Big room with the view to the marina. Very friendly staff. Pretty good breakfasts. Location a bit off the historic center of Palma but walking distance to Santa Catalina and the cathedral with fair choice of restaurants and bars nearby. Nice albeit quite small roof pool.

It’s a pity the room didn’t really have a proper balcony where you could sit looking to the sea. You cannot make yourself a coffee at the breakfast and you need to ask a waiter to make one for you from the machine.

When we arrived the room we were initially allocated had a double and sofa bed. We had requested twin beds and a sofa bed as 3 female travellers. When asked at reception the staff member who we spoke to did not hesitate to change the room for us and we were given a room suitable for our needs. The location of the hotel was excellent with lovely views from our room giving us a dual holiday experience with the marina and a short work to the old town. Breakfast sitting on the outside terrace looking out over the marina was the perfect start to the day.

The room could have done with a little updating and although clean was in need of a refresh on the paintwork.

We appreciate so much the Staff, Melissa at the reception. She is very friendly, approachable, helpful, advocate, and informative. She speaks English very well that she she was able to address our concerns. She is also kind that she offered us her personal beach umbrella to borrow for free. And the other Male Staff in the restaurant and in the swimming pool bar, whose name I didn't know, the one that is young and bald. He is very friendly and has a great customer service not only to us but to all. The foods in the restaurant are so tasty and delicious. We also like the breakfast buffet,worth it. The place and the room was very convenient and comfortable for us.

Staff were super friendly, we arrived and they gave us a full rundown on the town, shops, beaches and the whole island. The rooms were modern and comfortable, showers were good, the pool was beautiful, the spa was great, they let us keep our bags for free while waiting to check out. Overall a great experience would book again !

Only downside for us was we rented a car and the parking in Mallorca is quite tricky however the staff helped us a lot and this is out of there control (just something to think about if you’re thinking of renting.)

Very handy to have a fridge in the room. Beds very comfortable. Convenient location for walking into the main town and the castle. Nearby bus for getting to nearby beaches. View of the courtyard was nice. View from the top floor with the swimming pool was great.

That there wasn't a kettle in the room which would be handy for when the bar isn't open for hot water. Initial room was very noisy with rain pouring out of the guttering and coming in under the patio doors. Mould on some parts of the bathroom.

We were so impressed with our hotel. The room was really spacious with comfortable beds and pillows, and also an added bonus of having 2 bathrooms which we weren’t expecting. The rooftop was a real treat with a beautiful pool, ample seating & a bar with friendly staff. The spa consisted of a small pool with 3 different water jets, a sauna, jacuzzi and steam room with a couple of different showers & a cold water bucket. We used it both days of our stay & felt very relaxed afterwards. All in all a really good stay. Really friendly and helpful staff, a short walk from the old town, great facilities & a beautiful view. Hotel Mirador is right on the paseo opposite the main Marina, with great views of the cruise ships. We walked 10 to 15 minutes into town. 30 minutes from Porto Pi shopping centre. The road behing has bus access to wherever you want to go. Breakfast was ideal and tasty. There is a gym, sauna, turkish bath. On the roof is an infinity pool and small lounging area.

Nothing to dislike! The staff were friendly and spoke English.

Great view from the rooftop pool/bar of the marina and into the city (can see the cathedral), room was a great size and we had a balcony with sun loungers on the same floor as the rooftop pool. Staff were friendly and helpful with booking a taxi to the airport/giving bus info. The spa was nice and clean, and the hotel in general was very open, light and clean. Would definitely stay again.

We did have the housekeeping lady open our door on the last morning even though we had the do not disturb sign on, however I think she may have thought we’d checked out already perhaps. If you are a light sleeper then bring ear plugs as I could hear a lot of thrashing about in the room next door/noise on the balconies however it wasn’t that annoying to me without earplugs.

location was excellent!! 10 mins walk to the old town and right on the marina. Rooms with marina view are stunning! The pool is fabalous, the views are amazing!! Pool area has a small bar with plenty drinks and snacks to choose from. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. the rooms are clean but are a bit dated. Funiture old fashioned. Breakfast was nice , a little on the pricey side.17 euro with a buffet and the selection was only ok.

Positives- The Hotel is situated straight across the road from the Marina. It was a short stroll approx 15 mins to the centre of the Old town and cathedral. Lovely flat pavements to walk, jog or cycle. Negatives - The road and parts of the pavements are under major re-construction at the moment. Spoke to a local bar manager who stated that many business are currently struggling due to the ongoing work. They have been promised that the completion date of the work is June 2024? Workmen need to speed up considering we are one week away from May. Due to this work, construction workers start up their engines and drills from about 6am onwards which is not ideal if you want a relaxing lie in bed. When completed this part of the city will hopefully be bustling with locals and tourists.
