I liked a lot of things about this hotel. The people, the relaxed caring vibe. The rooms were basic but really well thought out and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was outstanding, lots of care and pride. Had dinner one night and lunch on the last day. The food was SO good, the chef is so talented, worth going to Feliz for that alone.

not really much to say here. There's no shade on the roof terrace and it was very hot. Also a proper coffee machine would have added something to the breakfast. Lastly I'm british so love to make a cup or tea but there wasnt a kettle in the room.

We stayed for just one night, so we couldn’t try all the facilities including the breakfast but the overall experience was excellent. The hotel has a welcoming atmosphere with a lovely blend of Scandinavian and Mediterranean flair. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-arranged, with high-quality linen and towels. The location is great for sightseeing, and although getting to the airport requires two buses, the stops are conveniently nearby. Considering the location and amenities, the pricing felt fair—and we truly appreciated the complimentary upgrade. Highly recommended!

We haven't noticed a coffee machine/ water kettle in the room, this may be appreciated plus.

Rooms need soundproofing Hot tub isn’t hot so should be renamed ‘cold plunge pool’ for the sauna perhaps. Same with the ‘swimming pool’ it’s way too small to swim in for an adult - should be renamed ‘dip pool’ which is more fitting. Curtains didn’t fit the windows properly and had a few holes so lots of light entering the room - this could be better Glass partitions between the balconies don’t offer much privacy. Small tweaks and will be outstanding

Rooftop plunge pool great addition Easy access into the main marina road and a 30min walk into Palma centre. Short walk 5 minutes from hotel to restaurants and bars but regular taxi and bus stops are outside

No tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms Roadworks outside the hotel for the duration which made it very noisy when outside on the balcony or breakfast

Our room was on the 5th floor, overlooking the pool area, the marina and part of the port, with a nice balcony at the front and another balcony area across the hall at the rear. It had a clean bathroom with excellent shower. The bed was comfortable and there was also a small fridge. A huge mention must go to all the staff, who were amazing and the chef produced some superb food for our evening meals. The breakfast had something for everyone, including cooked items, fresh warm baguettes with ham and cheese, fresh fruits, cereals, fruit juices, coffee and lots more. There is music played throughout the hotel, which gives a relaxed atmosphere. The hotel is located slightly away from the main town, but is only a 7 Euro taxi ride away, although you could walk there alongside the marina and pop into the bars for a drink along the way. The pool area has a nice split level terraced area with plenty of seating and I must mention the yellow duck in the pool. Overall, this is a lovely hotel to stay at and if we return to Mallorca in the future, then we shall be staying at the Hotel Feliz. Thank you to everyone who made our holiday so memorable.

Probably the friendliest hotel we have ever stayed in! Staff were all excellent, especially Sofia on the front desk. Greeted with glasses of Cava and smiles all round. Room had a very comfortable bed, adequate storage and a very good shower. Hotel had a great vibe with good music all the time. Breakfast gave a good choice on offer, regularly topped up from the kitchen with indoor and outdoor tables available. Mostly it was the staff that made our stay so enjoyable tho'.

The juices on offer in the morning were watery and of poor quality, although you could cut and squeeze your own oranges.

The staff was super welcoming, the room nice and . The rooms were spacious, lightly and spotless. Fake grass on the small balcony a detail that I really like. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a nice variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. We loved the Happy hour (until 8 pm), this hotel was definetely the better choice we could make it. As it was middle of March we could not enjoy the swimming pool (it was open and accessible anyway) but we guess it is a nig plus in the summertime. We had an absolutely amazing time at Hotel Feliz :)

The staff was really amazing. They made everything they could to make our stay as positive as possible. The rooms were very clean and the everyday cleaning staff made a great work. In the room there was different colours of the towel sets which made it pretty easy for us to keep track of our personal one. This was a nice touch. When we arrived they surprised us with a complimentary glass of champagne. And when the restaurant was closed and I stayed the night they even made me a sandwich which was amazing.

The hotel is located about 20 minutes from the city center, and a round-trip costs €4, so it’s more suitable for those traveling by car. The breakfast selection isn't very large, but everything is delicious. The room is decent, with air conditioning. my rooms no sea view, but the value for money is fair. A 20-minute walk will get you to a shopping mall and a large supermarket. There are also some highly-rated tapas restaurants nearby. The staff all seemed friendly and welcoming.

Lovely hotel, about 10-15 min by taxi to centre. Usually we stayed in different part of Palma, but taxis 5-6€ which makes it easy. Great breakfast, good selection and you have a choice of sitting outside or inside. Really nice restaurant 3-5 min away called Brutus, this is just personal recommendation, they brilliant. We had a sea view rooms and they both were great.

I think I was charged city tax at the hotel, When I paid it all when booking the room, when I tried to explain that all taxes and charges included in the price I paid, lady gone in to details where city tax go and what for. I thought it’s not much and did not argue this. Otherwise this should not affect any holiday
