makes it a very expensive stay. The staff and breakfast was splendid and made it very nice. We upgraded to the Red Level package which was okay but the food offerings were poor.

Needs a lot more refurbishment.

Wonderful staff-all 14 days I spent there.Helpful,friendly,courteous.The huge outdoor terrace and dining rooms that look out over the harbor and the huge saltwater swimming pool -are the star attractions of this hotel. Taxis are a major problem during summer months in Mallorca,especially when 5 cruise ships unload 20,000 passengers several times a week.But this hotel had a system in place that made taxi availability simple and quick. Hotel interior is attractive.Exterior is a bit ugly. All the taxi drivers told me this hotel was the best in Palma.

Breakfast was acceptable but falls beneath 5-star standards.For example cheap,low quality cereals come in small airplane food -sized packages.They need to offer higher quality products for nutritionally conscious travelers. (I did appreciate the availability of soy milk,however).Restaurant staff was consistently cheerful. Great cappuccino. Air con in my room very weak,practically non-existent One of the advantages of this hotel is its position smack in the middle of the vibrant street life on the Promenade,aka "Paseo Maritime". Unfortunately the Paseo is all torn up due to major roadwork taking place-and most restaurants and cafes are shut down because of it.When it's finished in a year or two I'm sure it'll look even better than before.

Distance from the town and the roadworks outside. I hadn't realised how loud they would be and obstructive . Not the hotels fault. I just would have preferred to know when making a. Decision to book

The hotel is around a 20-30 min walk to the old town, but it is a very splendid hotel, the staff were friendly and very accommodating, nothing was a boher for them, the rooms were spacious with great views of the harbour from our balcony, little attention to detail like bed turning and chocs on pillows, water replenishment and large size toilettries were all greatly appreciated. The magnificant terrace with outside bar was superb for early evenign drinsk, soaking in the final rays of the sun. Lovely pool area and bar as well, nothing to complains about at all :-)

If you like to be smack bang in the old town, this may not be for you.

We had a lovely room with a cozy doublebed. They cleaned the room more times a day, left us chocolate on the bed, etc. The staff was lovely. The restaurant has great views to the port and Palma. They had allergens marked at the breakfast selection and made sure I can have something dairy-free. The sights area easily available by car as the hotel is in the outskirts of Palma so you do not have to go through the traffic of the city each time. However, if you want to go to Palma, there is a bus that stops 50 meters from the hotel taking you right to the city center.

Parking is at a charge in the hotel's garage and at evening hours there is sometimes no available spot to park in the neighbouring streets.

Perfect location, excellent staff

Don’t like changes to Red Level facilities. Used to be lovely bar area with good drinks and snacks set#up. Now confined to odd room off restaurant with only one sofa and tables and chairs. No place to relax and enjoy a drink . Also disappointed pool area being revamped for season. No access but looks like that’s going to be mainly tables and chairs too with reduced sunbathing areas

The breakfast staff are brilliant every single one of them. The hotel has a beautiful pool area with great views.

The hotel was real 5 star about 5 years ago when we used to come every year, now they are just about Money! Putting a sign saying Reserved in the 4 marquees all day and nobody coming to use them ALL DAY so they are left unused all day because nobody has paid (55 euros) and reserved them. After a certain time in the day customers of the hotel, who are all paying a lot of money to stay there should be able to use them it creates more space around the pool and it is ridiculous that they are not used . just because the hotel wants more money!

Great room - lateral pool view overlooking the sea. We paid more for this and in our opinion we are glad we did because it didn’t appear the standard rooms would have been quite so nice… The staff are very friendly. Great pool and areas to relax. Cocktails on the terrace in the evening is great. A lot of people complaining about the ongoing roadworks (2024) but they aren’t really that bad… didn’t detract from stay

Gym very small so only really good for quick maintenance. If staying here for a while and are looking for a hotel with a gym this wouldn’t suffice. Fine for a few days. Food is very expensive for what it is… it is quite good, all you’d really expect from a hotel, but prices were steep

Very helpful and polite staff. People at the entrance of the hotel were welcoming and assisted promptly. Spacious and cozy room with a wonderful view from the terrace. The cleanliness was very good. The breakfast was great, the ladies making omelette were doing a wonderful job. Good selection of fruits and pastries. The location of the hotel is good, not very far from the city center. Overall an excellent hotel.

The parking at the hotel is a bit pricey.

The hotel was exactly what we were looking for. Great location, comfortable room with a terrace and view to the harbour. We were staying there for my birthday, and hotel surprised me with a bottle of cava on ice, some deserts and a card with personal congratulations. We have not booked breakfasts at first because we like to go out and look for some nice restaurants however in the end we stayed at the hotel’s breakfast and it was delicious! Everything you would wish for breakfast was there, including fresh juices, fruits and pastries. And you can enjoy a wonderful view from the terrace. The only thing that could be improved is coffee. Apparently there are different coffee machines and taste differ depending on it. Our flight back was early in the morning and we had to leave at around 2 at night. So we did not book the last night. However the hotel provided us with a courtesy room to take some rest and refresh ourselves. I definitely recommend this hotel and if we ever come back to Palma, we will stay here again.
