Took my 18yr old daughter for a long weekend away and it was important to me that we found the right place that also gave us some privacy. What did we like? Simple answer to this: Everything. The location was great, the suites themselves were decorated and furnished to taste. The pool area was lovely and the rooftop was great at night. The staff and owner were just incredible and couldn’t do enough to help us make the very best of our long weekend. Will definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely stay. Jamie and Jemima x

We had a fantastic stay at Terreno Studios! The apartment was just what we were looking for - spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The balcony was a great spot to relax and enjoy the fresh air, and having a fully equipped kitchen gave us the flexibility to cook in whenever we wanted. The staff at Terreno Studios were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. They even helped us arrange a taxi to the airport for our departure. Overall, Terreno Studios exceeded our expectations

The apartments were great. Clean and modern. Plenty of nice touches to make things easier (extra toilet rolls, dish soap, bin bags etc, toiletries, hairdryer). We were a family of two adults and two teens staying in a two bed apartment. Plenty of space. The communal facilities were great too - lovely pool area and roof terrace. The staff were friendly and very happy to help with anything that we needed. The location is about 30 min walk from the centre of Palma or a 10/15 min bus ride. The buses stop about 50m from the apartment building. 2euros to get into the city. The castle is a 10minute walk from the apartment. The seafront/marina about 5 minute walk. There is a small supermarket about 5 minute walk and a larger one about 10 min. The area is a little run down but no more than many city suburbs and this apartment block is certainly not run down. We were comfortable walking home of an evening. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Property was very well furnished & equipped. Everything was to a high standard & spotlessly clean. There was a small balcony & lots of natural light. There was no noise. The communal areas were lovely too. The staff were super friendly, super helpful & gave us lots of good advice / recommendations. They also helped us to book taxis. There was free filtered water in communal areas for guests to use / fill up their water bottles. The bed & pillows were of good quality & very comfortable. There is a little supermarket near to the accommodation which has everything you could need & is open 7 days a week until late. There is a bus stop very near to the hotel which takes you straight into the centre of Palma if you don't fancy the 30 minute walk.

We had a truly great time at Terreno Suites in August 2025. Our apartment was spotlessly clean and had all the facilities we needed for our stay with two babies. The building is modern and secure with 24/7 Concierge and a beautiful outdoor heated jacuzzi pool. There is a bus stop approx 100 steps outside the front door which connects you to the whole of Palma, with regular buses every 10 minutes (the locals were so helpful with our prams and always allowed us to park them in the designated area, even during very busy times). There are a few good supermarkets nearby for all your groceries, and you can easily walk to the marina to see the boats and try some local bars and restaurants. Vincent at reception was never far away and provided us with recommendations for all of the above - no task was too big or small for him; he even helped us inflate our pool float! Vincent saw our booking details and contacted me to ask if we required cots and highchairs for our stay, we didn't even have to ask. In summary, if you are travelling to Palma, don't hesitate to book Terreno suites.

Nothing - it was totally perfect

I stayed here with my wife and kids (5 and 7) for a week. We had a great stay. The people are so friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely: spacious and tastefully build and decorated - important as it enhances vacation vibes. Kitchen was well equipped, airco worked really good. In short: like a turn-key appartement. And! They offer free filtered water (water dispenser) on every floor which is a big plus. The kids loved the pool. The roof terrace is also very nice. Location wise I would recommend renting a car if you want to get around easily, but there are plenty of restaurants in the area and public transportation as wel. They do offer parking spaces. However, the spots are quite small and the entrance is as well (narrow street, very common). I managed to get a Cupra Formentera in the garage, but it took a bunch of turning and twisting. I would recommend renting a smaller car. And if you do want to rent a suv, there is a parking garage 70 meters down the road. Renting a parking spot for a week (with driving in and out) will cost 100 euro’s, which is a great deal.

The property is new and everything is extremely clean. The location is excellent and is walking distance from everything that’s important in Palma. The air conditioner is nice and strong and you can control the temperature easily. The beds are very comfortable and the covers are dreamy. Vincent and Per are the two outstanding staff members that made our stay even better. They were so thoughtful. They had great recommendations. They really made our time more enjoyable. We appreciate them both. I will return to Terreno for my next trip to Mallorca. Highly recommend.

Very friendly and helpfull staff, very clean, the apartment is very nicely furnished, room equipment contained everything we needed, good location, only 15 min to the city centrum by bus, bus stop 5 min walk from the appartement.

There is a bar restaurant in the oposit building opened late in the night, which played loud music, so it was hard to sleep.

We had a wonderful stay for 3 weeks at Terreno Studios. The apartment was spacious, clean, and modern with everything you could possibly need: well equipped kitchen, a cozy living room/dining room with a large smart TV, bathroom/toilet with separate heating (living room and bedroom also have own heating/cooling), and a comfortable bedroom with access to a long balcony that stretched over to the living room (also Accessible from there). We were traveling with our baby and he got a large cot and also a tub to bathe in. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming with a lot of enthusiasm to make our stay and also our holiday overall great. Cleaning took place every other day which is also appreciated. The building has a rooftop pool area and also a higher up terrace which is nice to relax and a shared reading/working space as well. The property is located conveniently very close to Public transport with the nearest bus stop just 3 mins walk, and lots of grocery stores, pharmacies and what have you, just a few minutes walk away. All in all, the property exceeded our expectations and we would absolutely stay here again should we revisit Palma.

The property offers limited parking which is appreciated nevertheless given the lack of parking spaces in Palma city. But getting in and out of the parking garage is rather tricky (if you're a novice driver like me and if you have a larger car than a small hatchback). But this is common with most properties in the area I suppose. NOT a shortcoming for the property but just a structural limitation! In any case, worth mentioning that the staff who are generally present at the reception would be more than happy to help you park safely!

The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, beautifully designed with Scandinavian furniture and all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet environment, ensuring a great night's sleep. Overall, Terreno studios exceeded our expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!
